    Ivy Insights

The Weekly Scrap podcast is an absolute gem that I recently stumbled upon through a friend's recommendation. From the moment I started listening, I found myself hooked and have been binge-listening to every episode whenever I get the chance. This podcast has quickly become a staple in my daily routine, and I can't recommend it enough.

One of the best aspects of The Weekly Scrap podcast is undoubtedly the host's interviewing skills. Chief Moore, as an interviewer, demonstrates an impressive depth of knowledge and insight into the topics being discussed. He asks thought-provoking questions that not only engage the guests but also elicit detailed and informative responses. It's evident that he puts a lot of effort into researching his guests, which adds to the quality of each interview. This dedication to preparation results in fascinating discussions that leave listeners with valuable insights and information to ponder.

Furthermore, the live format of this podcast is fantastic. It adds an element of excitement and unpredictability to each episode. The ability to engage with guests in real-time allows for spontaneous and genuine interactions, making for a more dynamic listening experience. It feels like you're right there in the room, participating in these engaging conversations alongside Chief Moore and his guests.

While it may be challenging to find any significant faults with The Weekly Scrap podcast, one minor drawback could be the occasional repetition or overlap in information between episodes. As someone who truly appreciates thoroughness, I appreciate how some concepts are reiterated for emphasis or clarity. However, there have been instances where certain facts or stories have been repeated across multiple interviews. While this may be helpful for newcomers catching up on missed episodes, it can become redundant for long-time listeners who are well-versed in the subject matter.

In conclusion, The Weekly Scrap podcast is undoubtedly one of the best interview-style podcasts out there today. Chief Moore's skills as a host combined with his impressive lineup of diverse and knowledgeable guests make for an incredibly educational and entertaining experience. Whether you're looking to learn something new or simply enjoy engaging conversations, this podcast is a must-listen. I highly recommend subscribing and giving it a try - you won't be disappointed!

Joined this week by the YOOF himself, Ryan Scellick and we discuss all things decision making, specifically in emergent situations and the stress involved.  We discussed Coopers Color Code, we discussed Grossman and "On Combat" it was a fun Scrap!  And that does not even factor in the wonderful live audience and all that they brought to the discussion with their phenomenal questions.  Enjoy the show!
