Listeners of Earth Ancients that love the show mention: dunning, ancients, ancient civilizations, cliffs, whitley, ancient history, interesting guests and topics, archaeology, cliff's, alternative history, every episode is fascinating, open minds, archeology, disregard, consistently interesting, dogma, tours, aliens, conspiracies, sites.
The Earth Ancients podcast is a brilliant and fascinating show that I have been listening to for almost a year now. Hosted by Cliff, this podcast offers deep insights, diligent research, passion, and well-thought-out questions that make it the perfect listen for anyone with a curious mind. The guests on the show are captivating, providing unique and liberating outlooks on life and our incredible prehistory. This podcast is a must-listen for those seeking intriguing and thought-provoking content.
One of the best aspects of The Earth Ancients podcast is its wide range of well-known researchers, authors, and explorers who offer their expertise on various topics. Whether it's ancient civilizations, alternative theories, or extraterrestrial encounters, this show covers it all. The host's commitment to embracing diverse perspectives and giving everyone a voice is commendable. It creates an engaging atmosphere where listeners can explore different viewpoints and expand their understanding of the world.
However, like any podcast, there are some drawbacks to consider. While Cliff remains tactful in his interviews and strives to present balanced viewpoints, some listeners may detect his own opinions seeping into the discussions. While this may not bother everyone, it could be seen as biased by those seeking completely objective journalism. Additionally, there have been occasional criticisms about the inclusion of guests with unconventional or "crazy" ideas. However, these instances are few and far between in comparison to the overall quality of the show.
In conclusion, The Earth Ancients podcast provides authentic and thought-provoking journalism in a time when it is often lacking. Cliff's dedication to uncovering the truth and exploring diverse perspectives is commendable. From ancient civilizations to alternative theories about our past, this podcast covers fascinating topics that will keep you engaged and eager for more each week. Despite minor flaws here and there, The Earth Ancients podcast remains one of the best in its genre, delivering informative content that expands our understanding of our world's history.

The Origin of the Zodiac has been rediscovered in Gwynedd, North Wales.Thousands of years older than the Babylonian and Egyptian zodiacs, perhaps even older than Gobekli Tepe, the features on the ground in North Wales actually determined the choice of stars for the constellations in the heavens above. In rediscovering the origin of the modern constellations, so too has been rediscovered the 'cipher' connecting the history of the world we know and understand, to the pre-history world of myth and mystery. If true, the Star Maps of Gwynedd may change everything we believe about our recent history.Hundreds of hours of painstaking research, hieroglyph interpretation and language translation identify all the features of the present zodiac and circumpolar constellations across the land features of Gwynedd. This information is presented in maps of the ground and star maps correlated with the same in the night sky above. My name is Bibhu Dev Misra and I live in Kolkata, India, with my family. Like most urban-educated boys, I followed the traditional route to success in my early life. As someone who was comfortable with science, I did my engineering from IIT Kharagpur and subsequently completed my MBA from IIM Kolkata. I worked as an Information Technology consultant for more than 20 years, and spent a number of years working in the US for various multinational organizations, including the World Bank and the United Nations. It was early on in my work life that I was exposed to the writings of researchers such as Graham Hancock, Michael Cremo, Adrian Snodgrass, Joseph Campbell, Walter Cruttenden, Subhash Kak and others, who were looking at our past with a new spirit of inquiry, and identified a number of glaring inconsistencies in the version of history that has been handed down to us. Their writings inspired me to begin a journey of seeking answers to a large body of mysterious knowledge left behind by our ancestors in the form of sacred texts, inexplicable artifacts, awe-inspiring architecture, cryptic symbols, and fantastic myths and legends. To this end, I also began traveling to many ancient sites around the world in order to gain a first hand experience of these remarkable places. In addition to travel and writing, my other interests are music, sports, and photography. When I am not researching, writing, or traveling to ancient sites, I like to strike up a tune on my guitar or keyboard, read books or watch films on ancient mysteries and esoteric subjects, go for long walks, and practice yoga and meditation.https://www.bibhudevmisra.com/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/earth-ancients--2790919/support.

