The Bears apparently think they need to let other teams get a fourth quarter lead before they can actually come back and win it, but for now, who cares? It's working. The RECRAP of the Bears' 19-17 walkoff win over the Vikings is brought to you by Mr. Submarine, the Pat Benkowski Sports Spectacular and the award-winning, best selling book on the 2016 Cubs titled "The Immortals." Ben Johnson's doing a great job, but he nearly got a little too geniusy late in the game. Cairo Santos is the most accurate kicker in Bears' history but even he misses once and a while. And the Bears' defense isn't good, but it is opportunistic, but trying to hang it on them to close it out is unwise. What is that shit on JJ McCarthy's face. Why does he remind us of Tom Brady cloning his dog, and much more.
Ruthie Polinsky and Clay Harbor set the stage as the Saints are set to visit the Bears. They break down why weather tilts toward Chicago, how D'Andre Swift can drive the run game, and what Jake Moody's call-up means with Cairo Santos ruled out. Clay outlines the blueprint on how each team can pull out the victory. Plus: Dennis Allen's inside intel on New Orleans and Rattler vs. Caleb by the numbers.
From 'Take The North' (subscribe here): One statistic really stands out as the Bears prepare to face the Saints. The Bears haven't beaten this team since 2008! How is that possible? Dan Wiederer and Mark Grote take a look back at the losses over that time. Can the Bears finally break that trend in a game they're favored in? Also in this episode, will kicker Cairo Santos be healthy enough to return this Sunday? The injury report doesn't look great for him so far. And how about the history between Bears quarterback Caleb Williams and Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler? Zero Doinks is back for Season 7 and we have never been more full of life. So much has changed since S6 ended with the golden foot of Cairo Santos breaking the hearts of annoying Packers fans. The dream head coach candidate surprisingly said yes to Kevin Warren and the Bears braintrust. Ben Johnson's coaching staff is expensive and impressive. Virginia McCaskey is dead. Dick Jauron? Also dead. But not Zero Doinks. We've never felt more alive. This will not fail.
The Bears end the season and begin the New Year with a win! The 11 game loosing streak against the Green Bay Packers comes to an end. Cairo Santos ones again becomes the hero with the game winning kick, sending fans and players into a wonderful celebration. Now the search for the head coach begins. With more than 10 coaches interviewed, the Bears need to move quickley before their top canidate is taken by another team.

Welcome to the Vikings Postgame Report. The Minnesota Vikings extended their winning streak and knocked off the Bears 30-27 in another crazy game at Soldier Field on Sunday. The Vikings and Bears ended the first half with the Bears hitting a field goal at the whistle to cut the Vikings lead to 14-10 after both Jordan Addison and Jalen Nailor found the endzone in the first half for the Vikings. The Vikings extended their lead in the 2nd half to 24-10 and went into the 4th quarter seemingly in control. The Bears fought back with scores from D.J. Moore and Keenan Allen to bring the game within 3 points. The Bears recovered an onside kick within the final minute of regulation and converted a Cairo Santos field goal to send the game to overtime. Both teams possessed the ball in overtime, but the Vikings were able to march down the field and Parker Romo iced the game with a 29-yard field goal. Sam Darnold finished 22-of-34 passing for 330 yards and 2 touchdowns. Jordan Addison had a big game with 8 receptions for 162 receiving yards and a touchdown. T.J. Hockenson also had a big game with 114 receiving yards, respectively. Aaron Jones eclipsed the 100-yard rushing mark by finishing with 106 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Jonathan Greenard had another multi-sack game with 2 on the day and Andrew Van Ginkel also recorded the other for the Vikings defense. Bo Richter recovered the only Vikings turnover when he dove on the muffed Carter punt return in the 3rd quarter. Kicker Parker Romo finished 3-of-3 for both extra points and field goals, including the game winner. Paul Allen and Pete Bercich breakdown the victory in the windy city, including: the Vikings defense coming in clutch during overtime, another tough game against the Bears, Parker Romo being perfect on the day, the importance of special teams, and the need to be resilient.
