In this week's episode of Aligned & Ambitious Radio, I'm excited to talk with you about how to build your product suite. It is a super important topic to discuss when it comes to scaling your business and having a wide variety of offers to help your different levels of clients.    "A product suite is essentially just the tool kit of offers that you have and the different ways that you work with your clients. It's normally an ascension model for me, something that's really important as I'm coming up with my offers is knowing the next step for my client. The last thing you want to do is have a client work with you, have an amazing experience, finish their course or their package, and then they don't know the next step."   Throughout the episode, we will come up with ideas on how to build your tool kit of offers and help you maintain the awesome relationship that you have with your client.   If you enjoy this episode, you might also like: Authentically Selling in Your DMs on Instagram Freebie! Episode #45: How to Build a 6-Figure Personal Brand   The ideal way to lay out your product suite is in an ascending manner. Your clients can start working with you at a lower level. Then they will be able to work with you through a mid-level offer, and then with a higher-level offer.    The different offers that you have should work for different versions of your ideal client. A lot of people assume that they have one ideal client for all their offers. This is such a huge business mistake because your clients differ in feelings, goals, even in their struggles and the type of language that they speak. So you have to look at the different levels and versions of your ideal client.   Now, I don't want you to listen to this episode and get stressed out about having to organize your product suite immediately. It's just about having that big-picture vision and filling-in the gaps. Because of that, by next year, I might need to review the things I have on offer or maybe even create new ones and launch something fresh.    After all, the best part of any business for me is allowing yourself to evolve along the way. Aligned & Ambitious Radio

This week on Aligned & Ambitious Radio, we are talking about taking radical responsibility for the experiences and outcomes we have in our life.  This discussion also involved taking responsibility for trusting our intuition and opening ourselves up to being willing to receive what is meant for us.   “So I want to talk about taking radical responsibility for your life. And I was beginning to say this in the other video, some people are going to feel offended. Some people are going to feel triggered. Some people are going to be like, it's easy for you to say. Some people are going to think it's rather bullshit. That's all totally fine. You are all entitled to your own opinions. But every single experience you have in life, whether that's the way you experience your career, the way you experience your relationship, the way you experience money and debt or receiving business and good things and big breaks and all the things you want. It's direct, and is directly related to what you are putting out into the world.”   Throughout the episode, we will discuss how you cannot fuck up what is meant for you, but you have to start taking responsibility for the things that you want and the way you show up to get what you want.  Those that are on the fence about purchasing a course or a coaching package are not operating from the same energetic vibration as those who trusted themselves and went all in on their business. That is why people who have already signed up for Dream Client Accelerator (DCA) are already seeing results.   If you enjoy this episode, you might also like: Authentically Selling in Your DMs on Instagram Freebie! Episode 46: How Date with Destiny Changed my Life   I want to take the time to point out that running a business is so much more than just the strategy behind it.  Running a business is a spiritual game. You need to EMBODY the energy that you want to experience in your life and your business.  You need to open up, trust and be ready to receive what you want.   I like to use an analogy of a house to kind of explain this to you.  So you are doing a huge remodel on your home, and you've totally gutted your house and you have all this work to do.  So before you even start putting the house back together from the foundation up you get online and you order all this furniture for this house, and now this furniture is ordered, it's on its way.  But your house is just not complete, it's not ready to receive that furniture.     This is similar to your business.  You think you're ready for all of these clients, but you still need to invest in the course, you still need to do the mindset work, you still need to embody that energetic state that you want to match.  Just like your house still needs drywall and floors and cabinets and counters before it is ready to receive the furniture.   Ultimately, what it comes down to is the belief in yourself.  And that block, that lack of belief in yourself, is going to make you hesitant to invest in yourself time and time again.  We need to take responsibility for the outcome of our actions and realize if we want a different result we need to show up differently. So you are doing a huge remodel on your home, and you’ve totally gutted your house and you have all this work to do.  So before you even start putting the house back together from the foundation up you get online and you order all this furniture for this house, and now this furniture is ordered, it’s on its way.  But your house is just not complete, it’s not ready to receive that furniture.     