Success has its value determined by the individual but we so rarely question what success actually means to us, that we end up running on life's treadmill never being able to pull the stop ring. Success isn't a dirty word. It's actually the expression of your existence in this life. We're all born for a purpose. We may not know what that purpose is but we know we're called to certain things and we usually fulfil them. From the person who sweeps the road immaculately to the investment banker who makes people richer, we all have a part to play in the current world we live in.But to thrive is to know what success means to us individually. Why do we still seek external validation when we now know better? Is status the only way to be recognised as being great at our jobs, our businesses? What proof is satisfactory to on-lookers and at what point are we enough? In this episode, I dive into the concept of status in society and explore how we can navigate it while still achieving personal success. And what are we chasing anyway? Do we want status so that we can be externally valued or do we want to do good work and be valued by ourselves for knowing we're doing the right thing? So much to explore and I'd love to hear your thoughts on the topic too, so get in touch wherever you see me and let me know what you think about status and how it affects you.Sign up for the Frankly Unstoppable EmailFollow me on InstagramPuja's Website
What could you do to help yourself move from stagnation to growth? Is there something you've been meaning to get back into or want to try for the first time? Perhaps it's a language, painting, singing, dancing, a sport, cooking or a brand new skill that you'd love to know more about. Flesh out some ideas after listening to this episode to build a list that you can try things from. Remember you're simply trying some new things, you don't have to commit to anything. The most common manifesting mistake I see in with clients in my practice is that they focus too much on “how” which is why the manifestation technique doesn't work. As high-achievers, it's normal for us to want to figure out how to do something but it won't help if you're trying to manifest something. In today's video, I'm going to help you to be a 'master manifestor' by detaching from the outcome, cultivating positive thinking, spotting your own red flags and I'm going to share a secret tool that I give to my clients to help them level-up their manifesting magic! If you apply these few tips, I'm pretty sure your manifestation technique will start working again.Sign up for the Frankly Unstoppable EmailFollow me on InstagramPuja's Website
In today's episode, I'm talking about how streaming tv shows can actually help to open the heart and mind.We ridicule watching shows but this is our reality. I still of course encourage connection and engagement but if we are to watch tv, how about doing it with some intention? I'm not talking about documentaries but actually watching some incredible shows that offer some perspective into the way we are living our lives.I've picked 3 shows that inspire me personally and they are also the shows that I'll recommend to my clients as a starting point to help them be more open in heart and mind. When we are willing to be more open, we get to experience life on a whole new level. That's what watching these shows can do for you, if you're willing to do things a little differently.I'd love to know if you've watched anything in your life that has had a profound affect on you too.Sign up for the Frankly Unstoppable EmailFollow me on InstagramPuja's Website
I'm back. That was a much longer break than I had planned for the show but it was definitely needed. To my loyal listeners, thank you for still being here and bearing with me. For new listeners, welcome, this show is about being real and supporting each other in this thing called life.I'm starting the new season with a topic that's resonated with me these past few months and one that I think more of us should tap into for better wellbeing and most importantly for taking our experience of life to the next level. So why should you follow your soul's bliss? Because too many of us follow the path that everyone else expects us to follow. That may work for some people but for many, at some point in life, they realise that what they're doing doesn't actually equate to the happiness and fulfilment they thought it would bring. We know this story, don't we? For those of you who have been here for a while, you'll know about the expectations of others and why it's so important for us to follow the call of going against the status quo but how can we do it without risking everything that keeps us safe and secure?Well that's what I'm delving into in today's episode. I'll be sharing why it's so important to follow your soul's bliss and how you can do it without compromising other important areas of your life.Sign up for the Frankly Unstoppable EmailFollow me on InstagramPuja's Website

