El periódico HOY dice que centenares de personas marcharon ayer en Friusa, Punta Cana, en contra de la masiva presencia de haitianos en esa demarcación turística.El Día usa el termino cientos y evidencia que la actividad tuvo problemas de organización desde las primeras horas cuando sus reporteros observaron un escenario disperso.El Listín Diario, que promovió intensamente la actividad y le dió su segunda primera plana a la Antigua Orden Dominicana, llama la atención sobre la presencia de fuerzas del orden diciendo que más de mil uniformados oficiales protegían la actividad.El Caribe titula que un enfrentamiento violento terminó la actividad que según describe el reportero Frankelvin Sanchez inició con autentico fervor patriotico.Todos los medios el gobierno y los propios organizadores coinciden en que la actividad degeneró en violenta cuando un grupo de encapuchados infiltrados intentó variar la ruta acordada en el esquema de seguridad encabezado por el propio director de la policía para ingresar al espacio de mayor concentración de haitianos de Friusa que se llama matamosquitos.Solo Diario Libre indica que el “comunicador” Santiago Matías fue identificado por testigos como el responsable de haber provocado los disturbios. Diario Libre dice que “según múltiples versiones, Matías se adelantó al grupo organizador e ingresó a una zona no autorizada, desatando la respuesta de las fuerzas de seguridad”. El medio dice que intentó una reacción de Matías pero no obtuvo respuesta. Hay que recordar que el jefe de la policía recibió a Matías días antes aunque no se sabía de su protagonismo en la convocada marcha.Hay muchas curiosidades en la actividad. La marcha que consiguió declaraciones de obispos, funcionarios, líderes evangélicos y la preocupación de medios de comunicación y activistas sociales y que mantuvo una intensa actividad en redes sociales no logró movilizar a mas de los centenares que citan los medios de comunicación. Los medios dicen centenares cuando no se puede hablar por encima de mil.Aunque solo un partido de oposición tuvo representación, porque Rafael Paz, secretario del Distrito de la FP fue activo convocante y participante, toda la oposición criticó el uso de la fuerza por parte de la policía. Hablaron Leonel Fernandez, Abel, Martínez y Francisco Dominguez Brito entre otros.La otra curiosidad es la desproporcionalidad de lo digital con lo real. Pavel DEcamps que se dice analista de redes escribió en la víspera “ que la marcha que encenderá corazón de la nación había trascendido lo nacional y aportó los siguientes datos: más de 43 mil menciones, mientras que los hashtags #Friusa y Marcha Friusa acumularon 3,300 y 2,200 menciones respectivamente. Pero lo más relevante no son sólo los números, sino el nivel de interacción: 263.9 mil interacciones en torno a Friusa. Según DEcamps la movilización digital tocó a más de 280 millones de usuarios de las distintas redes sociales.En un video posteado por el diario HOy en su plataforma de Instagram se escucha el diálogo entre el líder de la antigua orden y el señor Santiago Matías. Supongo que en el transcurso de la jornada habrán informaciones de primera mano.En fin si algo queda claro es que el odio digital y dos primeras planas del medio más viejo del país no lograron mover a dos mil personas.

Los pastores han advertido sobre los peligros de la convocada marcha de los ultranacionalistas en Friusa, los obispos han expresado su temor por la marcha de los ultranacionalistas en Friusa, el ejército ha advertido de su compromiso para mantener las tranquilidad y el orden por la marcha de los ultranacionalistas  en Friusa y los empresarios del sector turismo han advertido de los efectos nocivos que puede provocar la marcha de los ultranacionalistas en Friusa.Aunque nadie lo diga es evidente que el grupo paramilitar que se autonombra como Antigua Orden Dominicana, que convoca la marcha, genera temor entre todos los actores de la vida dominicana y no es para menos, el grupo exhibe entre sus elementos característicos la fecha de la matanza de haitianos. El corte como se llamó en la Era de Trujillo en la que el dictador dominicano reconoció el genocidio de por lo menos 30 mil, o por lo menos por eso pagó.La situación no deja de ser interesante en términos de la sociología política porque ese grupo que ahora genera tanto temor entre los actores de la sociedad dominicana ha sido protegido por las fuerzas públicas en distintos escenarios y ha sido promovido en los medios tradicionales que tienen vínculos con la oposición.De esa lectura usted deduce que todas las fuerzas políticas apoyan a la Antigua Orden a pesar de que genera tanto temor.Cuando los camisas negras, que emulan el fascismo de Mussolini, golpearon a activistas LGBT en una plaza de la zona colonial estuvieron protegidos por la policía. Cuando agredieron o intentaron agredir un local de una ONG fueron protegidos por la policía.El aparato político dominicano cerró los ojos ante el grupo y de alguna manera les promovió.Ahora una marcha en el principal polo turístico del país y el carácter públicamente violento de los convocantes asusta a muchos aunque no todos lo hagan público.Los de la Antigua Orden han anunciado que sacarán a los haitianos de sus escondrijos en el hoyo de Friusa y eso no se hará rezando.Ya hay prensa internacional en Punta Cana esperando la persecución de negros contra negros, eso pasa en muchos países ante la ola de odio antinmigrante que vive el mundo la diferencia es que en los otros países el turismo no es tan relevante.La marcha de Friusa no es más que el resultado de la irresponsabilidad del aparato político dominicana para definir una política de migración y dejar hacer y dejar pasar.En su fogaraté de ayer Colombo apunta unos datos que deben llamar la atención de quienes deciden: de agosto de 2024 a febrero de 2025 (sí, apenas seis meses) han sido detenidos 275 dominicanos y 1,210 vehículos dedicados al tráfico de ilegales haitianos, mientras que durante ese mismo período 90,018 haitianos indocumentados fueron repatriados.Si  la media de haitianos paga 20 mil pesos para cruzar la frontera cuanto dinero habrá quedado en manos de militares y traficantes que nadie quiere mirar.

20-year-old University of Pittsburgh student Sudiksha Konanki disappeared while on spring break in the Dominican Republic. Sudiksha is believed to have vanished in the early morning hours of March 6th after she and a group of friends went to the beach.