This is similar to your business.  You think you’re ready for all of these clients, but you still need to invest in the course, you still need to do the mindset work, you still need to embody that energetic state that you want to match. This week on Aligned & Ambitious Radio, we'll have a conversation about how we're showing up for our clients at any given time and discuss how our efforts impact them and their business.    “If you guys have been around for a minute, you know, I'm super passionate about client experience. I'm super passionate about relationship building and one of my core values (not just) in my business but also in my life and me as a person is I really care about over delivering.”   Throughout the episode, we will talk about how we share our programs and offers with our clients as well as the different ways that we can over deliver and why doing that is important. A statistic that my team and I are constantly reviewing and calculating is how many times a client works with us.  Currently in my business, this metric shows that 98% of our paying clients have worked with us at least three times. They have reinvested with us at least three times.    If you enjoy this episode, you might also like: Authentically Selling in Your DMs on Instagram Freebie! Episode #20: Selling Out Your High Ticket Offer   I truly believe that the continued trust and patronage of my clients have something to do with how I show up for them and my core value of over delivering.    You can have the same impact on your own clients, you just need to:      Think about how you can make their experience in working with you a unique one. Think of ways to make the entire experience of working with you memorable.  Plan on how you're going to stand out in the sea of other people that are doing things similar to what you're doing.      These things shouldn't come from a place of comparison like “How can I be better than the market?” Your inspiration should be born out of your want to create the type of experience for your client that they aren't likely to forget, and nobody could even compete with since it's so unique.    As we go through the episode, I will also name some brands that embody the same ideals as mine. As a result, I just love to purchase from them, be in their store or website, and engage with them because of that unique client experience.    This will be a unique and intimate discussion with you guys so stay tuned!  If you enjoyed this episode with Taylor, screenshot the episode and tag Taylor on your stories - @taylorslango   CONNECT WITH TAYLOR: Facebook Instagram Work with Taylor!

In this week's episode of Aligned & Ambitious Radio, allow me to simplify your sales process for you and talk about the top two reasons you’re not making sales.   "Most of the time - 90% of the time actually, I see my clients struggling to make sales because these two things are just totally out of whack, so I want to dive into them today. They are not strategies, they are going to be really more simple than you think, which is my jam. I'm all about keeping it super simple and fun for you guys."   Throughout this episode I discuss in detail the two main reasons you need to: a.) have an idea on the things that you are doing right, so you can continue doing them b.) figure out the things that you are falling short on so you can revisit your formula and make tweaks here and there and c.) formulate new content and processes to further improve the things that are already working and make sure that your clients are getting the absolute best from you.   If you enjoy this episode, you might also like: Authentically Selling in Your DMs on Instagram Freebie! In this week's episode of Aligned & Ambitious Radio, let me take you along with me as we look back at a career milestone I just achieved recently -- my first 18k month.    “I really didn't put much of anything in December and I kept telling myself, I'm pretty much just going to take the month of December off. Obviously, aside from the clients I have and showing up for you guys and posting on social media, I’m not going to launch anything, I'm not going to get into any projects and not going to do a lot of collaborations or anything like that. I just really want December to be a quiet month.”   Obviously, I’ve been super excited as this is something I did not expect owing to the fact that I have been really detached from pretty much everything in my business in December. As far as my mindset goes, I really expected it to be a slow, quiet month. The opposite of that is what happened, and to me, it is a full-blown date with destiny.    If you enjoy this episode, you might also like: Authentically Selling in Your DMs on Instagram Freebie! Since I've gotten a lot of feedback saying that you love it when I share the numbers, so I am now strongly considering to do a sort of financial review on a quarterly basis. Together, we will look into what my expenses were, what my profit was, and talk about how you deal with those things as you grow into your business.    Actually, I haven’t been one to talk about numbers. Especially when I was just starting, it seriously intimidated me because then, it was something that I did not totally understand. Now, I am excited to talk about it with you and let you in on all of the things because I think it really makes a difference as it is a very important conversation to have.    So, stay tuned until the end of the episode as I take you on a journey in revisiting one of the biggest surprises I have received in the past year.  If you enjoyed this episode with Taylor, screenshot the episode and tag Taylor on your stories - @taylorslango CONNECT WITH TAYLOR: Facebook Instagram Work with Taylor!

