Right, that is a lesson learned! As Fulham fans, we cannot easily allow ourselves to dream. Two quick, successive goals from Crystal Palace in the first half saw Fulham's Wembley dreams collapse all too suddenly at the Cottage. The team cannot be faulted for passion and desire in the first 30 minutes, every second ball was won but Eze, Sarr and Nketiah goals were the ultimate punishment for not taking advantage of possession. Sammy is joined by Dan, Elizabeth and Fred Cooper as they wallow in the sorrows of the day before. They vent their frustration towards Adam Wharton remaining on the pitch, rogue substitutions and a perfect opportunity missed. Is this defeat terminal for Marco Silva or is it not all doom and gloom? It's the denial of an opportunity but can we hold our heads high after Fulham's short FA Cup run? Hopefully these chances will come round again. --SHOW-LINKS:If you enjoy Fulhamish, please consider contributing a small amount monthly to help pay our costs. Nottingham Forest have ramped up their efforts in the transfer market with a substantial new bid worth €33 million for Feyenoord's highly-rated striker Santiago Giménez. This exciting development was reported today by renowned football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. As Forest look to strengthen their attacking lineup before the transfer window slams shut on Friday, Giménez has emerged as a prime target, thanks to his impressive goal-scoring record and potential to make an immediate impact in the Premier League. However, Forest's ambitions don't stop there. The club is also showing serious interest in Arsenal's forward Eddie Nketiah, adding another layer of intrigue to their transfer dealings. With Nketiah's pace and finishing ability, he could be a perfect fit for Forest's attacking style, providing a different dimension to their front line. As the transfer deadline rapidly approaches, the big question remains: Which striker will Nottingham Forest bring in? Will it be the prolific Giménez, with his European pedigree, or the Premier League-proven Nketiah? Or could Forest pull off the unthinkable and secure both? Join us as we follow this developing story closely, bringing you all the latest updates, expert analysis, and reactions from fans and pundits alike. Nottingham Forest are set to complete the signing of Portuguese defender David Cormo from FC Porto! The deal is reportedly worth €11 million, with an additional €4 million in potential add-ons. David Cormo is a name that's been buzzing around in European football circles for a number of years, and now he's a Red! Known for his solid defensive abilities, impressive ball-playing skills, and aerial dominance, Cormo had previously been linked to likes of Manchester United and Arsenal. The Plan for Cormo: While we're all eager to see Cormo in a Forest shirt, it seems like he will be heading straight out on loan to our sister club, Olympiakos, for the upcoming season. This move is all about giving him regular first-team action, ensuring he's ready to make a huge impact when he returns to the City Ground, and potentially a replacement for Murillo should he leave in the next 12 months. We also have a round-up of the 1-0 victory at The St. Mary's stadium against Premier League new boys Southampton. A goal from Morgan Gibbs-White was enough to seal all three points and push Forest up to 5th in the table after the first two matches. What was your biggest positive from the Southampton victory? We also have a kind of an update about Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah, so don't forget to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE to Forest Fan TV. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Next up is a discussion about Nwaneri and Skelly's performances and what their role might be this season. There's a bit on Nketiah's future and possible moves away as well as what needs to happen with Ramsdale's situation.
