I was honestly not going to enter the public Psychology/Personal Growth arena back in the early 2000's because of this very reason, however it occurred to me that: - Most of the new stuff was on a conveyer belt to produce a dopamine hit at best - Other stuff was useful for selective application only - Full systems were rare, but most were incomplete or faulty Doing my apprenticeship including working with people - reading those 1000 + books and more I realized that we need a complete system that the conscious and unconscious mind can utilize. I could foresee that new data may enter the arena so I included an expansion upgrade to the system which slots into the current system and allows new information. That way you can still browse a reddit, Quora, internet article, book or podcast and find something that is highly useful - then add it onto the Alpha Dude System.
