On January 6th 2021, the world watched in horror as trump and his supporters tried to over throw the US government. Merrick Garland was tasked with investigating and it took him over a YEAR to appoint Jack Smith as the special prosecutor. Now, 2 years after we should have gotten that report Merrick Garland has given us a mealy mouthed "I will release a portion of that report". We the people deserve the entire unvarnished truth! I contend that Merrick Garland is a trumper and IS protecting trump and his ilk from the TRUTHDemocracy, Merrick Garland, Mitch McConnell, Jack Smith, Obama, Biden trump is a dick with ears, treason, malfeasance.
Today's show uses the latest California wildfires as a teaching lesson for the rest of the country. Contrary to the priests of the church of man-made climate change, we are seeing the confluence of DEI hiring and culture, incompetence, mismanagement and malfeasance creating the literal firestorm that is ruining and even taking lives. How much more needs to happen before you realize that I mean it when I say DEI will lead to DIE! I also remind you that Trump has offered solutions to California for years, but they continue to ignore common sense solutions. The next teaching moments comes in an exchange between CNN's Scott Jennings and Democrat strategist Christy Setzer. I get to illustrate how the Left really believes all the money you earn is theirs and they get to decide how much we get to keep. It's a disgusting mindset that needs to be corrected if we want to get control of our debt. The Left wants you to know just how racists, divisive and hateful our country is, so to hammer that point home, they have to invent instances of racist, hateful division. They literally expected a disabled man clinging to his cane for support to shake VP Kamala Harris's hand. Lawfare finds itself in the news again. First, DA Fani Willis has just been ordered to pay $21,000 in attorneys fees to Judicial Watch. Then, Trump's attorneys have asked the Supreme Court to intervene in the Judge Merchan sentencing. His attorneys also sent a strong letter to AG Merrick Garland about getting Jack Smith under control. Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) refused to support the Laken Riley Act, showing you the depth of depravity that exist in the Democrat party. However, there is light coming out of that party in the form of Senator John Fetterman (D-PA). First, he co-sponsored and supports the Laken Riley Act. Second, he knows Trump won and he refuses to be an obstructionist for Trump's picks. Lastly, he doesn't understand what Democrats are freaking out over Trump having discussions over Greenland. Finally, in what I think is an amazingly simple meme, Donald Trump's suggestion of renaming the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America is sheer brilliance. It is flushing out anti-Americans as fast as they are triggered. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Medicare Advantage plans objected to the investigation of their massive overpayments, according to a report. The government just dropped the case without so much as a whimper. In other news, 2025 CPI-boosted changes to Medicare coverage were announced. They could have been worse! New Yorkers rejoice! Globe Life of NY announced 2025 rates, all of which were increased EXCEPT for High Deductible Plan G. Go figure! For quality and cost, HDG is still the best Medicare Supplement deal in New York (and everywhere else)! NY Governor Kathy Hochul was in favor of congestion pricing before she was against it, now she's for it again. She's in a race against an incoming administration in order to implement her ever-changing plan to tax drivers. The New York Daily News' Harry Siegel joins us to assess the political plays and traffic delays. Plus, long-range missiles for Ukraine irk Vladimir Putin to the point of nuclear reconfiguration, and the Democrats can more easily be more sensible on trans issues if they just scrapped ridiculous and inaccurate talking points. The National Gallery in London is displaying Caravaggio's last painting, The Martyrdom of Saint Ursula (until 21 July 2024), an extraordinary work depicting the violence and intense naturalism