If you are a mom with ADHD who constantly feels like she's failing when it comes to managing your home, this episode is for you. In Episode 199 I'm chatting with Stacey Hutson and Stephanie Sprenger, two ADHD moms of four girls ages 4-18 are the hosts of the Mother Plus podcast, a podcast for moms with ADHD--for "too much" moms who feel like they are failing at motherhood and don't want to fail anymore. Questions for Kevin include: - What are your impression of this year's draft? - Who do you believe the Habs will target for their two first round picks? - If the Habs trade these picks what or who are you predicting Montreal will get in return? - What are your thoughts about other Habs prospects from the Hughes/Gorton regime and when may we see them play pro - Based on a Canadiens question at this year's NHL Combine, if you were stranded in the desert with someone with only a bottle of water, a baseball bat, and you can't share the water, and the other person takes the water first, what do you do with the bat? - What do you think about CHL players moving to the NCAA? Cayden Lindstrom is one in particular that is high profile, but there are others - Currently the Habs have 12 picks in this years draft. How many selections do then end up making over/under 10.5? - Between draft prospects Roger McQueen, Lynden Lakovic and Justin Carbonneau who do you value the highest? - In a perfect world who's the Habs second line center next year and who is a realistic player for that slot? - Who are your late round targets (3rd round or later) that the Canadiens should be all over?- Habsworld podcast team discuss and debate Kevin's thoughts- Will Logan Mailloux or David Reinbacher start with Montreal in the 2025-26 season?- Lane Hutson wins the Calder trophy for rookie of the year! On this episode of The Marriage Life Coach Podcast, I am beyond excited to bring you a conversation with the incredible Kate Hutson from the Conscious Leadership Group. We're diving into two of my absolute favorite relationship tools: the drama triangle and the empowerment triangle, frameworks that have completely shifted how I think about conflict, power, and emotional leadership, not only in marriage but in every kind of relationship. Kate's brilliant perspective will help you see the unconscious patterns we all slip into and how these show up in even the most loving partnerships. In our conversation, Kate and I explore the three roles of the drama triangle—villain, hero, and victim—and how we each tend to cycle through them when we feel overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected. We also talk about what it looks like to shift into the empowered versions of those roles and how that transformation can ripple through your entire life. Kate shares examples from her coaching and therapy work, and I share personal insights and questions I ask myself when I notice I've landed on the drama triangle (because let's be honest, we all land there sometimes!). What I love most about this episode is how universal and practical these tools are. Whether you're navigating tension in your marriage, struggling to set boundaries at work, or trying to reconnect with yourself, using the lens these tools provide gives you a clear map to move from reactivity to conscious, grounded presence. No matter what kind of relationship you're trying to improve, these tools will meet you where you are and help you move forward with more clarity, compassion, and connection. Listen in to hear more about: How to spot when you're in the drama triangle and shift into a more empowered stance What each role—villain, victim, and hero—really looks like in daily relationships Simple questions to help you reconnect with your values when you're feeling triggered How to cultivate compassion for the scared part of you that activates reactive patterns Why seeing the innocence in others (and yourself) can be the beginning of real healing RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: Connect with Kate on Instagram The Conscious Leadership Group The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership The Drama Triangle The Questions for Couples Journal Private Coaching with Maggie
Focusing on God's magnificent and glorious names helps us to honor Him. By understanding these names, we can, with the guidance of His Spirit, live in a way that reflects His greatness. This is especially important in our world, which desperately needs to witness a supernatural vision of the invisible God through the visible lives of His children. Family Ministry Pastor Jimmy Hutson taught on the names of God.

Tuesday afternoon means a fresh episode of Oilersnation Radio has been recorded, edited, and is set to massage your ear feelings. On this week's podcast, the guys discussed a potential Darnell Nurse suspension, Monday's loss to the L.A. Kings, and much more. The boys started the Tuesday podcast with a delicious debate about whether Darnell Nurse should and will be suspended after the incident with Quinton Byfield, which resulted in a crosscheck to the head. Depending on how you look at the situation, the NHL has different routes to discipline Darnell Nurse, and the debate revolved around whether or not he will be suspended. As you'll hear, everyone's opinion on the matter was all over the map.Changing gears, we looked back on Monday's loss to the Kings and how Philip Danault felt the Oilers were icing their B-squad and trying to hurt the opposing players. As much as Danault's comments weren't necessarily wrong, it was pretty funny that he didn't acknowledge the very real string of injuries Edmonton is working through. Even with McDavid saying the team isn't the 'walking wounded' this morning after practice, the reality is that the Oilers had nine regulars out of the lineup for Monday's game.Sticking with the game against Los Angeles, we also discussed Quinn Hutson's NHL debut and how it was a cool moment for a young man who signed an ELC only days before suiting up for the Oilers. Despite playing just over 14 minutes in his debut, the guys discussed Hutson's ceiling and whether or not this is a prospect worth following. We also wondered how Hutson ranks among the other prospects the Oilers have signed in the last few weeks, and if these scratch tickets can do enough to bolster the Oilers' thin depth chart. Finally, we wrapped up the Tuesday episode of ONR with some predictions about where Evander Kane might play when he returns and playoff betting talk before winding down with some game expectations for Wednesday's season finale against the San Jose Sharks. As always, the first episode of Oilersnation Radio of the week is always a fun one to record, and it was exciting to finally be talking about the playoffs after what has been a slog of a regular season.