“Mythology and ancient esoteric beliefs are finally found in cutting-edge science.”—Rick Rubin, bestselling author of The Creative ActFrom the author of the global bestseller The Secret History of the World comes an epic new history of the relationship between spiritual belief and cutting-edge science. Includes beautiful black-and-white illustrations throughout.Human beings have a deep-rooted desire to find something worth believing in. But there is a widespread assumption that science is at odds with spiritual belief and offers the only intelligent way to think about the universe. In this epic new history, Mark Booth offers an alternative view, showing us how the great geniuses of modern science, from Marie Curie, Nikola Tesla, and Albert Einstein to today's architects of AI, turned instead to secret, mystical, and “higher” teachings, including Indian mysticism and Freemasonry, to make sense of the strange phenomena they were encountering.Experimenting with alternative states of consciousness, they risked isolation and even madness. Here then is the dark, dramatic story of modern science—of love, betrayal, attempted murder, multiple suicides, sexual experimentation, and transgression—from which unfolds the awe-inspiring discoveries which have transformed our lives for good, and potentially for evil. For just as the work of J. Robert Oppenheimer and others ended the Second World War but brought humanity to the brink of extinction, so, too, has the spectacular growth of AI.The result of many years of research, and deep conversations with prominent academics in the field, this book takes us on an exhilarating journey, in the company of some of the greatest minds of our age, toward a deeper understanding of our place in the cosmos.Jonathan Black is the pen name of Mark Booth. What if one of history's oldest and most mysterious secrets has been hiding in plain sight?Footprints of the Gods explores the fascinating and controversial phenomenon of polydactylism—the presence of extra fingers or toes—and its mysterious connection to ancient civilizations, myths, and human origins. A systematic examination of the physical and spiritual nature of UFOs and other unexplained phenomena. Are UFOs visitors from our universe or parallel realities? Do they come from the same spiritual realm as our dearly departed? How are they connected to cryptids and paranormal activity?Sharing numerous evidential case studies, Jonathan Kendall explores the seemingly irreconcilable physical and spiritual aspects of UFOs/UAPs. The evidence he presents has implications that could lead to revolutionary breakthroughs in the areas of communications, energy use, medicine, interstellar travel, religion, and the nature of reality. This eye-opening book investigates the connection between UFOs and kindred phenomena like monsters, Men in Black, and poltergeists. It also explores the harrowing world of UFO abductions and why the aftereffects are so similar to those of both near-death experiences and encounters with mystical realms. These case studies shatter conventional views of reality and prove that far more is at stake than answering the question, "Are we alone in the universe?"Jonathan Kendall is a board-certified medical doctor in internal medicine and nephrology. The core ideaIn a world saturated with division, cancel culture, hostility, and information overload, ILLUSION asks a question few are willing to confront: What if the way we form beliefs is the root of our separation? Blending science, archaeology, and philosophy, ILLUSION challenges one of humanity's deepest assumptions: that unity requires sameness. The film explores the idea that beliefs are not absolute truths we discover, but constructs we inherit, absorb, and defend — shaping how we see reality, ourselves, and each other. At its core, ILLUSION reveals a paradox: the more we insist on one singular truth, the more divided we become. What we've been taught as harmony, the need to think alike to coexist, may itself be the illusion. Instead, the film offers a different vision: reality is not built from one perspective, but from many. Like a complex geometric structure, each viewpoint is a necessary angle of a larger whole. True coexistence doesn't come from agreement, but from the ability to hold multiple perspectives at once.More than a documentary, ILLUSION is a mirror — inviting audiences to question whether their beliefs are truly their own, or patterns inherited from the world around them. Because the future of humanity may not depend on becoming one, but on understanding how we are many.Melissa TittlFounder & CEOMy life mission has been dedicated to producing content that helps forward humanity. Today, she pulls back the curtain on the person behind "History with Kayleigh," revealing the profound journey that led her to become a respected voice in ancient history education. From her earliest childhood memories of discovering Stonehenge in her mother's encyclopedia to her current status as a female creator in a predominantly male space, Kayleigh's story is one of passion, resilience, and determination. She articulates a fascinating perspective on humanity's shift from communal societies to competitive ones during the late Stone Age and early Bronze Age – a transition she characterizes with disarming simplicity as the moment when "it's shiny, it's mine" became our collective mindset. The conversation takes a sobering turn as Kayleigh candidly discusses the dark side of internet fame. Despite creating educational content about ancient civilizations, megalithic structures, and archaeological discoveries, she regularly faces harassment, sexualization, and boundary violations from a subset of male viewers who seem unable to see past her gender. Her experience reveals the troubling reality many female content creators navigate daily – from implementing extra safety measures while traveling to developing mental health strategies for processing online abuse.Yet through it all, Kayleigh maintains an inspiring outlook. She's transformed her passion into a career that freed her from disability payments, built meaningful connections with her audience, and created a platform where complex historical concepts become accessible to everyone. Her methods for staying grounded – from nature walks to mindful breathing – offer valuable insights for anyone facing challenges in our hyperconnected world.Whether you're fascinated by ancient history, curious about the realities of content creation, or simply interested in a remarkable human story, this episode offers a thoughtful exploration of what it means to share your passion with the world while protecting your humanity. “Dixon Chibanda's beautiful and heroic book will inspire everyone who reads it.”— Johann Hari2025 BookPal OWL Award Winner • As featured on CBS Sunday Morning and NPR's Here and NowA simple, human solution for loneliness and depressionWhen Dr. Dixon Chibanda lost a patient to suicide, he began a soul-searching journey that eventually led to a mental healthcare revolution. As one of only six psychiatrists in all of Zimbabwe, a country traumatized by decades of conflict, Chibanda quickly realized that millions there were suffering from mental illness with no hope of receiving care. He saw that the only way to narrow this care gap was to leverage existing resources in the community, and one such resource was the compassion and understanding of grandmothers. With fourteen of these wise elders as partners, Chibanda pioneered the Friendship Bench program, a community-driven initiative addressing loneliness, depression, substance abuse, and suicide by fostering intergenerational connectedness. Since then, more than 500,000 people worldwide have sat on a park bench to share their personal stories with an empathetic grandmother.A primer on how human connection forms the bedrock of our resilience, The Friendship Bench gives readers the tools to facilitate transformative healing by reaching out to those who are struggling and isolated from the world around them. It's a case study of how interventions supported by robust scientific evidence can be made accessible for all. Ultimately, it's a celebration of the collective wisdom and knowledge of those rooted in their communities and their profound ability to foster belonging, purpose, and healing.Dixon Chibanda, MD, is a professor of psychiatry at the University of Zimbabwe and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. The director of the African Mental Health Research Initiative (AMARI), he has written about his work for The Guardian and LA Times and spoken to audiences at the World Economic Forum, the Aspen Ideas Festival, and the TEDWomen conference.https://www.friendshipbench.org/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/earth-ancients--2790919/support.