This one isn't for the faint-hearted. It's bold and unapologetically direct. Coming up to the end of 2022. What an intense couple of years we've had. How has it been for you? Are you stronger or weaker? Are you more resilient? Have your ambitions changed? Have your values changed? What will you do in 2023?If you want your life to be different, you have to build resilience. You have to build self-belief. You have to remain focussed on your mission and most importantly, you have to be accountable. Without any of these, you will become a victim to the turmoil of our current world. It starts with you making the choice to do it differently. It starts with you committing to yourself for the greater good.Sign up for the Frankly Unstoppable EmailPause with Puja - Telegram GroupPuja's Website
Do you ever go on social media and get bored? Seeing the same old same old from influencers, brands and celebrities? Do you endlessly scroll reels and TikToks, come out of the app and find yourself back in again within minutes? That's the dopamine effect. But what if what you're consuming on social media is actually making you feel worse about yourself and your problems - your mental health and wellbeing? In today's episode, I'm having a frank conversation with Alex Partridge who is one of the pioneers of social media content the way we know it today. At age 21 in 2010, while a student at Oxford Brookes University, he founded UNILAD, one of the most popular social news and entertainment Internet companies in the world with an astonishing following of 50 million people around the globe. In 2012, Alex founded LADBible which would also grow to become a social media juggernaut.Whilst the episode shares our opinions, there's some food thought that I hope will enable you to decipher which accounts and behaviours are to your benefit when you're scrolling on social media.Connect with Alex on LinkedinSign up for the Frankly Unstoppable EmailPause with Puja - Telegram GroupPuja's Website

Creating meaningful connections starts with creating a meaningful life.Whenever there's a problem, we tend to look outside of ourselves before looking inward but what we truly want is lying deep within us.If you know what a meaningful life looks like and you begin to live it, you will naturally seek the meaningful connections to enhance your life.Expecting others to give you what you need will almost always end in failure. So be brave, go within, who are you? Let's connect in my Telegram GroupIn today's episode I'm exploring the 12 stages of burnout and what you can do to help yourself if you resonate with any of them. I've chosen this topic because the prevention of burnout is at the core of what I do so even though I've already covered burnout in this podcast, I wanted to create this particular burnout episode in the style of the new show. Burnout can be a self-perpetuating cycle if we don't stop and reevaluate. This should be a show you can come back to time and time again, when you're not feeling your best. This episode is going to be a little bit different to what you're used to. If you listened to episode 111, you'll have heard me talk about a massive level-up that I went through this year. Well, that level-up has inspired me to change the name of the podcast and also to re-work the format a little. Each episode will still deliver tips and support but we're taking it to the next level. My aim is to help you to be brilliant at what you do and how you live. You are the change-maker the world needs. My hope is that this podcast, and my work, will support you to achieve your ambitions with impact, purpose and fulfilment.I've really enjoyed putting this together for you. The third element of Space Time Intention method is Intention.Everything starts with intention but we often storm ahead with what we're doing without knowing why we're doing it. Our intention needs to be the starting point. What does intention even mean? It's basically a promise, a vow you're making to yourself which is formed by the heart and the mind, almost like a solemn vow.You can set a goal for something but your intention is what will guide you to that goal.In this episode, we're going to explore what intention is and how you can start to cultivate it in order to create a more fulfilling life for yourself.Website
This episode, we're moving on to the Time element of my Space Time Intention method. We all want more time but we aren't always willing to do what it takes to get it. In order to create more time, you have to create the space to identify how your time is being spent and what boundaries you need to put in place to achieve your goal of having more time. The thing is, most people struggle with changing their perspective and the way they've done things. So if you've always had an open diary that you allow to be filled by other people both at work and in your personal life, putting in a time block for meetings will be difficult. You think that you need to be available for every single meeting or birthday party that comes your way but in actual fact, in order to protect your time, you need to take back control of it.The key to creating more time is to re-work how you currently spend your time so that's what we'll cover in this episode along with tips to help you get there.Website
