欢迎收听雪球出品的财经有深度，雪球，国内领先的集投资交流交易一体的综合财富管理平台，聪明的投资者都在这里。今天分享的内容叫腾讯音乐：订阅失速，第二曲线能否救场？来自海豚研究君。北京时间3月17日港股盘后、美股盘前，腾讯音乐发布了二零二五年第四季度财报。第四季度业绩好坏参半，第二曲线继续发力，但用户生态不稳，致使订阅收入增长降速，因此海豚君总体观感不佳。业绩交流会上，管理层表达了竞争下对短期订阅增长、加大内容投入对利润率的负面影响，只能说，过了两年好日子的腾讯音乐，今年上压力了。具体来看：用户持续流失：四季度 M A U 环比下滑2300万，要相比往年的季节性流失幅度要稍微大一些。拉长时间线，总体也还是向下的趋势。我们认为，后续不排除加大投入增加获客。包括喜马拉雅收购审批后，新内容融入扩大会员权益的情况下对用户订阅的推动。订阅稳定增长乏力：四季度订阅收入增长13%，订阅用户净增170万，环比有所回暖，但似乎牺牲了涨价趋势，人均付费11.9元每月，环比不变。收入占比超一半的订阅增速是腾讯音乐估值预期的关键支撑，剩下的另一小半中，大头的社交音乐已经不能贡献增长，在其他音乐收入暂时还不能完全对业绩起到核心支撑，占营收的29%。虽然5亿多的总用户池中，仅开发了24%的付费用户。但因为竞争加剧，需要放缓做转化。因此如果后续订阅收入持续回不到 15% 以上，那么短期内纵使勒紧裤腰带做更多的利润增长，那么当下的市场情绪也很难再愿意给20倍以上的估值。第二曲线继续发力：其他音乐收入四季度再超预期，加速增长41%，主要来源于广告、专辑销售以及多个艺人线下演唱会门票及周边销售。增速虽有放缓，但高增的势头暂时未变。3 月底周杰伦将时隔四年发布新专辑，上个专辑的数字版独家发行权给了腾讯音乐，最终带来超2亿的创收，若无意外这一次同样独家发行的话，预计也能推动其他收入带来明显增量。社交娱乐底部徘徊：四季度直播、K歌等收入下降5%，仍处于底部但基本已经稳定。费用控制：四季度毛利率同比环比略微提高百分之一，继续发挥平台规模经济。核心经营利润26亿，增长26%，小超预期。主要是三费保持稳定，尤其是海豚君比较关注的销售费用，在竞争时期该费用的变化可以体现公司的应对策略。但就四季度而言，似乎并未看到营销费用出现太多扩张。考虑到 M A U 持续下滑以及竞对的激进扩张，我认为，不排除后续会通过增加一些推广费用来加大获客、延缓流失。具体可看电话会上管理层对未来发展战略的阐述，是继续聚焦还是寻求新的扩张。充沛的现金支撑股东回报预期：截至四季度末，腾讯音乐有净现金243亿元人民币，合35亿美金。股东回报上，除了去年3月宣布的两年年10亿美金回购（进展较慢，仅第一季度披露回购了0.65亿美金），本季度宣布二零二五年计划分红3.68亿美元，分红率23%。考虑到腾讯音乐现金充沛，因此假设回购按期完成，在二零二七年3月之前，加上今年的分红，合计近12亿美金的股东回报，相对当下234亿美元市值，潜在收益率5%不算低。但若回购节奏还是缓慢，那么股东回报对估值的托底力度也会缩小。对于财报详细数据我的观点自第三季度财报至今，腾讯音乐价值跌去了30%，明显弱于同期中概资产走势。云音乐也是类似走势，两大数字音乐龙头双双跌至13倍市盈率。其中核心困扰因素就是竞争担忧——包括传统竞对汽水音乐的流量冲击，以及 A I 对版权音乐平台的侵蚀危机。截至二六年初，汽水音乐整体用户规模 M A U 已经达到1.4亿，进一步缩小与云音乐的差距。但粘性更高的汽水音乐，近 5000万的 D A U 早就超过了云音乐，目前已经非常接近独立的 QQ 音乐或酷狗音乐。假设按照 QQ 音乐的用户粘性 D A U比M A U 来换算腾讯音乐整体的 D A U 规模，也就是 28% 的用户粘性对应 28%乘以5.6 亿，近 1.6 亿的日活，是汽水音乐的3倍。两者的差距还会缩小，但汽水音乐在字节集团内的战略定位差异，以及视频号崛起对腾讯音乐同样的导流作用，决定了最终大概率还是一个 “共存格局”：汽水音乐核心用户还是价格敏感型的抖音用户，对音乐的心智更多是碎片化的背景音需求；对腾讯音乐具备头部版权库的心智，一二线具备固定音乐消费习惯（尤其独家版权音乐）的用户则会更青睐。