Are you tired of not knowing what to have for supper? Do you wish there was an easy system to follow to get dinner on the table in a quick and healthy way? Are you tired of ordering takeout? I’m Blaga Goertzaen and I’m so excited you are here for meal planning for busy moms. I remember what it felt like to come home from a full exhausting day at work, and be pressed for time to get dinner on the table in under 30 minutes, so I could get the kids to all their things…hockey, dance, swimming, music lessons. Most nights it was take-out, cereal or mac and cheese because I had forgotten to take something out or just didn’t have the energy or desire to cook, nor did I have the time. I was so over it urgh. The guilt of not feeding my family healthy, balanced meals eats me alive. The overwhelm and the chaos around the entire dinner hour, and just feeling pulled in every direction barf. It really wasn’t working. Then I discovered the secret to meal planning sing a low pressure, and fun system that I like to call the “5 Meal Method.” After fallin in love with it and changing my dinner time rush forever, I’ve decided to share it with the world and teach you everything I know about simplifying the dinner time rush and meal planning as a busy working mom. Inside this podcast you will find: meal planning basics, The ‘5 Meal Method’, easy quick and healthy meals, weekly meal plans to gain inspiration from, How to create a meal plan not only your family will love, but will meet all dietary needs and restrictions. You’ll hear from other meal planning mama’s who are crushin it and who are busy moms just like you. Time saving hacks to save more time in the kitchen to do more of what you love. Money saving hacks to put more of your hard earned moolah into your pockets, and sanity saving hacks so you can breathe, have some relief and reduce stress and overwhelm around dinner time. You will reduce brain power around what’s for dinner and you no longer will feel decision fatigued or guilty about your dinner choices. These are the meals that are practically set-it-and-forget-it, making your life as a busy mom easier than ever. I'll share some of my favorite meal ideas, practical tips, and a real-life story where one of these recipes saved my sanity! Plus, you'll get 11 dump-and-go meal ideas that are quick, delicious, and perfect for your busy weeknights.   11 Dump and Go Meal Ideas:   Chicken Taco Soup – Throw chicken, beans, corn, tomatoes, and spices into the slow cooker. Add toppings like cheese and sour cream when it's done. Done and delish.   Beef Stroganoff – Toss beef, mushrooms, onions, and cream of mushroom soup into the Instant Pot. Serve over noodles.   Pulled Pork Sandwiches – Pork shoulder, BBQ sauce, and a slow cooker. Serve on buns with coleslaw.   Sausage & Peppers – Sausage, peppers, onions, and marinara in a slow cooker. Serve with crusty bread.   Chicken Alfredo – Dump chicken, Alfredo sauce, and broccoli into the Instant Pot. Serve over pasta.   Beef Chili – Ground beef, beans, tomatoes, onions, and spices in a slow cooker. Top with cheese and crackers.   Honey Garlic Chicken – Chicken, honey, garlic, and soy sauce in the slow cooker. Serve with rice.   Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry – Beef, teriyaki sauce, and veggies in the Instant Pot. Serve over rice.   BBQ Chicken Thighs – Chicken thighs, BBQ sauce, and onions in a slow cooker. Serve with mashed potatoes.   Pasta Primavera – Dump pasta, veggies, and Alfredo sauce in the Instant Pot. Done in minutes!   Sweet and Sour Meatballs – Meatballs, pineapple, bell peppers, and sweet and sour sauce in the slow cooker.
