Employers in New York City will have to include the minimum and maximum starting salary for any advertised job, promotion or transfer opportunity. (Under a new law passed by the New York City Council which will go into effect in April 2022, if not vetoed.) This will be a game changer on many levels for both job seekers and employers. They speak about how 3D printing is being used to manufacture face visors and silicone seals for our frontline NHS staff. These visors are used alongside other personal protective equipment (PPE) by staff in hospitals and offer an extra protection from COVID-19 virus.
