At the end of last year, I decided to go one week without social media. Here are 5 observations I've made and how we can all bring some of these lessons into our daily lives and enjoy the ride a bit more. Let's make 2023 shockingly simple!

Joya Marleen war die grosse Überfliegerin an den Swiss Music Awards vom 25. Mai 2022 in Zug. Gleich drei «Betonklötze» konnte die 19-jährige St. Gallerin einheimsen. Im Interview bei Swissmade verriet sie, wie ihr Überflieger-Hit «Nightmare» enstanden ist - übrigens ganz ohne Druck.  Die erst 19-jährige Singer-Songwriterin aus St. Gallen war erstmalig in drei Kategorien nominiert und gewann gleich dreimal. Nicht nur durfte sie einen SMA als Best Female Act und als SRF 3 Best Talent entgegennehmen, sondern lieferte auch den besten Song des Jahres: Ihre Debütsingle «Nightmare» wurde vom TV-Publikum per Live-Voting zum Best Hit gewählt.  Mittlerweile hat sie einen Plattenvertrag in Deutschland unterschrieben und wird demnächst, nach hoffentlich erfolgreich bestandener Matur, ganz auf die Karte Musik setzen!
