Welcome to another Monday when you wake up hoping it's all just been a horrible nightmare, but the you realize this is really happening.I believe that the bad news goes down easier with some snark and expletives, so we'll check in for our usual Monday get-together with Jonathan Larsen of thefuckingnews.substack.com. There's plenty on the crap menu to choose from today: a president openly confirming he wants to defy the Constitution and remain in power indefinitely, SignalGate or WhiskeyLeaks, or whatever you want to call the biggest threat to our national security in recent history and the mountain of denial and hypocrisy from the right concerning it, tomorrow's special elections and how the guy who purchased the presidency for Trump is handing out millions to try to purchase the WI Supreme Court. And yes, there's lots more.We could - and will - also look to the positive and talk about those special elections happening tomorrow (there's cause for cautious optimism), a blow against fascism in France, more protests coming this weekend. I know, the bad stuff outnumbers the good, but I'll continue to try to stay on the lookout for solutions rather than reinforce the crap that they're pushing on us.

Julaine Appling is president of Wisconsin Faithful and President Emeritus of Wisconsin Family Council. On April 1st, Wisconsin will be holding a critical Supreme Court election. As Jim demonstrated by presenting several headlines, this election will not only affect Wisconsin, but every state in the nation. Why is that? Julaine responded to that question by noting that in 2023, the Wisconsin Supreme Court flipped from 4-3 conservative to 4-3 liberal with the election of Janet Protasiewicz. So since August 1st of 2023, the court has been acting in a liberal, judicial activist type of mode. Now we have the April election coming up where Brad Schimel is facing off against Susan Crawford in what amounts to the filling of an open seat as liberal justice Ann Walsh Bradley has decided not to seek reelection. This means that if Schimel wins, the court reverts back to 4-3 conservative and if Crawford wins, it remains 4-3 liberal.Julaine believes the reason for the national attention is that liberals like what they've been able to accomplish with this court. One item concerns the redrawing of the state legislative maps in a way that favors Democrats. Also, Julaine indicated that there's a lawsuit waiting to be filed that would challenge the legality of Wisconsin's congressional maps.If you look at the U.S. House of Representatives, Republicans have only a 4 vote majority (218-214) with 3 vacant seats. So Democrats believe if they can get the current Wisconsin Supreme Court to stay liberal, and file a lawsuit challenging the legality of our constitutional maps forcing new ones that favor liberals, that could flip at least two seats.

Former Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, now President of Young America's Foundation (YAF), joined The Guy Benson Show to discuss the high-stakes Wisconsin Supreme Court election and its potential impact on the political landscape of the critical swing state. Welcome to Monday and a jammed packed show for y'all!! It all starts with Todd Allbaugh joining the program in the first hour and the discussion gets right into the matter of Neo-Nazis marching in Madison and what it means when politicians hesitate on the topic. Wisconsin's election maps are heading to the WI Supreme Court and the gang discuss the outcomes from any decision coming from the Court.
Surveillance of suspicious ballot box drop-offs is forcing a court to overturn an election. I wonder where we've seen concerns like this before, huh? Well, stay tuned, because we're going to see the latest shock ruling and what it means for election integrity as we head into 2024! Highlights: “We now have a court that has officially recognized the clear violation of the process known as the chain of custody, which is the certified process that tracks the movement of the ballot from the voter to the moment it is officially counted.” “The next time you hear the legacy media talking point that the 2020 election was the single most pristine election in the history of humanity, remind them that the WI Supreme Court ruled that hundreds of thousands of votes cast in their state were illegal and illegitimate!” “Nearly 20 months after a town councilman was certified the winner of an election in the Florida town of Eatonville, just outside of Orlando, a judge stepped in and ordered that he be removed from his position due to evidence of voter fraud.” “Too much attention is being paid to election integrity by too many different factions that there's no confidence at all that they can pull off another win for Bumblin' Biden like they did the last time.” Timestamps: [00:49] Why judge has overturned a primary election in the city of Bridgeport, Connecticut [05:23] Dinesh D'Souza's ‘2000 Mules' documentary [08:05] How the overturning of an election also happened before in Florida's 2020 election [09:28] What sense should we make of all of this overturning of an election Resources: Do you own a 401k or IRA? Wisconsin State Rep. Janel Brandtjen discusses the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling on Friday reviewing the legality of the drop box process handled by the bureaucracy during the 2020 presidential election. The State Representative comments, that the Court's ruling affects "hundreds of thousands of ballots in the state of Wisconsin” cast in the 2020 presidential election. Saying, "instead of having the legislature make rules about how the ballots were to be handled, instead, we were in a situation where bureaucrats just wrote out on paper how we were going to be handling ballots in the state of Wisconsin."See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