Mythical Ireland embodies the search for a soul among Ireland's ancient ruins, and is an attempt to retrieve something of deeper import from 5,000-year-old megalithic monuments and their associated myths. The book represents a fascinating and engaging journey through time, landscape and the human spirit. Dealing with archaeology, interpretive mythography, cosmology and cosmogony, the book attempts to grapple with a core meaning, something beyond the functional interpretations of academia. In this revised and expanded edition, Anthony Murphy delves further into the many enthralling aspects of this journey. Just how much knowledge did locals have of the secrets of Newgrange before it was excavated? Who is the Cailleach, the ancient hag goddess whose image is ubiquitous in the ancient landscape? What happened to make Ireland's Stonehenge disappear from the landscape? Who were the first kings of Tara? What were the indigenous Irish myths about the Milky Way? Did someone try to steal the Tara Brooch? Why are there myths in Ireland about flooded towns and cities?Lavishly illustrated with exquisite photographs of the Irish landscape and ancient monuments, Mythical Ireland represents a personal and yet universal journey, a quest to reimagine the shrines as empowering and transformative sacred places. Murphy invokes the druids and poets of the Boyne and thus the sídhe of the ancient texts are reawakened for a modern and turbulent world.I'm an author and journalist living in Drogheda, Ireland. I've been writing since I was about five, and even in my early years I was banging away on my father's old typewriter. I'm interested in many things, but my books are primarily inspired by the ancient myths and monuments of the Boyne Valley, where the world-famous stone age monuments of Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth are located, only a few miles from where I live.www.mythicalireland.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/earth-ancients--2790919/support.

What if the pyramid isn't the machine? What if the true design of Giza lies hidden in the plateau itself? For centuries, the pyramids of Giza have been studied as isolated monuments—tombs, symbols, or feats of ancient engineering. Yet key features remain unresolved: the subterranean chamber deep below, the purpose of the Well Shaft, hidden internal voids, and the precise relationship between structure and bedrock. What if these are not separate mysteries—but parts of a single system? The Giza System introduces a new perspective: that the function of Giza may not reside in the pyramid alone, but in what is concealed beneath and surrounding it. It proposes that the plateau itself may have been architecturally engineered to interact with water, integrating stone, elevation, and flow into a unified design. In this view, familiar features begin to shift in meaning—less as isolated spaces, more as elements within a larger process. Subsurface chambers, internal pathways, and surrounding geology suggest coordination, not coincidence.Elevation becomes critical.Position, depth, and relationship begin to matter in ways often overlooked. At the same time, the model opens a broader question: whether architecture and cosmology were conceived together—echoing the ancient concept of Nun, the primordial waters—not only symbolically, but functionally. In this light, traditional interpretations need not be discarded; funerary purpose and hydraulic design may coexist within the same architecture, serving layered roles rather than a single explanation. This is not a claim of lost technology—but a reframing of what may already be present.Drawing on architectural observation, geological context, and comparisons with other ancient sites, The Giza System outlines a model that is both grounded and testable—one that invites exploration rather than final answers. If this perspective is correct, then Giza was not built simply to endure. It may have been designed to operate. And what has been hidden in plain sight… may have been there by design.Brian Pharoah is a Canadian architectural designer with over 35 years of experience in residential design and construction, specializing in large custom luxury homes across Canada. Trained in classical architecture, his work is grounded in geometry, proportion, and the relationship between structure and environment. He approaches design as a disciplined process of visualizing and constructing space through measurement, mathematics, and three-dimensional reasoning. He is the author of two books on the Oak Island mystery, exploring themes of sacred geometry, numerical systems, and the possibility of encoded knowledge within historical structures. His work investigates how underlying mathematical principles—often described as Logos—may inform both architectural form and cultural symbolism.Over the past decade, Brian has extended this architectural approach to the study of ancient megalithic sites, with a particular focus on the Giza Plateau. His research examines the pyramids and surrounding structures not as isolated monuments, but as components of a coordinated landscape shaped by elevation, geology, and groundwater conditions. Through analysis of structural alignments, chamber elevations, and subsurface features, he explores the possibility that water played a fundamental role in the design and organization of the site.Rather than opposing traditional interpretations, Brian's work seeks to expand them—exploring how architecture, environmental forces, and ancient Egyptian cosmology, including concepts such as Nun, Osiris, and rebirth, may operate together within a unified framework. His research integrates architectural analysis with archaeological and geological data, offering a new perspective on how physical processes and symbolic meaning may intersect at Giza.Brian has been featured on The Curse of Oak Island and has appeared on multiple podcasts discussing his research. He is the author of The Giza System, a comprehensive architectural study presenting this evolving interpretation of the Giza Plateau.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/earth-ancients--2790919/support.