In the last episode I started to talk to you about a method I've coined called Space Time Intention. It's something I've been doing with my clients over the years but never really put it into a term as such. Most of us want more time. We struggle to find time in our days and the years go by with the same struggle of finding time. I see this a lot in my practice. From clients who say they can only do evening sessions through to those that say they can't wake up earlier, the time they need exists. They just need to look at time differently to the way they have been.We all use time in a way that makes us feel as though we're being efficient and productive. We also tend to fill time constantly and forget that there are moments in the time we schedule that we can use to make us happy. But in order to do this, we first need to create space. Space to look at our lives as a whole. Space to define what it is we want from our lives. Space to step back and look at where we can create time. In this episode, I'm going to delve deeper into the Space element of my Space Time Intention method and give you some tips so that you can do it for yourself.InstagramLinkedinWebsite
To make the most of your life, I want to share with you a tool I use in my practice called the Space Time Intention method. Imagine the three words as a triangle, space links to time which links to intention which links to space etc etcThe method takes from Ayurveda and Yoga principles too, which makes it all the more interesting - especially for me because I coined the method before I came across a Chopra article supporting it. Love how these things can happen.Today's show is one from the heart. I'm hearing so many similar challenges that people are facing in their day to day lives, that I hope you can get some insight that will help you to make the most of your life too.Puja's WebsiteConnect on InstagramConnect on Linkedin

I really hope you love the new music - I wanted to change it up as this season as I'm coming with a levelled up vibe! So what's the new season all about? Well, the last episode gave you a little insight and today I'm going to delve into it a little more.Season 3 is all about creating your own extraordinary life. But what does this mean? How can you build an extraordinary life? Living an extraordinary life is subjective. It's going to be down to what's important to you and therefore what qualifies as extraordinary to you. You don't have to be a business owner, you don't have to be rich. It can be anything you want it to be but I really want us to focus on the words that we use to describe our lives. So I'll be using grand words to make us think in grand terms about the way we live and what we do in this world.Let's all level up together this season and create the most epic extraordinary lives for ourselves! And my darling listener, if you love the Self Care 101 podcast, please can you review it on Apple or Spotify? I often wonder what goes on inside people's minds. Then I turn to my human behaviour and human psychology textbooks to get some answers. Sometimes, I'll ask my coach about it. You see, we all have innate behaviours that shape the way we live our lives. We start our lives with big dreams (if you were born in the 80's or 90's) then you might have dreamt about becoming a cowboy or a scientist, or a teacher or an astronaut. We had big dreams because we didn't know any different. We were encouraged to dream big. And then, once we started to sit for exams, we had to start limiting our dreams. We needed to decide what we wanted to do with our lives (more specifically, our careers) by the time we were 14. We hadn't even lived life. We hadn't tried on the cowboy boots yet but we had to decide. And decide we did. Then we live our lives according to what we're supposed to do rather than what we want to do. This applies to our careers, our health, our relationships. We stop having fun, instead we think fun is a night out, overspending and getting drunk. We think fun and joy and happiness comes from holidays, handbags, trainers and gadgets.Only to get into our late 20's to mid 30's to think, what the hell am I doing with my life?If you find yourself at this crossroads too, this episode is for you. You are your superpower. You have everything within you to do and be what you want. And.. I'll show you how.Frankly Unstoppable RetreatBook a Coaching ConversationInstagramLinkedin
When we're young and at school, we have lots of discipline around us. You could say that we have many rules in our lives. But when we've finished studying, there's this period of time where we get to do whatever we want and most of us do.Then we coast through our 20's doing all these things we want to do but with no real discipline. Enter our 30's and everything seems just that little bit harder. Our dreams and goals are bigger but we're unable to do the work involved to get us to where we want to go.This is where discipline comes into play. It's the ultimate game-changer and it's not easy. You are literally changing your life when you commit to discipline. In today's show, I'm going to explore what discipline is and how you can create more of it in your life so that you can change your life towards the life you want to be living.Frankly Unstoppable RetreatBook a Coaching ConversationInstagramLinkedin
