People pleasing was a skill that kept you safe but it is something that you do not want to continue forever.In this episode we are going to discuss how people-pleasing develops and some strategies to become more empowered, find love and acceptance for yourself, and learn to set some compassionate boundaries. My guest, Anita Sandoval, LPCS shares her experience of generational trauma and abuse that led her to people-please and stay in an abusive relationship.
