Pendola Project Podcast has had the privilege of answering your training questions. Many of you have asked if we were going to offer online training. We always believe that the best value in any product is one that serves a need, while improving the quality of our lives. With so many "cookie cutter" programs out there, we did not want to add on to the pile of "quick fix" molds that everyone is supposed to fit into. We wanted to design online programs that would actually work for YOU, so we reviewed questions like: How do I start a training program? What if I've had injuries? How will I know if I'm training the right way? If I'm doing to little, too much? How do your world class athletes train, and should I be training the same way? I want to set a new personal best, but I don't know what training is best, how do I know what to progress? Sound familiar? It took us all of 2020, but our online "Relative Readiness Training" programs are finished and ready to serve you for just $25 a month! Whether you follow our programs or not, we will be able to answer many of the questions that you need to know to reach your goals!