Why are people unkind? Where do you think it comes from? Perhaps your life experiences make you unkind? Perhaps what you consume in your life makes you unkind? Why do we have to brag about being kind? There have been two key words in my life this year, one is resilience and the other is kindness. I've been building resilience in myself and my clients and I've been choosing kindness over anything else. Kindness towards me first (cos I've been mentally beating myself up for most of my life) and kindness to others, in everything I do. Even if I'm not really talking to certain people as much as I was, it's because I'm choosing kindness towards myself and when I'm ready, I'll share with them again. But this kindness conversation has really been getting to me. I see so much both online and in real life that pisses me off and today I want to sound off a bit and also offer you some incredible benefits and tips of choosing kindness - especially when it feels impossible to do.Frankly Unstoppable RetreatBook a Coaching ConversationInstagramLinkedin
Do you think people are born with a winning mindset? Some probably are. Many of us actually could have had a winning mindset from day 1 but life happened, our parents happened, our teachers happened and then the big bad world happened and we lost our way. We went from living with extraordinary visions of our lives to working and paying the bills and buying an endless amount of ‘stuff' to try and make ourselves happy. But what if we could be winning right now, without changing anything? What if we could choose to live an extraordinary life with everything we want but actually be fulfilled and content? In this episode, I'm going to cover some of the key attributes of creating a winning mindset. You probably know most of them but are you actually practicing them consistently? If you are, then you have a winning mindset and you are probably a very happy person. If you're not, then this show offers simple (always simple) ways that you can create a winning mindset starting today.Frankly Unstoppable RetreatBook a Coaching ConversationInstagramLinkedin
Did you know that you can build resilience? If you've been into self-development for a while, you're probably familiar with the way we talk to ourselves but it's actually incredibly amazing, how much the language we use actually affects us.It's easy to use common words that seem harmless when we're working towards something. Take this example: “I have to apply for at least 10 jobs a week” - on the face of it, the line is clear, is action oriented and possibly motivating. But the danger word here is “have” as in “have to.” Whilst in literal terms, you may have to apply to many jobs in order to get a new one, putting the word have to makes it a demand which sits differently inside our minds. A better way of saying this would be “I will apply to 10 jobs each week.” This is much more assertive, it's a clear goal and it's motivating. It's important to pay attention to the language we use so that we're not getting in our way when it comes to our goals. With only a couple of weeks left until the year end, you might be thinking about what you've achieved this year and possibly what you could achieve or you might just right off December because of the festivities. But there's still time and opportunity to get closer to what you want. And the language you use will play an important role here.Frankly Unstoppable RetreatBook a Coaching ConversationInstagramLinkedin
How do you value yourself? Do you value yourself? What does valuing yourself even mean? I really don't make life easy for myself. I could work with people who want to set up business, want to know about marketing or pr, or sell products. But no, I choose to work with people who want to improve themselves through personal development - this is very difficult! This obviously has a knock on effect on the other things in life but it's an essential piece of the puzzle. Problem is, my potential clients rarely see this. I can't tell you how many free coaching calls I've had with prospective clients, who know how much it is to work with me, have done their research and at the end of the call, don't commit to the process. There are a few factors as to why:They'd rather buy that new handbag as it's tangibleThey're afraid of living their BEST lifeThey're afraid of living their best lifeThat's not a mistake, I've said that twice on purpose. Because if you don't value yourself, you're less likely to make the changes you say you want. This is a real talk show, so get ready to learn some truths and also ways to help you build value in yourself. It can really make a massive difference to the way you live your life.Puja's WebsiteInstagramSupport the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/Selfcare101 )

Unleashing your potential is about doing more with your life than just working, paying the bills, a holiday here and there and then dying. There's so much more that we can be doing that not only makes us feel great about our lives but also contributes to the lives of others. We tend to think in terms of our bubble only, thinking that we don't have time or that we're not good enough to contribute to society but if we don't contribute, we will end up hating our lives and die of boredom. So let's not do that.I want to be clear here that I'm not talking about quitting your 9-5. This is about doing more than just working. I know work takes up most of our time and lives but there is time and space available for more fulfilling pursuits. Puja's WebsiteInstagramSupport the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/Selfcare101 )
