Noah, Kennedie, and Augustine have faithfully served with Crossworld in Thailand for the past six years. Throughout their ministry, they have experienced incredible moments—witnessing teenagers come to faith, be baptized, and grow as disciples. In the last two years, their focus shifted from working in local schools to launching their own. However, recent legal challenges and visa complications have led them to the difficult decision to leave the field and return to the U.S. If you've ever been called to a ministry or job that felt like the perfect fit but was no longer an option, you understand the heartache and uncertainty that can follow. The Reynold family is navigating that transition now and would deeply appreciate our prayers and support as they seek new opportunities to serve. They are incredibly gifted, and we trust that God has a meaningful place for them in this next season. We are profoundly grateful for their dedication over the past decade and for the partnership we've shared through All Shores. We celebrate all they have accomplished and the impact of their ministry. Thank you, Noah and Kennedie—we are so proud of you! For more information or ways to engage, please contact thad.spring@allshores.org

Bruce and Cindy McMartin tell the story of their life work on two sides of the globe as they worked alongside their students in missions. ABOUT BRUCE & CINDY MCMARTIN: Bruce & Cindy met at Multnomah Bible College and married after graduating in 1975. They have 3 grown children. Bruce earned a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary and a D.Miss from Western Seminary. Bruce & Cindy were accepted as appointees to Haiti with Unevangelized Fields Mission (now Crossworld) and began full-time service in Haiti in 1982. They were both involved in training and developing Haitian leaders, and both taught in the Evangelical Theological Seminary of Port-au-Prince. Both Bruce & Cindy played a role in helping to sensitize the Haitian church and believers to the needs of the lost world and their responsibility to be a part of obeying the Great Commission. A Haitian Mission Organization was birthed, and 3 teams were sent to Senegal (2004, 2005, 2011) and today there are 7 full-time Haitian missionaries serving in Senegal, W. Africa. In 2014, Bruce & Cindy left Haiti and moved to Senegal to serve alongside Haitian missionaries. Senegal is a more unreached country, so the challenges are great. The major religion is Islam, and the Evangelical church is small. Bruce & Cindy have just returned to the USA and are transitioning to making disciples in a new environment. The Great Commission and making disciples is for all Christians, but do we really live that way? We've had a classic understanding of what missionaries ought to be doing, but is that exclusionary? In episode 263, we have Luke Perkins from Crossworld to help us sort it out. Luke served as a missionary professor in Haiti for several years and today is the President at Crossworld where they emphasize that all professions have a role in the work of the Great Commission and the imperative of making disciples throughout the globe. How can we help believers in the marketplace understand the important role they play in the Great Commission? How can we best mobilize secular professionals like plumbers, educators, social workers, or health care professionals? In this episode, Dave converses with Dale Losch, the CEO of Crossworld, a missions agency committed to sending ministry workers from all professions. This episode will equip you to mobilize believers from all walks of life. Here's what Dave asked Dale: Why should we engage believers from all professions to reach the world? How can mission agencies train professional workers who do not have previous formal Bible training? Is it still important to send traditional vocational missionaries? How does a secular professional find time for ministry? What do secular professionals do on the mission's field? What are some tips for mobilizing secular professionals? What kinds of professions are being used on the field in creative ways? This week on the Crown Stewardship Podcast, we welcome Dale Losch, President of CrossWorld and author of Giving Outside the Box. If you have ever cringed the moment a pastor started talking about tithing, don't worry - Dale's approach to giving is grace-based and joy-filled. You'll be inspired as you hear stories of God's faithfulness as Dale's family has made giving a lifestyle, and what it looks like to make it a priority to store treasures in Heaven. The world tells us we can never have enough money, but listening to Dale will encourage and inspire you to trust God more, by giving more. Dale Losch serves as president of Crossworld, a missions organization whose goal is to send disciple-makers from all professions, to launch disciple-making communities in the world's least-reached marketplaces. Dale draws on his formal education, his decades of pastoral and cross-cultural ministry, and his real-life experience as a husband, father, and friend. Dale is the author of A Better Way: Make Disciples Wherever Life Happens, and Giving Outside the Box. One of the things Dale enjoys most in life, besides spending time with his wife, his kids, and their twelve (and counting) grandchildren, is sharing biblical truth with everyday relevance so that people can discover life as it is meant to be. “God loves to bless generous givers. He loves generosity not because He wants to make us poor - but because He wants to make us rich in a way we are never going to lose.” Podcast Highlights: Dale tells how being raised in a home where giving was a priority shaped the way he lives. For each year of marriage, Dale and his wife decided to give more and more to God, and each year they have seen God's providence. Dale tells stories of how he has seen real examples of God's provision, trusting God to meet their needs, both big and small. There is a wrong place to accumulate wealth, He wants us to “lay up for ourselves treasures in Heaven.” What does it look like when we use money the way God intends? And what do eternal treasures actually look like? We hope you find this conversation informative and inspiring. Please join us each episode and please share the podcast with anyone you feel it might encourage.

Increasingly, Millennials and young people are redefining “long-term” missions. At the same time, fewer are willing to raise missionary support. Is recruiting marketplace missionaries—many of whom are short-term tentmakers—a sustainable solution? And if so, how do we get the word out to professionals that the Great Commission isn't just for full-time religious workers? This week we go back and forth with Mark Silvers, Director of Mobilization for Crossworld, on the pros and cons of using marketplace missionaries alongside long-term church planters. Mark Silvers served with Crossworld in the Philippines for 10 years and joined the home office staff in 2009. Mark's driving passion is the goal of reaching the 2.9 billion people in the world today with no access to the gospel. Remember to share, rate, leave a review, and subscribe. Together we can bridge the gap between the worlds of theology and missions. Want to ask a question for a future episode? Email alex@missionspodcast.com. This was a fun interview because Dale took things a different (and better!) direction than I was planning. David Glass is our guest for episode 18 of the Gangstercast - a UK based artist with an impressive discography taking in releases on Circus, Robsoul, Magnetic, Crossworld and NiteGrooves among many others. Hailing from Liverpool, David says that "the clubbing scene is a big thing there and helped me get into House. Going to nights such as Circus inspired me to DJ and make music. There's nothing better than seeing everyone happy on a dance floor listening to house music and i've been lucky to meet most of friends through House music!" David's style reflects what the House Gangster sound means to him "Old school, underground, funky, jackin house music!" and he adds that, "The House Gangster movement means a lot to me because it keeps the people who love house music together and shows the newer generation such as myself what real house music is. The DJ's and artists involved have always stuck to their roots and not followed any trends, which I respect a lot." "The tracks in the mix represent me as an artist because I love the old school sound of house music. How it should be played! In my sets I stick to playing underground house music with a groove, as you can hear in this mix. The tracks on this mix are tracks i've been playing a lot, some older than others. some of these tracks are from labels and artists who have inspired me over the years to play this sort of music and produce it. The special thing about this mix is being asked to be involved in the House Gangster movement. I really appreciate it!"