The Indigenous Paleolithic of the Western Hemisphere is a reclaimed history of the deep past of Indigenous people in North and South America during the Paleolithic. Paulette F. C. Steeves mines evidence from archaeology sites and Paleolithic environments, landscapes, and mammalian and human migrations to make the case that people have been in the Western Hemisphere not only just prior to Clovis sites (10,200 years ago) but for more than 60,000 years, and likely more than 100,000 years.Steeves discusses the political history of American anthropology to focus on why pre-Clovis sites have been dismissed by the field for nearly a century. She explores supporting evidence from genetics and linguistic anthropology regarding First Peoples and time frames of early migrations. Additionally, she highlights the work and struggles faced by a small yet vibrant group of American and European archaeologists who have excavated and reported on numerous pre-Clovis archaeology sites. In this first book on Paleolithic archaeology of the Americas written from an Indigenous perspective, The Indigenous Paleolithic of the Western Hemisphere includes Indigenous oral traditions, archaeological evidence, and a critical and decolonizing discussion of the development of archaeology in the Americas.Paulette Steeves (Cree-Métis) is a professor of sociology and Canada Research Chair Tier II Indigenous History, Healing, and Reconciliation at Algoma University. It was then that John and I were slapped awake by the brilliant color and majestic presence of our hosts. The walls and ceilings that gave us shelter by night had, in the morning's light, come alive with the vivid forms of men, deer, mountain lion, bighorn sheep, birds and rabbits, all superimposed within a great mural. The Indigenous peoples of Baja California have long survived the unforgiving conditions of the desert by adapting to nature. But everything changes when the Spanish conquistadors start arriving and the missionaries are deployed. With no written language, the Indigenous shamans paint their people's history into murals on the walls of mountain caves. As suggested by one such mural, Califa, a clever Cochimi healer, and her shaman husband, temporarily trick the Spanish invaders into retreat. But nothing can keep the massive galleons away forever, and over the next centuries, the Native peoples either acquiesce to the missionaries out of hunger or die from illnesses introduced by the Europeans.Nearly three hundred years after the establishment of the first Spanish mission, three young American men set out to backpack the length of Baja California. They follow the Camino Real along the trail of the Jesuits, seeking out the Indigenous rock-art sites and what remains of the missions. Along the way, they are frequently aided by descendants of the first colonists and the original Native peoples, though these ranchers, vaqueros, and other hard-working people aren't exactly sure whether these backpackers aren't crazy. As they make the 1200-mile, 110-day trek, the Americans encounter many of the same dangers and challenges faced by the Indigenous peoples and their conquerors, while also thrilling to the beauty of the landscape, the generosity of the people, and the mystical enchantment of the cave paintings.A thoroughly engaging blend of history, historical fiction, and memoir, The Elusive Conquest of Queen Califa brings history to life both as it happened and as it's being reflected upon in the midst of a great adventure undertaken by three intrepid young men hundreds of years later.A historian, conservation biologist and storyteller, Ehrgott writes to bridge myth and fact, honoring the voices of those often left out of traditional histories. In 1975, after Alan Ehrgott had earned his bachelor's degree in conservation biology and was halfway through a master's at U.C. Riverside, he embarked on the great adventure of backpacking the length of Baja California. For the next fifty years, Alan continued to research California's history. Meanwhile, under contract by the Bureau of Land Management he published The Organized Recreation use of the California Desert. For ten years, he owned an adventure-travel business, and he founded the American River Conservancy and was its executive director for 30 years. During his tenure, he completed 83 acquisitions of riverfront and endangered-species habitat, protecting and enhancing over 27,000 acres within the American and Cosumnes River watersheds. In 2017, Alan won the National Wilderness Conservation Award for his purchase of 10,000 acres of forest at the headwaters of the American River and the dedication of a 3,033-acre portion as wilderness which was gifted to the Tahoe National Forest.Alan is now retired and lives in Coloma, California. As a conservation biologist and wilderness guide he has explored large portions of the world but finds he is most fascinated by the natural and cultural ecologies of Indigenous Californians. In writing The Elusive Conquest of Queen Califa, he explores the early history of California, and uses the larger-than-life painted murals of the Cochimi tribe found in the Sacred Canyons of central Baja California to tell stories of these native people and their 162 years of successfully resisting colonization by Spanish conquistadors and Jesuit padres.https://californiaconquest.com/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/earth-ancients--2790919/support.

