The band has released three full length albums (Eat My Heart Out, Because I’m Awesome, and A Little Messed Up) and several singles and EPs through the Lookout, Blackheart, and Brando record labels. In 2010 The Dollyrots toured the UK & Ireland with Bowling For Soup and Forever the Sickest Kids, playing to sold out crowds and expanding their fan base overseas. For The Dollyrots, 2012 is gearing up to be their best year yet as they are currently putting the finishing touches on their fourth full length album independently and with John Fields, producer of “Eat My Heart Out” and “Because I’m Awesome.” The album is in large part being funded by fans through a Kickstarter crowdsourcing project that has thus far doubled initial fundraising expectations. Coming off a strong year of touring and recording the band is anxious to expand their horizons and build on what they’ve accomplished with a new album supported by their fans.
