CERO has been recognized nationally and internationally by TV and radio. Yvonne became interested in victims of post-traumatic stress disorder (“PTSD”) in the late 1980s. Then, in 1990, after 2 years of studies and 1000 hours of internship at California Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the only accredited college of hypnotherapy in the United States, she received her hypnotherapy certification. The picturesque island of Coronado, situated in the resort city of San Diego, California, is crawling with the Secret Service in preparation for the arrival of William "Bill" Jefferson Clinton, saxophonist extraordinaire and 42nd President of the United States of America. Yvonne Smith became concerned with victims of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in the late 1980s, and in 1990 received her certification from the California Hypnosis Motivation Institute. In 1990 she immediately began to work with PTSD victims, assisting them and encouraging them to work through and cope with their PTSD. Observing that many of her subjects were describing a pattern of alien abduction and other close encounter experiences, in 1991 Yvonne founded Close Encounter Resource Organization (CERO) which provides personal attention and maintains active monthly support group meetings where PTSD victims share their thoughts and feelings about their unusual experiences. Now, during my interview with Yvonne, she stated that those who claim to have had abduction experiences are having their civil rights violated, because she claims they are being fired from their jobs, ridiculed and shunned by family and friends. Now I have heard everything. Another first and low for the UFO/Alien Abduction Groupies. Will it never end? This is another reason why mainstream media does not cover the alien abduction stories.