Explores the 24,000-year precessional cycle and the cultural shifts that accompany the different agesShows how the energies of the cosmos are guiding us into new paradigms of thought, new ways of being, and higher levels of consciousnessDiscusses the interface between the precessional cycle and the Hindu Yuga cycle and the meaning of the profound shift that we in at this timeWe are approaching the end of a 24,000-year precessional cycle and, according to ancient traditions, on the cusp of a new age. While this time of transition can lead to an evolutionary leap for humanity, it can also bring inevitable challenges for those who resist.Astrologer and clinical psychologist Heather Ensworth shows that we live in a sentient universe where the energies of the cosmos are guiding us through this transition and into new paradigms of thought, new ways of being, and higher levels of consciousness. By embracing these changes we can navigate the turmoil of transformation into a new age of love, harmony, and a greater awareness of our interconnectedness.Ensworth suggests that the precessional motion that causes the astrological ages is not due to a wobble in the Earth's axis but to the possibility that our sun is part of a binary star system, which astronomers have found are more common in the Milky Way galaxy than previously believed. The author also teaches us how to realign with the galactic center—our source—by becoming centered within and harmonizing with the changing cosmos to bring us a deeper sense of meaning and stability. The transition into a new age does not need to be a dramatic change that simply happens to us. This book shows how we can remember our origins, find our center, and navigate this changing age with clarity and intention.Heather M. Ensworth, PhD, is an astrologer and clinical psychologist with a background in cultural anthropology. A medical doctor's synthesis of holistic healing with the morphogenetic field• Explains how the morphogenetic field records disruptive information from past lives, including old oaths and guilt• Shows how ancestral karmic patterns and conflicts are inherited and affect one's energy field and physical body• Presents 30 case studies to show how aura surgery can be used to treat panic attacks, diabetes, bronchial carcinoma, and hair lossOUR ENERGY FIELDS often hold imprints of unresolved experiences—patterns and disruptions we've unconsciously inherited from past lives and ancestral lineages. These energetic blockages can manifest as repeating life challenges, emotional distress, or chronic health issues, making us feel as though we are trapped in cycles of suffering. Aura surgery offers a powerful pathway to clear these energetic imprints, allowing us to heal on a deep level and reconnect with our true potential.Energy disruptions often stem from soul-level experiences—old vows, karmic ties, guilt, or ancestral wounds—that linger in our subtle bodies. Aura surgery works gently on these energetic layers, addressing unconscious beliefs and inherited patterns that affect our well-being. Rather than touching the physical body directly, this non-invasive method operates on the etheric level to shift resonance patterns that may not show up on conventional scans. Through 30 illuminating case studies, Dr. Künlen shares how aura surgery has helped clients with conditions as diverse as panic attacks, diabetes, bronchial carcinoma, and even hair loss—offering insights into how healing can occur when we align our energy with our soul's truth.“How wonderful to read of an established medical doctor making unorthodox strides into addressing the root cause of illness, not just the symptoms. Dr. Künlen utilizes an intriguing mix of medical expertise and his unique method of psychic surgery, then uses technology to test that bodily frequencies have improved. His fascinating case studies confirm real life efficacy across a range of issues, physical and emotional. Who would have dreamed that symptoms experienced now could hail back centuries to an unknown ancestor's trauma? But the reported recoveries are compelling.” ― SANDY EDWARDS, fellow of the Healing Trust UK and author of Spiritual Healing in Hospitals and CliniMathias Künlen, M.D., is a doctor of neurology and founder of the Institute for Aura Surgery (IFA Institut für Aurachirurgie) in Liechtenstein. Few creatures are as shrouded in mystery as the Sasquatch, more commonly known as Bigfoot. For decades, and perhaps even centuries, people in North America have claimed encounters with him. There are so many cases and they are so well documented that they cannot be cast aside simply as hearsay or rumor. Yet after all this time, we are no closer to understanding who this creature might be…or are we.In this book, researcher and biblical scholar Adam Stokes asks us to look for answers to the identity of Bigfoot not in present, contemporary encounters but in the past. In turning to ancient texts such as the Bible and other works, we find persons and figures whose description eerily mirrors those of the Sasquatch. These are our best sources in determining the origin and nature of North America's most infamous cryptid.Adam Oliver Stokes (born 1981) has degrees in religion from Duke University and Yale Divinity School. He has published on a variety of topics including biblical studies, Mormon studies, Classical studies and ancient American history. A profound and modern approach to playing the ancient board game• Offers a comprehensive guide to the traditional Hindu game gyān caupar—a predecessor to Snakes and Arrows—and includes a three-color gameboard allowing readers to play• Analyzes archetypes of consciousness with the 72 squares of gyān caupar, enriched by spiritual references to deepen the game's messages• Offers instruction for conducting personal development ceremonies and receiving guidance from the gameThe origins of Snakes and Arrows trace back to gyan caupar, or the “game of knowledge,” a spiritual board game from ancient India. Like other forms of divination, such as the I Ching and the Tarot, the game offers a playful yet profound approach to explore the self, the present, and the future as well as understand one's destiny.Polina Rud delves into the oracle, shedding light on gyan caupar's archetypal wisdom and its power as a divinatory tool. Using a 72-square gameboard, players are invited to step back and observe their lives from above, seeing the emotional and behavioral patterns that guide their steps and, at times, lead them astray. Rud shows how the 72 squares represent different levels of human experience. Each square provides a philosophical key while practical exercises reveal the hidden beliefs and obstacles that hinder progress in the area of life that matters