The duo faced many obstacles just getting to Dillon this year and there was a moment where the trip was in jeopardy all together. Being sick before a long trip south is one thing but facing this trip without a pit crew at the very last moment would make anyone reconsider their options. The promise of achieving a goal of making one of the biggest street stock events of the season weighed large and the duo made a last second plea to the racing community for help over social media. The duo details how the help arrived which included a late night meeting up with said help and that was before qualifying.During our conversation, find out which CARS Tour Champion guided Carlisle to a win in the last chance qualifier and the strategy used in the race itself. Elation quickly turned to panic and anxiety as Carlisle had the hardest hit of his career on the front straightway.
