Facultatea de Științe Politice a Universității din București (FSPUB) sărbătorește 35 de ani de la înființare. Care este istoria inventării unei discipline noi – pentru România anilor ʼ90? Cum a fost ales modelul francez? L-am întrebat pe profesorul Cristian Preda, fost decan al FSPUB.Cristian Preda: „Fondatorul școlii este profesorul Radu Toma, care era profesor la departamentul de franceză. Un om care, dincolo de literatură, de istorie, de critică literară, a avut întotdeauna o curiozitate pentru științele umane, a fost întotdeauna la curent cu ce se publică în filozofie, în istorie, în sociologie. Și el a fost ales să facă macheta acestui curs. (...) S-a dus la Biblioteca Franceză. Nu se chema încă Institut sau abia căpătase numele de Institut. Și acolo a luat planurile de studiu de la diverse Instituts dʼÉtudes Politiques. Și, în particular, a dat peste unul de la Rennes. Ele au o machetă generală, care se repetă în diverse locuri. Și, de altfel, și profesorii de la Rennes și ulterior de la Paris, din universități belgiene, au venit să predea într-un plan de studii care era luat, copiat, după felul în care se făceau aceste studii în lumea francofonă. Dimensiunea studiilor a fost întotdeauna interdisciplinară. Inițial s-a avut în vedere crearea unei licențe în drept european. Și, la această facultate, înainte de Facultatea de Drept, s-a predat ceea ce se numea atunci drept comunitar. S-a avut în vedere o împrospătare a felului în care sînt studiate istoria sau filozofia. Și de asta aici au venit profesori care erau deja foarte bine, din punctul de vedere la conectării la lumea occidentală, doamna Zoe Petre, de pildă, sau Neagu Djuvara, sau Alexandru Duțu. Și de asemenea s-a căutat inventarea unui cîmp nou, acest cîmp al științelor politice, pentru că așa ceva nu existase în România. Și Franța era, în acel moment, modelul.”În contextul actual, cu ascensiunea populismului, cu neîncrederea în instituții, cu fake news, cu polarizare, mai poate știința politică să explice fenomenul politic? Sau e nevoie să-și reinventeze instrumentele?Cristian Preda: „Instrumentele acestei discipline au tot fost reinventate. Eu însumi am scris o teză de doctorat despre felul în care un fenomen politic nou, în secolul XX, totalitarismul, a fost înțeles. Am scris o teză de doctorat la Paris despre critica totalitarismului. Cum s-a construit critica acestui tip de regim, care era cu totul inedit în secolul XX, era o altă formă politică. Acum, de mai mulți ani, de la Fareed Zakaria încoace, de prin 1995, se vorbește despre iliberalism. Un prim-ministru care tocmai a plecat de la putere din Ungaria și-a asumat el însuși asta, deși iliberalismul era descris de Fareed Zakaria ca un lucru rău. Orban a încercat să facă din el un lucru bun. Și sigur că trebuie să explici care sînt rădăcinile intelectuale ale unor asemenea constructe. Trebuie, într-adevăr, să deosebești ce e iliberalismul și ce e autoritarismul. Ce este o monarhie absolută și ce este o guvernare totalitară. Ce înseamnă China comunistă și ce înseamnă Chile sub guvernarea autoritară. Deci, sînt enorm de multe distincții, pentru că lumea politică, în întregul ei, și democrațiile, în particular, sînt de o mare diversitate. Una dintre temele pe care noi le tratăm cu foarte mult discernămînt și cu mult bagaj bibliografic este tocmai diversitatea democrațiilor. (...) Cîmpul politic este extrem de dens și de ramificat și, în momentul în care îmbrățișezi această perspectivă comparativă, în primul rînd cred că înțelegi mult mai profund resorturile acestui regim care e democrația și, în al doilea rînd, cred că devii cu adevărat moderat și poți să fii capabil să iei o distanță față de pasiunile dintr-un loc sau altul.”Apasă PLAY pentru a asculta interviul integral! O emisiune de Adela Greceanu și Matei Martin Un produs Radio România Cultural