most to the player. The game's ascending path mirrors spiritual evolution and guides players toward enlightenment, akin to systems like the Kabbalistic Tree of Life or the Road to Paradise. Rud shows how gyan caupar symbolizes the psyche's journey, leading toward the ultimate prize: cosmic consciousness. The Cosmic Game of Snakes and Arrows offers a way to learn more deeply about who you are while fostering a connection with the divine.Polina Rud is a writer and therapist with a diploma from UNAM in suicide prevention and psychosocial crisis intervention. She holds a master's degree in International Relations and is completing a PhD on artists who resist authoritarian regimes and challenge the status quo. As part of her research, she has worked closely with people processing trauma linked to political violence and social rupture. From the executive director of Zen Caregiving Project and creator of the Mindful Caregiving Education course comes a much-needed guide offering practical advice, emotional support, and a path to spiritual solace for the millions of undersupported caregivers in the USRosalynn Carter said, “There are only four kinds of people in the world: those who have been caregivers, those who are currently caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers.” The past ten years have supported this observation, as the number of caregivers in the US has grown from 42 million to more than 53 million. With one in five American adults now in this role, many have found that they are emotionally and spiritually unprepared for the difficult and emotionally taxing task of caring for a seriously ill family member or patient. As a caregiver himself, and executive director of Zen Caregiving Project, Roy Remer was inspired to write Zen Caregiving to help support the emotional burden many caregivers experience and to augment this essential component of our healthcare system. After developing the Mindful Caregiving Education (MCE) curriculum and teaching MCE courses for many years, Remer was motivated to share what he had learned and taught about mindfulness-based approaches to care.Designed to be motivational, therapeutic, and practical, Zen Caregiving covers:the four components of the Zen approach to caregiving—mindfulness, compassion, loss literacy, and self-carehow to quiet the “thinking mind” to find solace and stay groundedmethods and approaches for expanding compassion and avoiding burnoutthe value of grief and processing losspractical advice for preparing medical directives and end-of-life arrangementshow to create intimacy with oneself to prioritize self-care one breath at a timeZen Caregiving is an essential resource for those in need of spiritual guidance and emotional support as they navigate the often turbulent and uncharted waters of caring for a loved one.Roy Remer is the Executive Director of Zen Caregiving Project (formerly known as Zen Hospice Project). He has been an end-of-life caregiver and educator since 1997 when he trained with Zen Hospice Project (ZHP) to become a volunteer. He served at the bedside for six years at the Guest House facility before serving for seven years on San Francisco's Laguna Honda Hospital's Palliative Care Ward. In 2008, Roy completed a yearlong end-of-life caregiver training at the Metta Institute in Sausalito, CA. A dedicated practitioner in Soto Zen tradition, Roy is a student at the San Francisco Zen Center. In this compelling new episode of Earth Ancients, Cliff Dunning welcomes archaeologist Dr. Ed Barnhart for an in-depth exploration of the Olmec—the mysterious civilization widely regarded as the mother culture of Mesoamerica. Together they journey through the rise of the earliest Olmec centers, including San Lorenzo, La Venta, and Tres Zapotes, examining how these remarkable people emerged in the Gulf Coast lowlands and laid the intellectual and cultural foundations for later civilizations such as the Maya and Zapotec.Listeners will gain rare insight into some of the most fascinating unresolved mysteries surrounding the Olmec, including the meaning of the colossal stone heads, the political structure behind their ceremonial cities, and the extraordinary engineering required to transport multi-ton basalt monuments across vast distances. Dr. Barnhart also explores cutting-edge interpretations of Olmec mathematics, astronomical knowledge, cosmology, and sacred architecture—revealing a society far more intellectually advanced than many realize.A major centerpiece of the discussion examines the startling implications of Aguada Fénix, the enormous ceremonial complex uncovered by Takeshi Inomata and his team in the Middle Usumacinta region of Mexico. Officially classified as an early Maya monumental site, Aguada Fénix has reshaped scholarly understanding because of its immense scale and unexpectedly early construction date. In this episode, Cliff and Dr. Barnhart explore the provocative possibility that Aguada Fénix may in fact preserve strong Olmec cultural fingerprints—or perhaps represent an Olmec ceremonial legacy later absorbed into Maya history. This opens a broader debate about whether some of the earliest monumental constructions traditionally labeled “Maya” may belong to a deeper Olmec horizon that has yet to be fully recognized.By downloading this episode, listeners will come away with a deeper understanding of who the Olmec were, why they matter profoundly in the story of human civilization, and how new discoveries like Aguada Fénix are forcing archaeologists to reconsider the origins of complex society in Mesoamerica. This is not simply a history lesson—it is an archaeological investigation into one of the ancient world's most sophisticated and least understood civilizations, filled with revelations that challenge conventional narratives and invite fresh wonder about humanity's earliest achievements.Dr. Edwin Barnhart, director of the Maya Exploration Center, has over twenty five years of experience in Central, South, and North America as an archaeologist, an explorer, and an instructor. He has appeared in over a dozen documentaries and given presentations all over the world. His involvement in Maya studies began in 1990 as an archaeological intern in the ruins of Copan, Honduras. In January of 1996 he was invited to return to Copan and help the University of Pennsylvania excavate the early acropolis and the tomb of the city's lineage founder. From 1992-1995 he studied art, iconography, and epigraphy (hieroglyphic translation) under the late Dr. Linda Schele at the University of Texas at Austin. During that same time he worked across the state of Texas as a contract archaeologist. https://archaeoed.com/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/earth-ancients--2790919/support.

