In this episode of The Wright Report, Bryan breaks down a major Supreme Court decision that could permanently reshape American politics by stripping Democrats of 12 to 20 House seats through a new interpretation of the 1965 Voting Rights Act and the end of race-based congressional district protections. He explains how the ruling could dramatically benefit Republicans in Louisiana, Florida, Virginia, Texas, and beyond, while forcing Democrats into political panic as they scramble to preserve long-held advantages built through redistricting. Bryan argues this may be one of the biggest political developments of his lifetime, with major consequences for the House, the Electoral College, and the long-term balance of power in Washington. Plus, Bryan delivers major global updates, including President Trump's long-game strategy in Iran through economic blockade and naval pressure in the Strait of Hormuz, a surprise decision by the UAE to leave OPEC, and a stark warning from a top U.S. Marine general that China is no longer a "near-peer" adversary but a full military equal. He also covers rising anti-Jewish violence in the UK tied to Iranian influence and a remarkable DOJ case charging the sitting governor of Mexico's Sinaloa state for alleged cartel corruption. KMJ Host & Attorney John Gerardi joins Broeske & Musson to discuss this morning's BREAKING NEWS out the Supreme Court. In a 6–3 ruling, the Supreme Court struck down Louisiana’s congressional map that created a second majority‑Black district, ruling the map was an unconstitutional racial gerrymander. The justices said Louisiana went too far in using race when redrawing districts to comply with Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act. The Court held that the VRA did not require Louisiana to create that district, so race could not justify it under the Constitution. Episode #320: Caroline Chang, Supreme Court Rules Vaccines UnsafeHello Health Heroes! On this episode of Tim James Upgraded, I sit down with Caroline Chang, a mother on a mission who lost her daughter to multiple Sclerosis due to complications from a vaccine. This injury robbed her of 19 years of quality life and eventually died on December 5, 2022. The Supreme Court in 2011, in the Bruesewitz v. Wyeth LLC case, ruled that “Vaccines are Unavoidably Unsafe” in interpreting the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. This Supreme Court decision should unequivocally give everyone the right to a medical exemption from all vaccines as they have been judicially recognized as “Unavoidably Unsafe” and thus carrying potentially great risks, including death.Caroline also suggests that parents can get a medical exemption in all 50 states simply by asking your doctor to write a medical exemption due to the fact that the government (supreme court) has declared all vaccines unsafe and give the link to the court case to your doctor for review if they are unsure.“Doctor please write a medical exemption, I do not want products that the supreme court, our government has deemed “Unavoidably unsafe” injected into my child”.If you have a friend or loved one that is vaccine injured you can join Caroline's lawsuit at supremecourtrulingawareness.org.Enjoy the show!Love & Light,Coach TimP.S. The U.S. Supreme Court has just issued a new landmark ruling. Specifically, in an 8-to-1 decision, the Supreme Court found that Colorado's ban on “conversion therapy” is unconstitutional—and violates the first amendment rights of Christian therapists.Let's go through the details of this particular case—as well as what it means for the rest of the country.
Jane Bambauer and Eugene Volokh analyze the US Supreme Court's new Chiles v. Salazar decision, which struck down (by an 8-1 vote) a law banning sexual orientation/gender identity conversion therapy, including therapy that consists entirely of speech. The Court held that the First Amendment protects professional-client speech, including counselors' use of conversion therapy with minor patients when that therapy consists solely of speech. In the process, the 8-justice majority rejected the state's argument that such speech can be regulated as “speech integrally related to unlawful conduct” – and in the process, cited Volokh's discussion of the speech integral to unlawful conduct exception in a friend-of-the-court brief that he filed. Subscribe for the latest on free speech, censorship, social media, AI, and the evolving role of the First Amendment in today's proverbial town square.

Scott and Erik examine a provocative piece on the growing subculture of Christian Bitcoin enthusiasts and whether digital currency aligns with biblical views on stewardship and decentralized power.Healing the Brain: The discussion touches on the impact of technology and AI on our ability to think, exploring how modern tools might be changing our cognitive habits and the importance of maintaining mental discipline. Listener Question: Decolonizing the Gospel: In response to a listener's question, They hosts discuss the "decolonization" movement, emphasizing the need to separate the timeless core of the Gospel from historical Western cultural imprints.Listener Question: Guardian Angels: The hosts respond to a listener's question about guardian angels and the Protestant church reluctance to include spiritual forces such as angels and demons in teachings.==========Think Biblically: Conversations on Faith and Culture is a podcast from Talbot School of Theology at Biola University, which offers degrees both online and on campus in Southern California. It's Wednesday, March 4th, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark and Timothy Reed Pray for the Middle East Please pray for Christians in the Middle East as tensions rise in the region. Christian communities, like those in Iran, are especially vulnerable during times of escalating violence. Regina Lynch with Aid to the Church in Need warned, “The longing for freedom and dignity among peoples in the region is legitimate. But the price of renewed war could be extremely high. Civilians always suffer most, and Christians are often among the most defenseless.” U.S.-Iranian conflict might last four weeks U.S. President Donald Trump recently said the conflict with Iran may continue over the next four weeks. The United States and Israel carried out sweeping airstrikes against the country over the weekend. The American death toll in the conflict reached six troops as of Monday. The U.S. State Department is urging Americans to leave over a dozen countries in the Middle East. Those include Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Israel. Supreme Court rules against radical transgender policy The U.S. Supreme Court ruled against California's pro-transgender school policy on Monday. The policy allowed public school officials to keep the gender confusion of students from their parents. Worse than that, school officials even helped students “transition” without their parents knowledge. Paul Jonna, Special Counsel at Thomas More Society, commented, “The Court's landmark . . . vindication of religious liberty . . . [sets] an historic precedent that will dismantle secret gender transition policies across the country.” The State of the Unborn: GOP should not leave fight to states The pro-life movement is continuing strong, but not without its