I am a Messianic Jew (Hebrew Christian), now in my early seventies, married and the father of a lovely daughter. I am a Messianic poet. I started writing poetry in my teens, but did not write God centered poetry until my early thirties. My journey in life as a Messianic Jew has been one of discovering the Lord's wonderful love for me, a love independent of my own works, be they good or bad. I understood the "Doctrine of Grace" early on as a believer, but truly did not trust His grace until I reached middle age. I finally came to a "heart knowledge" of the Lord's grace after going through various family sorrows and career changes. The lessons learned are far from over, as Yeshua (Jesus) continues to show me how His "grace" will see me through every obstacle in life.In 1997 I created an Internet website for Messianic Jewish and supportive Christian poets called the Messianic Poetry Corner. It has now become The Messianic Literary Corner (http://www.messianic-literary.com) , a "grace oriented" website offering teaching, poetry, books, and music. Los ecos del conflicto de 1982, la corta pero traumática guerra entre Argentina y el Reino Unido por la posesión del archipiélago, siguen resonando sobre cualquier acercamiento a estas tierras salvajes del Atlántico Sur. Los argentinos sostienen que las Malvinas, a unos quinientos kilómetros de su costa continental, forman parte de su territorio nacional por derechos históricos. Los británicos, con presencia permanente en las islas desde hace más de siglo y medio, mantienen que su soberanía es indiscutible, máxime tras la victoria militar y el referéndum de 2013. En esa consulta, no reconocida por Naciones Unidas, la práctica totalidad de la población malvinense se pronunció a favor de que su hogar –para ellos, Falkland Islands– siguiera dependiendo de Londres como territorio británico de ultramar. En nuestro viaje sonoro intentamos comprender la complejidad del problema con la ayuda de Rogelio Núñez, investigador asociado del Real Instituto Elcano especialista en América Latina. También contamos con la voz de Andrea Barlow, isleña de séptima generación con raíces británicas que dirige el Falkland Islands Museum y la oficina de turismo del archipiélago. Sorprenden los colores del mar, el relieve, la peculiar vegetación adaptada al clima preantártico así como la fauna autóctona, que incluye mamíferos marinos y pingüinos de varias especies.