Martin veľmi otvorene rozpráva, ako sa dá vybudovať firma, ktorá ešte nemá „obrovské obraty“, ale pre kupca má hodnotu v niečom inom.Hneď na začiatku rozoberáme rast z malého projektu do momentu, v ktorom riešite predaj firmy a potrebujete vedieť, čo vlastne predávate. Martin vysvetľuje, že klasická chyba je nahírovať ľudí rýchlejšie, než to firma unesie, minúť cash a potom nemať pre investorov dobrú odpoveď na otázku, ako z „flat“ krivky spravíte exponenciálny rast. Práve tlak a stres z tohto momentu ich dotlačil k pragmatickému pivotu a k tomu, že začali stavať produkt tak, aby ho raz vedeli buď škálovať, alebo predať.Veľká časť epizódy je o tom, ako pilotovať produkt a pricing tak, aby ste vedeli predať aj „lacnú vec“ draho. Martin ide do detailu. Hovorí, že cena sa nerobí podľa toho, koľko stojí vyrobiť tool, ale podľa toho, koľko hodnoty ušetrí človeku alebo firme. Rozoberáme aj to, čo bola skutočná hodnota Macaly pre kupca. Martin povedal na rovinu, že v AI dobe bol trh hladný po AI talente, a tak tímy s reálnou expertízou mali pre veľkých hráčov hodnotu aj pri malých tržbách.Riešime aj stret korporátneho sveta a AI startupu po exite. Martin popisuje, čo sa môže stať, keď „rýchly“ tím príde do prostredia, v ktorom sa veci zrazu riešia iným tempom, a prečo je dôležité mať jasnú predstavu, ako má vyzerať AI firma budúcnosti. V závere ide do praxe: ako CEO používa AI pri práci s dátami, pricingom, dokumentáciou a marketingom? Cuba a fost afectată de o pană de curent la nivelul întregii insule, care a durat peste 29 de ore, pe fondul adîncirii crizei energetice și economice a țării. Nu e un incident izolat, ci semnul unor probleme structurale mult mai vechi: o economie dependentă de importuri de energie, un sistem electric depășit din punct de vedere tehnic și o criză economică profundă. În același timp, Washingtonul pune o presiune tot mai mare pe regimul de la Havana: sancțiuni economice extinse, inclusiv în ceea ce privește livrările de petrol, și o retorică tot mai agresivă din partea președintelui american Donald Trump. Care a declarat recent: „Cred că voi avea onoarea de a lua Cuba... Cred că pot face ce vreau cu ea”. Ce se întîmplă în Cuba? Am întrebat-o pe Caterina Preda, profesoară la Facultatea de Științe Politice a Universității din București.Cuba e o țară aflată de multe decenii sub embargou sau diverse sancțiuni economice. Ce anume s-a schimbat în presiunea americană asupra Cubei în ultimii ani? Caterina Preda: „Aţi spus foarte bine că asupra relaţiilor cu Cuba există un embargou începînd cu 1960, înnoit în fiecare an de Congresul SUA. Pe lîngă asta, există, începînd din 1961, la nivelul Departamentului de Stat din SUA, o politică de izolare diplomatică a Cubei. Ambele nu au funcționat. Scopul acestor două politici fiind acela de a vedea răsturnarea regimului comunist din Cuba. Politica SUA a fost aceeași, începînd cu 1960, 1961. Ce s-a întîmplat acum este că administrația Trump a exagerat presiunea sau a accelerat evenimentele, care oricum ar fi condus la o tranziție a regimului politic din Cuba. Nu e o schimbare fundamentală, ci e mai degrabă o schimbare de ritm.”Ce să înțelegem din declarațiile recente ale președintelui american cu privire la Cuba: „Cred că voi avea onoarea de a lua Cuba... Într-un fel sau altul... adică fie că o eliberez... o iau. Cred că pot face ce vreau cu ea”?Caterina Preda: „Da, a spus-o mult mai direct acum. A mai spus-o în ultimele luni. Și eu am spus, la rîndul meu, că, după ce a căzut regimul Maduro, va urma în mod cert regimul comunist de la Havana. Deoarece Cuba era dependentă de resursele care îi veneau din Venezuela. Și deci era de așteptat că se va produce o schimbare politică în Cuba. Nu știe nimeni cînd se va întîmpla asta. Și atunci, Trump acum e mult mai explicit în acest demers pe care îl pune în