In this week's episode of Aligned & Ambitious Radio, I am sharing with you how I integrated into the life of a CEO and how that integration process has literally skyrocketed my business.   “I believe that I experienced these leaps of quantum growth because I always prioritize my energy and I always prioritize embodiment over strategy and being over doing and really stepping into that next level version of myself before anything else.”   Throughout the episode I will discuss my journey over the past year.  For example, there were some really high moments and some really low moments, and interestingly enough, the month when I was going through a lot emotionally and took time to step away, was also one of my biggest months.   If you enjoy this episode, you might also like: Authentically Selling in Your DMs on Instagram Freebie! Episode #45: How to Build a 6-Figure Personal Brand   One thing that I’ve learned over the course of the year is to constantly reevaluate my business. People LOVED my stuff before I pivoted to business coaching, but I didn’t have many paying clients, so I had to ask myself who am I serving?  Am I attracting clients that don’t want to invest in themselves?   What I realized was that most of my paying clients either were entrepreneurs or wanted to become entrepreneurs, so I decided to shift my business and focus on helping female entrepreneurs.  This was one of the scariest but also most rewarding decisions I made in my business. It literally tripled my income.   This didn’t come without a lot of inner work though.  I’m constantly going back to integrating with my goals and overcoming limiting beliefs.  The lesson that I want to stress throughout this whole process is there will always be things going on in your life that are hard and uncomfortable.  That may be an emotional situation or a financial situation, but don’t let those things keep you from being brave and chasing your dreams. Become the CEO you are destined to be.   If you enjoyed this episode with Taylor, screenshot the episode and tag Taylor on your stories - @taylorslango CONNECT WITH TAYLOR: Facebook Instagram Work with Taylor!

I’m not exactly sure how this happened so quickly, but here we are, at the one year anniversary of Out of Line. 52 weeks of conversation with some of the most honest + inspiring folks out there. For the last episode of the year, I decided to do something a little different.. I took a handheld recorder with me to my fourth Burning Man--which is an annual event in northwest Nevada. For one week, 70,000 people gather in one space to create a temporary city, including camps, and about 300 pieces of art. Burning Man is an experiment in community and art, influenced by ten main principles: "radical" inclusion, self-reliance, and self-expression, as well as community cooperation, civic responsibility, gifting, decommodification, participation, immediacy, and leaving no trace. One of my favorite parts about Out of Line has been the final question I ask each guest -- what do you have in common with every human on planet earth? What does humanity have in common? And so, I took my tiny recorder around Burning Man with me, and asked this same question to some of the people I encountered there. Before I play what I heard, I’ll add a ‘thank you’ for journeying through this year with me. Your DMs and emails and notes and iTunes reviews have carried me and kept me going. I do this for you, so that you feel empowered to ask anything, and, so that you have a reminder of the range of unseen battles each of us may be facing at any given time. Thank you for being here. I’m going to be taking a mini break now. I want to regroup, get some feedback from you, and come back for year 2 even better and stronger. Make sure you subscribe, and follow @outoflinepodcast on Instagram to find out when the feedback questionnaire is up, and, when the new season launches, too. I’ve already started recording the new episodes, and I can tell you, things are gonna get juicy. For now, Caroline signing off with the reminder to put it in your mouth, but don’t swallow...
