In today's solo dolo episode, Kayla's talking about her journey in healing her relationship with her Mom and her birth mother. Today, Kayla is getting raw and real about her recent journey to heal her mother wounds and the steps she's taken to do so. While Kayla has been incredibly blessed to have the opportunities she's had because of her Mom and birth mother, she reflects on these relationships and the healing that lied within them. As she's been able to heal these wounds everyday, she's seen noticeable differences in the way she looks at relationships, her body, and herself. Whether you're someone who has had a difficult relationship with a mother figure, or someone who has had no relationship with a mother figure, she's sharing how she was able to heal from those experiences. In today's solo dolo episode, Kayla's talking about how all of us can hone our intuition. From Oxford Languages, intuition is "the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning." Today, Kayla dives deep into her recent experiences and calling to share how she's been practicing to hone her intuition over the past few years. While Kayla has struggled to be more intuitive, she's had to continue to practice cultivating her own intuition by working at opening channels to God and her guides to connect to her own knowing. As she's been able to strengthen these practices everyday, she's seen noticeable differences in the way she experiences life. From Mental Health America, "18.57% of adults are experiencing a mental health illness, equivalent to 45 million Americans." Kayla dives deep into her experience with mental illness and how she copes with her depression and anxiety every day. As Kayla's 29th trip around the sun is today (#cancerseason), she has been focusing on some serious self care and honing her self care practice.