In 1837, deep within the Great Pyramid of Giza, British army officer Colonel Richard W. Howard Vyse made a claim that would define Egyptology for generations: the “discovery” of painted hieroglyphs, including the royal cartouche of Khufu, the pyramid's builder. This single event helped cement forever the idea that the Great Pyramid and all other pyramids at Giza were merely royal tombs.Yet when the surviving notebooks, sketches, and first-hand accounts from Vyse's time are carefully examined, a different and deeply unsettling picture begins to emerge. These accounts reveal troubling discrepancies—erasures, manipulated dates, and contradictory statements—suggesting that the famous “Khufu cartouche” may not be ancient at all, but the product of a Victorian deception. In The Great Pyramid Hoax II, IT engineer and independent researcher, Scott Creighton, returns to the original 1837 evidence to conduct a forensic re-evaluation of what really happened inside those hidden chambers of the Great Pyramid.Through detailed textual, epigraphic, and contextual analysis, he demonstrates how Colonel Vyse's actions—whether through ambition, desperation, or misunderstanding—effectively set Egyptology down a wrong path; a path from which it has never (yet) found its way back. But if the Giza pyramids weren't simple tombs, then what were they? Creighton revisits the ancient Legend of Surid, preserved in early Coptic and Arabic sources, in which a pre-diluvian Egyptian king builds the pyramids to safeguard the wisdom of his age against a looming cataclysm. When this “legend” is read alongside the physical and astronomical layout of the Giza complex, a striking and compelling coherence begins to take shape. What emerges is a radical reappraisal of both the pyramid's function and humanity's own deep history—a reminder that beneath centuries of scholarly orthodoxy may lie the echo of an ancient science, and a warning recorded in stone by a civilization determined that its message should survive the apocalyptic Earth cataclysm that would bring its demise.Meticulously researched and boldly reasoned, The Great Pyramid Hoax II is an inquiry into how one nineteenth-century hoax helped shape our present understanding of Egypt's most ancient past—and how its unraveling may yet reshape our own future.“Egyptologists consider the ochre-painted Khufu cartouche in the Great Pyramid as the ultimate proof that this pyramid belongs to the Fourth Dynasty pharaoh Khufu. But much controversy surrounds its authenticity. If the Khufu cartouche is indeed a hoax, then the implications are tremendous. Scott Creighton has undertaken a very bold and meticulous investigation into this mystery. The Great Pyramid Hoax is a must-read book for all seekers of truth.” Robert Bauval, author of The Soul of Ancient Egypt ― Robert Bauval, author of The Soul of Ancient Egypt“An intriguing narrative, The Great Pyramid Hoax expertly weaves its way through the sands of time, as it revisits one of Egyptology's most contentious issues--the dating of the Great Pyramid. In the best traditions of alternative research Creighton takes the reader on a personal journey of exploration, skillfully weaving powerful themes upon clear emotional expression, as he attempts to uncover the veracity behind one of Egypt's most endearing mysteries. A must-read for those searching for the truth.” ― Lorraine Evans, Egyptologist, death historian, and author of Kingdom of the Ark"A powerfully-argued demolition of the 'facts' on which Egyptologists base their claim that the Great Pyramid was built by the Fourth Dynasty pharaoh Khufu. Scott Creighton's excellent new book The Great Pyramid Hoax is a first-class forensic investigation that Egyptologists should really be paying a great deal of attention to, because it pulls the rug of their chronology right out from under their feet." ― Graham Hancock, author of Fingerprints of the GodsAbout the AuthorScott Creighton is an engineer whose extensive travels have allowed him to explore many of the world's ancient sacred sites. Secrets of Antarctica will reveal Brad Olsen's exploration and firsthand experience with this strange continent. The book will question the possibility of a lost continent and visit the land of the Patagonia giants. Next are the Age of Exploration maps depicting the Ice Continent centuries before Antarctica was officially discovered. New Swabia (Neuschwabenland) was a territorial claim made by Nazi Germany in the late 1930s. Admiral Richard Byrd led Operation Highjump to confront the Nazi base there, and to recover a Nazi flying disc. Admiral Byrd spoke of “flying objects that could fly from pole to pole at incredible speeds.” What if there is a hollow Earth, or very large inhabitable domes under the ice warmed by geothermal heat? Could this be a home base for Antarctica ETs? Lastly, the book uncovers the Black Goo discovered on a pan-Antarctic island, and examines its connection to Transhumanism.Brad Olsen is a captivating speaker and author of eleven books, including four in his Esoteric Series: "Modern Esoteric;" "Future Esoteric;" “Beyond Esoteric;” and the newly-released “Secrets of Antarctica.” An award-winning author, book publisher and conference speaker, his keynote presentations and interviews have enlightened audiences at Contact in the Desert, New Living Expo, the 5D events and dozens of podcast, radio (including Coast to Coast, Ground Zero, and Nino's Corner) and television shows (including Ancient Aliens, America Unearthed, Beyond Belief, Book of Secrets, The Truth is Out There and Mysteries of the Outdoors). What if meditation didn't require discipline, technique, or hours of sitting still but was actually something you looked forward to?In How to Meditate Without Even Trying, Peter Russell shares the liberating insight at the heart of his decades-long teaching: The harder we