of the scene, and the painter's revolutionary use of dramatic lighting. The curator Francesca Whitlum-Cooper says Caravaggio changed the art world in the 17th century. But the painter was as famous for his personal life as his art: he left murder and mayhem in his wake as he attempted to evade the law.For most of its existence The Martyrdom of Saint Ursula languished in private collections and was sold for just £3,500 in the 1970s, with few believing it was by Caravaggio. Now it's been identified as an original it's worth millions. The fortunes to be made and lost in the art market, the risks, the greed and the deals are the subject of Orlando Whitfield's book All That Glitters. He details his friendship with the contemporary art dealer Inigo Philbrick, a young man whose spectacular rise is matched only by his dramatic fall, convicted and imprisoned for fraud owing $86.7 million. The art market is often shrouded in secrecy and is one of the very few unregulated markets left in the global economy. Angelina Giovani-Agha is an art historian who has specialised in provenance research. She understands that each painting has a story to tell and a unique record of acquisition. Her work involves investigating ownership history and highlighting any murky inconsistencies, as well as specialising in looted artworks.Producer: Katy Hickman
Ep. 129 (Part 2 of 2) | Environmental philosopher, public health scientist, and corporate malfeasance researcher Dr. Yogi Hendlin is dedicated to understanding, communicating, and addressing the psychological, social, political, and economic barriers that keep us from treading a solid path toward sustainability. One of the areas Yogi is extremely knowledgeable about is the dynamics and drivers of corporate decision making. An underlying belief that the planet is indestructible makes it okay to prioritize profit above global health, or companies may find themselves in a double bind where they would actually prefer to be more strictly regulated but that would mean corporate suicide unless their entire industry was regulated. Interestingly, Yogi has found that learned helplessness operates at all levels of power in inverse relation to actual power and responsibility, citing how some of the most powerful people in the world are saying, “What can I do?” when Indigenous groups with very few resources find ways to thrive in a sustainable way.Yogi points out that changing the world is not an event but a process—and delves into how we can make real changes to get off the destructive path we are on, overshooting the limits of our biosphere on every metric. We can create circuit breakers for our habitual, counterproductive routines, we can cultivate skillful communication that allows our defense mechanisms to drop away, we can recognize our fundamental need for community and connection, and we can use spiritual practice and psychedelics to help us regain a sense of wonder and reverence for life. Yogi believes that decolonization and creating ecologies of discourse that reward honesty, vulnerability, admitting mistakes, and asking for help is the way forward. This is an earnest, thought provoking, heartfelt, and inspiring discussion of the way things are, the barriers to change, and hope for the future. Secret government documents reveal the COVID-19 virus came from a Chinese military laboratory and China covered up that fact. Our blue-ribbon Team B III reached those conclusions two years ago – as Biden's intelligence community adamantly denied them and the even darker reality: Once this biological weapon was out of the lab, the CCP deliberately spread it here and worldwide. What makes these revelations particularly critical is that a man who did as much to mislead us about the origins, nature and response to the COVID pandemic as did his masters in Beijing is the World Health Organization's Director-General, Tedros Ghebreyesus. Consequently, a million Americans and countless others needlessly died. Yet, in nineteen days, Joe Biden proposes to make this murderous Chinese agent the dictator of U.S. public health. Every Senate Republican has said no way. Join them, and us, today at SovereigntyCoalition.org. This is Frank Gaffney.

