Jonathan Oakes is joined by Don Goodman and Lee Hendrie to assess all the latest from the Championship, League One and League Two. The panel dissects all the most recent news and talking points from the EFL, and Blackpool's Kevin Stewart takes Ten To Tackle. The Championship (from the start) was on a rest week due to the international break, so the panel took some time to reflect on the recent form of West Brom and Sheffield United, and the appointment of Steve Morison at Cardiff until the end of the season. We also hear from Blackpool's Kevin Stewart (26m36s), who answered our questions in Ten To Tackle. In League One (31m30s) there was a return to the top for Plymouth, a brilliant win by MK Dons inspired by Max Watters and a battling draw for injury-hit Gillingham at Sheffield Wednesday. And in League Two (46m36s) the panel look back at the live game between Port Vale and Bradord, James Rowberry's impressive start at the helm of Newport, and Stevenage's decision to sack Alex Revell. All that and much more!

So that's twice this season that the Lions have given points to Middlesbrough. First a two-goal lead at The Den was relinquished on opening day. Now, deep in the January damp and cold, we hand ‘Boro a late penalty courtesy of a sillier decision by Steve Morison than letting Prince Phillip drive the royal Range Rover. That said, it WAS a stronger Lions performance than we have seen in a while. Not least due to the return of the two Bens (Thompson and Marshall), both of whom put in stand-out shows. Man of the match for this commentator however was Jed Wallace, who combined well with Lee Gregory for the Millwall goal. Still a point is a point, and we'd have taken that going into today's fixture. So mustn't grumble as they say...Post match comment on this week's show comes from 'Boro fan Marc Johnson. And finally, apologies for the slightly muddy sound in the first half. An excellent win at the Kassam Stadium for the Lions, often under pressure from a decent footballing side, sees Millwall climb the table away from the dread drop zone and looking instead at the sunlit uplands of the top six. Don't get too carried away though as we are still defending like St Boniface School for Young Ladies' butterfly collecting team, please see the opening goal for Oxford by way of reference. This week's show includes my usual stream of consciousness looking out across the retail car park yesterday, as well as post match reviewing with SLP journalist Mark Litchfield @IAmTheLitchTop marks to Fred Onyedinma yesterday, aided and abetted by Steve Morison, Shaun Williams and Ben Thompson. A week of dressing room angst closes with a solid win for the Lions over a poor Blades outfit at The Den yesterday. Neil Harris's high risk gamble of questioning some of his squad's coming good thanks to a late handball and subsequent penalty conversion by the ever reliable Steve Morison. This week's show features Dan from Lions TV (@tv_lions on Twitter) and includes our thoughts on the lunatic 'Ballgate' incident in which an ill-judged fan was arrested for theft after attempting to make off with the matchball. Only at Millwall could such silliness be met with an over the top and disproportionate reaction by the police with club support.Achtung! Millwall calls on the authorities to get a grip and take this chance to salvage what remains of their reputation by not pressing charges.Nick - CBLthemag@hotmail.co.uk Hosted on Acast. It's been another fortnight of unbridled chaos at Leeds United, and the pod does its best to make sense of the madness. It's not easy though, as Moscowhite has to come to terms with a Steve Morison goal. It looks like Massimo will be back driving the bus - probably straight through Andrew Umbers' Q&A with Phil Hay. And after complaints that the pod doesn't talk enough about football, the lads joyfully explore five defeats on the bounce in among chatter about facial hair.