challenges. That's according to Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser in her “State of the Unborn” address. Listen to her thoughts on why the fight for life must continue. DANNENFELSER: “Now consider the great battles the pro-life movement has won after over a half a century of struggle: electing a pro-life president, confirming the Supreme Court justices who would reverse Roe v Wade with the Dobbs decision, and restore the right to uphold the 14th Amendment's equal protection promise in the law. "The handcuffs are off. We are free to protect the human rights of people. We live in a fresh moment filled with hope for our children, and yet, there are now more abortions than before Dobbs -- at least 1.1 million a year. "More than 60% of those deaths are caused by abortion drugs, and that's more than fentanyl, cocaine and heroin related deaths combined. Abortion is the number one cause of death in the United States of America.” Dannenfelser went on to challenge the Republican Party. She said, “The current GOP strategy of leaving this issue to the states clearly does not work. Twenty pro-life states can't even enforce their laws because of mail-order abortion drugs.” Proverbs 31:9 says, “Open your mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.” Trump's Transportation Dept: No illegals allowed commercial licenses Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is imposing new rules in order for truckers to obtain a Commercial Driver's License. This comes as the Trump administration continues to fight illegal immigration, including within the trucking industry, where illegal drivers have killed a number of Americans. Duffy laid out his expectations for U.S. commercial drivers. DUFFY: “This is not politics that we're playing here. We can have a debate about whether Joe Biden had an open border or Donald Trump shut down and secured the border. That's a different debate. “The debate really is, ‘Do you want well-trained, well-qualified drivers behind the wheel of a big rig driving on American roads?' It's very simple. I think the answer is: Every single American, no matter what your political stripes are, doesn't are, that's exactly what you want. “That's what you would expect from the federal government and the state government. To a greater extent, I think we need our states to say, ‘Listen, we can be good partners.'” Truckers will now be required to take their Commercial Driver's License test in English. Plus, many states have worked hard with the federal government to take reckless truck drivers off the roads. YouVersion Bible app sees high engagement in Kenya, Nigeria, & South Africa And finally, the Bible app YouVersion launched its latest regional hub in Kenya last week. The Bible app is seeing strong growth across countries in Africa. Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa rank among the top countries for daily Bible engagement, not just in Africa but also the world. YouVersion CEO and founder Bobby Gruenewald told Christian Daily International, “Some people have predicted that Africa would become the center of global Christianity. From what we're seeing, I think it already is.” Isaiah 11:9 says, “The earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Wednesday, March 4th, in the year of our Lord 2026. On February 20, the Supreme Court ruled that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, known as IEEPA, does not authorize President Trump's sweeping tariffs. In Learning Resources, Inc. v. President Trump has damned a Supreme Court ruling striking down much of his tariffs policy. A clearly furious president vowed to reimpose his import taxes through alternative methods. The court said that the president could not impose tariffs without consulting Congress. In a new decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has allowed a Republican congressman to challenge a state election law. The decision is highly consequential in the precedent that it sets. With this ruling, the Supreme Court has decided that a candidate for office does in fact have the legal standing to sue over an election policy that he or she believes is illegal. The implications of this ruling are truly significant—especially if you remember what happened in the 2020 election, when many of the legal challenges that were raised were dismissed not based on the merits of the case, but due to a “lack of standing.” So today, let's go through the details of this particular case, what the ruling is, and what it means for future elections.
Interesting fact: While all federal officials take an oath that they will support the US Constitution, Supreme Court justices must also take a second (and very profound) oath of office. As New York Times judicial columnist Adam Liptak reports, each of the nine “supremes” must swear that they will “do equal right to the poor and the rich.” Yes, class fairness is not only a core element of justice, but it's supposed out to be a formal measure of Supreme Court behavior.Every justice is aware of this consequential, ethical requirement, since each one took the oath. How damning, then, that the Court's right-wing ideologues feel no twinge of conscience about flagrantly and frequently violating their own word of honor! Call the roll: Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett. In case after case that pits corporate power against workers, consumers, small business, voters, communities, our environment, farm families—i.e., you and me—this plutocratic cabal rules for the rich. This month, an independent study of decisions by the Roberts Court revealed that two-thirds of its rulings favor wealthy powers over middle-income and poor people. Thus, our so-called “court of justice” is a primary pusher of inequality, especially through its farfetched decree that unlimited corporate political cash is “free speech,” and that corporations are “people.”Chief Justice Roberts smugly proclaims that the Constitution tells him whether the corporate giant or “the little guy” should win. “That's the oath” I took, he sniffs. This is Jim Hightower saying… Bovine excrement! It's obvious that plutocratic ideologues like him are using the Constitution like a ventriloquist dummy. And—hello, your honorableness—what about that other oath you took about equal fairness for the poor?Do something! There are groups that are working on holding the mighty Supremes accountable—what a world that will be! The Supreme Court has put a stop to Trump's efforts to militarize the streets of America. Specifically, they ruled that Trump cannot federalize Illinois National Guard troops and deploy them to the streets of Chicago. This is one of the first times the Supreme Court has pushed back on Trump's dictatorial zeal, and it's a ruling that likely will have broad implications regarding Trump's efforts to militarize Portland, Oregon, Los Angeles, California, and beyond. This development comes at the same time Trump is being devastated by new releases of the Epstein files, and at the same time - a lawsuit is filed to remove Trump's name from the Kennedy Center, and at the same time - a federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to bring back the Venezuelan immigrants they unconstitutionally deported to El Salvador. It feels like Trump is losing power. And it seems like justice is trending.
