  The Invasion! crossover is over! The unprecedented 4 part crossover between Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow was a rousing success.  Darryl and Phil give their opinions about the massive event and give four great things we appreciated in the crossover. In addition, we talk the four things that weren't so good about Invasion!.  No shows are perfect, and these episodes are no exception. However, it's been an overwhelmingly good crossover that we've been happy to follow all week. Three fantastic action sequences: The fight under  mind control, Arrow team vs all the past Arrow Villains, All Heroes Versus all Dai Dominators were all fantastic.  Arrow 100th Episode: This episode and the end of the crossover, gave a fantastic tribute to all that the show has done. Everytime Diggle gets awkward brings joy to our hearts. It's not a crossover unless John Diggle gets awkward. Four Not so Good things about the crossover How quickly Cisco was up to time traveling when he has been mad at Barry for that very reason. We know he's a geek, but come on.  Forced conflicts with Supergirl: Mad Dog made more sense, but Oliver's seemed out of character  Slade’s absence from the Arrow episode feels like there's a gap when he's missing from the lineup: He could have at least given a voice over.  Citizen Steel’s outfit: It's just not very good outside of the CGI effect. It could have been better, but it could have been worse. References Invasion! provides the highest ratings for their shows in history. Amertek Industries is a weapons manufacturer, tech conglomerate and defense contractor arguably best known for their biggest gun (literally and figuratively), the "Toastmaster" BG-80. Designed by John Henry Irons, their brutality turned him off of weapons-making and he left Amertek to go into hiding, taking on the name Henry Johnson. The guns would later make their way into the hands of street gangs in Metropolis and Washington, DC. Seeing his weapons on the streets, coupled with the then-recent death of his idol Superman, led Irons to take on the armored superhero identity of Steel. Ragman - In the show, Ragman's family was killed when the missile hit Havenrock. In the comics, Ragman is a Gotham-based vigilante who wears the mystical Suit of Souls, from which his powers come. Starling Tribune - Season 4 Edition – Episode 7: Brotherhood   The Official Arrow Podcast of the Gonna Geek Network   As we close in on the first big crossover event with Flash this year, Chris, Neil, and Stargate Pioneer recap episode 7 of this 4th season of Arrow. This episode, Brotherhood, features the return of Diggle's long lost brother with ramifications that could shake up Team Arrow. Neil geeks out over James “Bam-Bam” Bamford's episode direction, his FIRST time behind the camera as director. Did Bam-Bam's direction live up to all our hype over this occurrence?
