For decades, liberals have assured us that history only moves in one direction—toward so-called "progress." They built their entire moral framework on the idea that the past was oppressive, the present is enlightened, and the future is an inevitable march toward egalitarian utopia. But lately, reality has been catching up with their delusions.Across the political spectrum, a once unthinkable idea has resurfaced: the repeal of the 19th Amendment. What was once the domain of obscure reactionary circles is now a growing conversation in mainstream politics. Even Project 2025—the policy blueprint that sent the left into a full-blown panic—was accused of making this one of its long-term goals. Why? Because history isn't just some endless progressive revolution. It is the unfolding of God's created order, and that order—no matter how much they resist it—always reasserts itself. We are witnessing the slow but certain return of nature. The distinctions between men and women, once blurred by Marxist ideology and evangelical cowardice, are becoming undeniable again. Feminism is collapsing under the weight of its own contradictions, and the left, which once mocked the idea of patriarchal governance, now finds itself terrified by the growing number of men and women rejecting their lies. For over a century, the progressives—alongside their naïve Christian allies—labored to erase the natural order, calling it "justice" while dismantling the very structures that held civilization together. But they were wrong. The world was never meant to be built on their abstractions. The past they despise is returning. And the real question is: Who will have the courage to welcome it?This episode is brought to you by our premier sponsors, Armored Republic and Reece Fund, as well as our Patreon members and donors. Welcome back to Cycle Wisdom with Dr. Monica Minjeur. In this episode, we're diving deep into a diagnosis that can feel like a door slamming shut—Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), sometimes called early menopause. If you've ever been told your AMH is undetectable or your only option is donor eggs, this episode is for you.We begin with Olivia's powerful story—misdiagnosed, dismissed, and then restored through the compassionate care of Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM). Her journey from hopelessness to holding her healthy baby girl is a testament to what's possible.Dr. Minjeur explains:What POI really means (and what it doesn't)Why AMH is not the final wordHow cycle tracking and bioidentical hormone support can uncover hidden potentialThe role of low-dose naltrexone and how RRM digs deeper when conventional care stops shortAnd yes—pregnancy is still possible, even with POIIf you've been told there's nothing more to do, this episode offers a different story—one grounded in evidence, compassion, and hope.
The first thing many doctors do when a couple is struggling to get pregnant is run some lab work. AMH is a common lab run that suggests your "egg count" and is often interpreted as your future ability to get pregnant successfully. Dr. Codruta Pandaleche, a restorative reproductive physician previously working with THE leading RRM clinic in the world (NeoFertility in Ireland), shares why AMH is NOT a predictor of fertility. If your doctor is telling you you need to pursue IVF because of low AMH levels, listen to this episode first and share it with your friends! AMH is NOT a predictor of your fertility. NOTE: This episode is appropriate for all audiences. Guest Biography:A native of Romania, Dr. Codruta Pandaleche has been a practicing physician for 16 years and most recently in the specialty of restorative reproductive medicine at NeoFertility in Ireland. She is now the medical director at Saol Nua Clinic and specializes in women who want to conceive with low AMH and those who experience recurrent miscarriages. I'm joined by Mary Bruno, Creighton Practitioner, author, and fo-founder of FAbM Base, to discuss restorative reproductive medicine (RRM) in-vitro fertilization (IVF), and IUI from a personal perspective in her own fertility journey and her insights and training as a Creighton Pracitioner to many clients. We discuss various aspects of the process of navigating treatment options for infertility diagnoses and what it looks like to work with a practitioner or instructor to identify the workups and treatments necessary for healing and restoration of the reproductive system. This episode is part of an ongoing series of conversations I'm having with guests to explore varied aspects of IVF and RRM. GUEST BIO: Mary Bruno is a Catholic author and speaker, cofounder of the non-profit FAbM Base (fabmbase.org), and Creighton Practitioner who stumbled upon a vaginismus diagnosis nine long years after she was married. As a life-long practicing Catholic and ½ of a marriage prep mentor couple, it shocked her to discover how much she didn't know about sex and marriage and set off to gain wisdom and knowledge through the Catechism, conversations with other women, her pelvic floor physical therapist who specializes in sexual dysfunction, and her trauma-certified counselor to help prepare herself and you for healthy sexual intimacy throughout marriage. She has been married for 11 years and lives in Louisiana with her amazing husband and adorable daughter who they adopted the day she was born.
