Noll co-founded the Prison of Peace Project, where he trained inmates to become peacemakers in maximum security prisons. Having mediated over 1,500 disputes, he has trained leaders and mediators around the world. Noll is the author of five books, including De-Escalate, and has developed popular online courses.