On today's show, I first open with the inflation rates of the four years of Donald Trump as compared with Joe Biden. It's not even close. Prices have skyrocketed under Biden, with no sign of getting better anytime soon. We then move to a question Rep. Michael Cloud (R-TX) of Texas poses to the walking male member with eyebrows, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. It's really simple question, given both Biden and Mayorkas keep saying they cannot fix the border without Congress. Cloud asks if he or Biden had any of their authority removed by Congress? Mayorkas refuses to answer, knowing he's caught. They have all the same authority Trump had and even have a budget that is 20% larger. It's obvious the goal isn't to control the border, but to allow the invasion. We have another area of our government that seems to be almost a shadow government with it's own hidden budget and agenda. The US Agency for International Development or USAID actually funded Hamas just before the Oct 7 massacre perpetrated on Israel. We have anti-Semite/pro-Hamas elements all throughout our government. Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) just shared new documents revealing 15 different government agencies knew the Wuhan Lab was developing COVID19 back in 2018 and not one person came forward. Dr. Fauci and everyone associated with this knew they are pursuing backdoor channels to do what was forbidden under US law. It's the same story over and over again with Federal overreach. If the law or the Constitution constrains them, they try to get around it and hide what they are doing. Turning to the Ashley Biden diary story, I guess we now know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, it was really hers since the DOJ just tried and sentenced a Florida woman who found it and turned it over to the press. So, beyond all of the other issues around Joe Biden, let's just add pedophilia. Kamala Harris then beclowns herself on a show discussing “banning” books. This whole topic is being spun by the Left, but, as always, the Left accuses the other side of what they themselves are guilty of doing. Rashida Tlaib had a childish temper tantrum when asked about her thoughts about her constituents in Dearborn, Michigan chanting, “Death to America.” It's amazing how we have such emotionally unhinged, American-hating members of Congress. Speaking of Congress, it's easy to see why so many of them refuse to do the right things as it relates to our Republic. A big part of it is how easily they can enrich themselves. Let's pick on a Republican for this. Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) can serve as a perfect example. When they can use insider knowledge for stock trades, hire family and go on lectures, they can amass a large amount of wealthy in a very short time. How can we expect them to do what's right with so much money being thrown at them? Maybe some are waking up. On MSNBC's “The Morning Joe,” a group of former Biden supporters are now calling themselves undecided. Every one of them blames the fiscals policies that Biden has pushed and now ignores the damage he's done to them. A Chinese immigrant destroys activist David Hogg and his whole anti-gun/anti-2nd Amendment stance with one simple question – can you guarantee the US government will never become tyrannical? He said he cannot, to which she replied, then the debate on gun control is over. Finally, we get two back-to-back soundbites to illustrate the vast difference between Biden and Trump. First, Biden, in a highly scripted and formal affair, struggles to remember who he needs to call on his note card for a question. He has their question written out and then his answer. He cannot even be trusted to speak on his own even with the friendly Legacy/mainstream media. On the flip side, Donald Trump stopped at a random Chick-fil-A in Georgia and got the mixed crowd, including many black Americans, to cheer for him and to tell him they support him and to NOT listen to what the media is saying. It's a the perfect illustration to show us who they really are. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Townhall Review – February 24, 2024 Hugh Hewitt and Byron York of the Washington Examiner highlight the impact of the Israel-Hamas conflict on Michigan's electoral landscape, and the challenge it poses for Biden to appease both the progressive wing and Jewish American voters. Hugh Hewitt questions Senator Tom Cotton about awareness of a potential UN ceasefire resolution on Israel, suggesting American Jews might not be aware of Biden's actions. Dennis Prager weighs in on the progressive Democratic elite's tactics to destroy all that is good in Western civilization. Trish Regan reports on the CIA targeting 26 individuals of Donald Trump's 2016 campaign, likening it to previous surveillance controversies involving the FBI. Sabastian Gorka invites Matt Taibbi, the former “Twitter Files” journalist, for an extended conversation discussing new details about surveillance conducted against members of the 2016 Trump campaign, revealing connections to various international entities and suggesting a broader timeline than previously thought. He likens it to Watergate, but worse, and condemns the abuse of power by intelligence agencies and the failure of the media. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Myla & Levi v. Mom: The Picked-on Plaintiffs and the Disciplining Defendant