根据 Q M，汽水音乐主要和 Q Q 音乐的用户重合度为 13%，并不算高。汽水崛起的期间，Q Q 音乐用户保持稳定，主要影响的是同样走性价比风的酷狗音乐。而关于 A I 的负面影响，主要体现在 A I 生成内容对传统版权内容的挑战。A I 降低了音乐创作门槛，同时也削弱了版权音乐的 “专业” 价值。比如去年酷狗与字节合作生成了一个 AI 歌手——大头针，尽管只是翻唱歌曲，但月播放量已经可以看齐一些一二线的明星歌手。这个竞争格局重塑的过程中，存量龙头肯定还是难受的，尤其是当下可以说是竞争最激烈的时候。二零二一年之后的三年腾、网握手言和的平静日子被打破，作为防守方，腾讯音乐预计需要加大投入来应对潜在的用户流失、增加订阅之外的额外创收。在此过程中，利润率可能会有波动。比如上季度公司就强调，线下演出和艺人专辑销售的增加会同时推高成本和费用，造成短期利润率波动。可以说，腾讯音乐此前低至二六年13倍市盈率的估值，正是反映了上述多重担忧叠加后的结果。这两天因为苹果税调低和中概资产的资金投资情绪回暖，估值有所反弹。不过从未来两年应对竞争下的利润增速预期和上述担忧下发展前景的不确定性而言，要回到以往动辄 20x 以上的估值预期很难了。建议关注电话会中管理层对于二零二六年股东回报的安排（积极预期下收益率可达到 5%）。竞争未放缓下，只能在 “现金充沛下股东回报提升预期”加“可依附的腾讯流量生态”两个逻辑托底下，勉强对标互联网平台15倍市盈率的中枢水平——二零二六年预计105亿净利润，15倍估值为230亿美元，相比昨日收盘基本没多少空间了；若地缘不继续恶化，情绪好一点时可再加上 2.5% 的 Spotify 股权价值 27 亿美金，有一定修复空间。以下详细分析一、用户生态：竞争致 M A U 持续流失，付费渗透继续提升四季度 M A U 继续流失2300万用户，来到 5.28 亿，虽说四季度一般都有季节性流失，但用户数持续走低下这次也未见流失放缓。音乐付费用户净增170万，环比略有增加，季末达到1.27亿，付费率提升至 24%二、在线音乐：订阅继续降速，第二曲线还在发力订阅：增长放缓，间接"以价换量"四季度订阅收入增长13.2%，订阅用户净增170万，人均付费11.9 元每月，本季度延缓了 “涨价” 趋势，可能是相对恢复了促销折扣范围。订阅收入作为当下的核心支柱，增速下滑会直接影响市场对公司的未来增长预期。尽管当下是竞争对抗最激烈的时期，因此理论而言，目前竞争对订阅转化的影响实际也是相对最大的时期。后续的转机可能是在完成对喜马拉雅合并后，长音频内容带来的新增用户。毕竟两个平台核心用户重合度只有 10%至15%，但音乐作为普适需求，若以捆绑包形式销售，比如现有会员搭售1至2元溢价，用户的付费转化并不难其他音乐服务：承担第二增长曲线作用四季度其他音乐服务继续超预期，增速41%，虽有放缓但仍属于高增长区间，目前已经占到了总营收的30%。这部分包含广告、数字专辑销售、版权转授权、增值服务等。四季度继续做权志龙 G DRAGON 巡回演唱会 - 台北两场，全年共举办20场权志龙巡演，横跨亚太八个城市。此外，拓展的周边产品也带来了一些增量，比如与 E d Sheeran 合作制作 K I T 新专辑、与张艺兴等明星歌手打造收藏版专辑等。这些都属于围绕粉丝价值变现的 I P 衍生周边业务，虽然受众规模要远小于音乐刚需受众，但单人价值量非常高，中国核心用户在这部分的消费力不亚于欧美。社交娱乐：回暖趋势有波动四季度收入下降5%，仍在底部徘徊，今年有望逐步回归正增长或保持稳定三、利润：费用控制，未来继续聚焦还是寻求重新扩张？四季度毛利率环比小幅提升，继续发挥平台规模经济。费用端虽然增长，但从费率绝对值、边际变化来看算不上有效的扩张，结合当下的竞争情况，我认为，不排除后续会加大投入对抗竞争影响。最终核心主业的经营利润26亿，同比增速 26%，高于总营收的增速16%，利润率环比提升百分之二达到30%。
