Each episode features engaging conversations with guests who share their wisdom and insights. Thea's soothing voice and unapologetic delivery of truth make this podcast a must-listen for anyone on a self-healing journey.

One of the best aspects of The Shaping the Shift Podcast is the authenticity and depth of the conversations. Thea brings on guests who are experts in their respective fields and have valuable perspectives to share. These conversations are real, raw, and thought-provoking. They delve into the complexities of life and offer practical tools and advice for personal growth. Thea's ability to ask insightful questions allows listeners to gain new insights and perspectives on various topics.

Another great aspect of this podcast is Thea's ability to create a safe space for vulnerability and healing. Much about this moment in time is a question of character. It is as though the natural world is demanding every nation, society, city, family, and individual to answer a single question: WHO ARE YOU? ~Thea Monyeé This question is at the core of what is here now and what's to come. It's a touchstone we can come back to over and over again from moment to moment. *When I feel restricted, who am I? *When I feel threatened, who am I? *When I feel out of control, who am I? *When I see people in need, who am I? *When I am asked to share, who am I? *When I am asked to be of service, who am I? *When a situation requires patience, who am I? *When I am asked to release, who am I? *When I am afraid, who am I? *When asked to love more than I thought was humanly possible, who am I?   There will be challenging moments. They aren't random, they aren't without purpose. They are micro-miracle-mirror moments creating an opportunity to ask a question we avoid asking daily. Who am I? There's no wrong answer. Only super useful information.   ~Thea Monyee March 25, 2020