practică, pe de-o parte. Pe de altă parte, administrația Trump pare să revină la o doctrină mai degrabă specifică sfîrșitului de secolul XIX și începutului de secolul XX. Adică se manifestă foarte agresiv în America Latină, așa cum s-a întîmplat în secolele trecute. S-a vorbit despre Doctrina Monroe, s-a vorbit despre Corolarul Roosevelt: folosirea forței pentru a se asigura că această zonă a lumii este sub controlul direct al SUA. Nu trebuie să uităm: Cuba a fost ocupată de SUA la începutul independenței sale. A fost administrată direct de către SUA timp de patru ani, între 1898-1902, perioada în care a fost scrisă prima Constituție a Cubei. Deci, administrația Trump și Partidul Republican, ca și mişcarea MAGA, se revendică de la o doctrină, dacă îi putem spune așa, o doctrină Trump foarte intervenționistă și foarte agresivă în America Latină. Ceea ce nu mai văzusem, cu excepția Haiti, în ultimele cîteva decenii. Il nostro Claudio Chiari ha incontrato Alessandro Castelli, manager esperto di risorse umane e comunicazione, in occasione della pubblicazione del suo audiolibro intitolato La giungla aziendale. Spoiler, tu sei la preda?. Castelli utilizza la metafora della giungla per descrivere l'ambiente lavorativo contemporaneo: «Le aziende sono diventate ecosistemi molto complessi, pieni di trappole, ma anche di opportunità. Mi è sembrato bello usare questa metafora della giungla, che può sembrare un luogo ostile con tanti predatori, ma se impari poi a leggerla con le dinamiche giuste, può anche diventare uno spazio di crescita. Ovviamente questo vale sia per i giovani, ma anche per chi per i leader, che oggi sono parecchio sotto pressione». Per questo motivo, Alessandro consiglia a manager e giovani di non mirare a essere i "leoni," ma piuttosto di imparare a leggere i segnali deboli della giungla: «Alla fine la giungla è vero che è un ecosistema, però penso che sopravviva chi evolve e non chi è dominante, chi sa ascoltare, chi sa fare team».

Des torrents d'images que les autorités ne parviennent pas à endiguer, ni à faire supprimer par les plateformes numériques.  Derrière l'écran, des hommes regardent des enfants dénudés, voir agressés sexuellement. L'essor de l'intelligence artificielle qui permet de détourner ou créer des contenus pédopornographiques de toutes pièces, complexifie encore un peu plus la lutte contre la pédocriminalité en ligne. Alors que les enfants sont de plus en plus connectés, qu'ils partagent leur vie et leurs photos, sur les réseaux sociaux, que leurs parents font de même, comment mieux les protéger ? Quelles solutions pour lutter contre les pédocriminels face à l'ampleur du phénomène ? Il consiste à vendre le corps d'enfants, parfois très jeune, sur internet, à travers un écran, à des pédocriminels étranger. Dans la plupart des cas, le crime est organisé par les membres de la famille proches des enfants. En situation financière très précaire, ils monnaient des vidéos de leurs enfants nues, et vont parfois jusqu'à les agresser sexuellement devant la caméra en échange de grosses sommes d'argent. Cristian Preda mai trage un semnal de alarmă: cu George Simion președinte, România s-ar goli de locuitori. Cristian Preda, despre Nicolae Ciucă: ”Așa cum arată azi scena politică, singura persoană anti-PSD care are o șansă să intre în turul II e candidata USR. Generalul Ciucă e departe de o asemenea calificare. Mi s-a părut că liberalii, în general, peneliștii, fie ei membri, fie ei simpli simpatizanți, ar putea să participe la acest proiect”.El crede că ”peneliștii au învățat să se îmbete cu sondaje. În 2016, ne spuneau: Predoiu e gata-gata să câștige împotriva lui Firea. Și Predoiu a avut de trei ori mai puține voturi decât Firea, o treime. S-au îmbătat cu această idee. Acum, în vară, la fel au zis: Burduja îi suflă în ceafă lui Nicușor Dan.