try to meditate, the more we get in our own way. True meditation is instead about the practice of allowing — releasing effort, relaxing the mind, and gently returning to the present moment. In clear and calming prose, Russell's minimalist approach to meditation will help you:• cultivate presence without controlling your thoughts• let go of resistance, tension, and emotional discomfort• reclaim your natural inner calm — even in a noisy, busy world• integrate mindfulness into your daily life through mini- and micro-meditations• rediscover the practice as a source of joy, clarity, and deep contentmentRooted in both lived experience and timeless wisdom, this is a book to keep within arm's reach — a call to stop striving and start being.Spiritual teacher Peter Russell earned degrees in theoretical physics, psychology, and computer science at the University of Cambridge in England. What if the root of your suffering comes down to just three core beliefs? The Three Beliefs of Ego explores a simple but transformative idea: that the ego, often misunderstood, is structured around three unconscious beliefs — lack, attachment, and control. These beliefs quietly shape how we think, feel, and respond to life, giving rise to emotional pain.In this debut work, spiritual teacher Aaron Abke draws from his background in both Christian theology and nondual spiritual teachings, incorporating both Eastern and Western perspectives to map a clear path toward healing. Across many Indigenous traditions of North America, stories of “Star People” are not fringe mythology but part of living cosmology. Nations such as the Zuni and Hopi describe ancestral relationships with celestial beings and migrations guided by star knowledge. These traditions appear repeatedly in oral histories collected by scholars and Indigenous knowledge keepers. This program brings together Native elder Clifford Mahooty, Indigenous scholar Paulette Steeves, and researcher Ardy Sixkiller Clarke to explore whether these traditions preserve encoded knowledge about ancient migrations, cosmology, or contact narratives. The conversation bridges Indigenous oral memory with academic archaeology and anthropology.Clifford Mahooty — Zuni Pueblo elder, retired civil/environmental engineer, and wisdom keeper active in Zuni religious orders including the Kachina and Galaxy Medicine Society. On Earth Ancients he discusses Zuni oral history, ritual life, kachinas, and connections to star people.Dr. Ardy Sixkiller Clarke — Professor Emeritus at Montana State University who devoted her career to Indigenous populations and published work on Native accounts of “Star People.” Earth Ancients presents her as a noted American Indian researcher whose interviews collected first-person Indigenous narratives.Dr. Paulette SteevesCree-Métis archaeologist and professor (Algoma University). Mark Kohl spent his early career shaping stories from behind the camera—directing major productions, earning awards, and building a life that looked complete on the outside. But privately, he was fighting a decade-long battle with alcoholism that no amount of success could mask.He tried everything the traditional system told him to try:Ten years of therapy, hundreds of AA meetings, five rehabs. But none of it reached the source. None of it created real change.Mark wasn't seeking enlightenment. He was trying to survive. Everything shifted when he turned to natural psychedelics—ceremony-grade mushrooms, sound frequencies, intention, and ancient practices that touch the nervous system in ways modern methods rarely do. These weren't escapes; they were gateways.Tools that softened the trauma, broke old patterns, and helped rebuild a life from the inside out.For the first time, something worked. And with that awakening came a realization: The modern healing system is designed to manage dysfunction, not resolve it. People need tools that transform at the level of frequency—mind, body, identity, and consciousness. That realization became the blueprint for Frequency.THE FREQUENCY ECOSYSTEM: Mark built Frequency not as a brand but as a new model of human healing—a system that blends ancient medicine, modern neuroscience, quantum principles, and real-world integration.Today, Frequency includes:Frequency BrandCeremony-grade psychedelic tools, sound-informed formulations, and nervous-system products designed for the mind, body, and subconscious to actually change.Frequency HouseA separate company and nature-based sanctuary in Topanga—created as a true home for healers, guides, and facilitators to bring clients, host events, and practice their modalities with intention.Frequency TV (Coming Soon)A conscious FAST channel sharing positive global storytelling, mystical-meets-scientific education, and original programming designed to elevate rather than numb.https://frequencycaps.com/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/earth-ancients--2790919/support.

The book shares evidence that the Anunnaki's influence extends beyond the realms of mythology and religion, shaping the very foundations of our understanding of reality, consciousness, and the nature of the self. By exploring the connections between the Anunnaki, shamanic practices, psychedelic experiences, and modern pursuits such as artificial intelligence and transhumanism, Anunnaki Revelation aims to trace the origins and trajectory of the transformative impact these gods had on the human experience.Who were the Anunnaki? Were they benevolent guides or malevolent manipulators, and what will the answer mean for our understanding of the nature of reality? Was the Anunnaki's wisdom transmitted to early civilizations, then preserved and passed down through secret societies and occult practices? Were psychedelics, shamanic practices, and altered states of consciousness used to communicate with the Anunnaki and other entities?