Today we open with two quotes from within the Biden regime and both are at odds with each other. First, we go back to early October, 2023, where National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan wanted us to know the Middle East is as quiet as it's been in decades. Yet, just this week, Secretary of State Antony Blinken says the Middle East has not been this bad since 1973. This is the problem with all of the magic-thinking within the White House. In the meantime, Joe Biden is in angry mode a lot, especially when his dementia-ridden mind can't think of what to say next, so it just regurgitates the hoaxes and lies he has told so many times in the past. And while President Applesauce Brain is yelling into the ether, the Ukrainian president seems to be saying that billions of dollars meant for them are actually going into the pockets of other Americans. What? It's almost like Ukraine is a laundromat for money. The J6 pipe bomb story is one that still has more questions than answers. However, the FBI is likely not happy that the story won't go away. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) has just learned that that person who discovered the DNC pipe bomb was actually a plainclothes Capitol police officer. It's nice to see our politicians catching up to where this audience has been fore weeks. Moving onto lawfare, it looks like six pro-life protesters could be going to jail for nearly 11 years thanks to the DOJ throwing the book at them. And, while many on the Left seem to be okay when lawfare is being used against their political enemies, I wonder if Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), is having second thoughts now that she is under investigation for hiring her then boyfriend, now husband, to be on her personal security team? Continuing with the lawfare discussion, things keep getting worse and worse for the Big Fani Willis Reality TV show. It seems a whistleblower in her department has a recording to show Willis was okay turning a blind-eye to malfeasance within the Fulton County DA's office. As we start to wind down, I want to remind you that if you believe Trump did no good whatsoever, you must be okay with child sex trafficking. I just want to remind you that Trump was the first president to not only acknowledge the problem of the child sex trade in the United States, but also was the first to setup an office in the White House to help law enforcement do all it can to stop it. On day two of the Biden regime, Joe Biden overturned that Executive Order by Trump and hasn't done anything to stop child sex trafficking since. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre wants you to know that Joe Biden never demeans the American people or voters. So, we play a quick montage of Joe Biden demeaning and disparaging Americans. And, on top of that, it seem Joe wants to finally visit East Palestine, OH, but voters there know it's only about playing election year politics. In this podcast episode, Kevin Thompson interviews journalist Bethany McLean about her book "All the Devils Are Here," exploring the 2008 financial crisis and its aftermath. They discuss the crisis's origins, the role of homeownership, and the ethical implications for society and capitalism. McLean stresses the importance of critical journalism and the dangers of excessive debt and moral erosion in business. The conversation also covers the current housing market, the concept of "too big to fail," and McLean's new book "The Big Fail," which examines the pandemic's societal impact. Additionally, McLean critiques the blind trust in billionaires and calls for accountability and a balanced view of their influence. The episode emphasizes education and engagement on financial and ethical issues.
Former Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley has rightly been excoriated for promising to warn his Chinese counterpart if President Trump decided to attack Communist China. Yet, the Biden White House has made such Milley malfeasance a hallmark of its retaliatory attacks in Yemen for the Houthis' jihad on U.S. and other shipping. The effect of routinely telegraphing our punches is to expend armaments we can't afford to squander on targets vacated by forewarned enemy personnel. Such behavior dangerously encourages the contempt Iran and its proxies feel for a United States that is unwilling to use decisively its superior power. Team Biden is also insisting that the government of Israel engage in similar self-restraint in its truly existential war with Iran's surrogates and assorted other genocidal Sharia-supremacists. America can ill-afford such self-defeating military malpractice. The Israelis are right to reject it categorically. This is Frank Gaffney.

Greg Abbott finally shows some spine. Derek Chauvin is headed to SCOTUS. RFK Jr. is a populist, which is probably why he's toast in the Dem primary. More Disney malfeasance. Why getting rid of asylums was a mistake. And another reminder that the system hates Donald Trump, but fears Ron DeSantis.

Episode 2784: Cowardice And Malfeasance; At What Cost
McCarthy's debt ceiling bill was not just a sellout; it was an act of political adultery. Today, I break down the details and the background of the deal in a way you will not hear elsewhere. I explain what went wrong with the messaging and how McCarthy turned the debt ceiling brinksmanship into a plague to be avoided rather than an opportunity. It is literally better to pass a short-term increase than this bill. It will make it impossible to fight Biden for the remainder of his presidency. I prove how the bill was a lot worse than what we would expect, even with a small minority. Let's not forget that McCarthy supported Democrat budget bills throughout Trump's presidency. Let's also not forget that Trump pressured conservatives during the fight against McCarthy and severely degraded our leverage to remove him from office. Learn more about your ad choices.
