Today's show opens with the one thing the Left has been wanting to accomplish since Donald Trump entered the race and that was to brand him with the Scarlet Letter of F! It's official. Judge Juan Merchan has finalized the verdict and Donald Trump is a convicted felon. He will receive no punishment. No jail time. No probation. No fines. No conditions. As reminder of this incidence of lawfare, we remind you about what Michael Cohen's lawyer said and what Rep. Kat Cammack (R-FL) said in a Congressional hearing. Then we hear from Alan Dershowitz and Jonathan Turley about the sentencing. Moving back to Los Angeles, Gov. Gavin Newsome (D-CA) got caught lying about talking to Biden in an effort to get out of talking to someone affected by the wildfires. Robert Divas (D-CA), Speaker of the California Assembly, was asked why he is still holding a special session to try to “Trump proof” California, rather than address the fires? LA Mayor Karen Bass is asked about the lack of preparedness and she dodges the question. To show you more incompetence, we get a short presser from the LA County EMA Director, who can't figure out why their emergency alert system keeps going off on it's own. LAFD Assistant Chief Kristine Larson first tries to tell us that people in an emergency prefer if someone who looks like or acts like them arrives on the scene. Then, she manages to top that statement by saying if a women can't lift a man out of a fire, it's the man's fault for being there. Hollywood actor Eric Braedon helped prove the point I made yesterday that those directly affected by the fires would not immediately turn on their political masters. It is going to take some time. Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) was asked if Trump's comments about Newsome were divisive and he managed to rip the media up one side and down the other. Citizens made a citizens arrest of an illegal brandishing a flamethrower, trying to start another LA fire. He had 5 cell phones on him an a United Nations debit card. But, after questioning him, police said there wasn't enough evidence to charge him with arson. After all, that would defeat their “climate change” narrative. Finally, our outgoing sound bite comes from Senator John Fetterman (D-PA). He gets the comment of the day when asked why he was going to meet with Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (11/04/2024): 3:05pm- What Are the Pollsters Saying? The New York Times released its final poll prior to tomorrow's Presidential Election and, unsurprisingly, the race is a coin toss. The poll reveals Kamala Harris has small leads in Nevada, North Carolina, and Wisconsin. Meanwhile, Donald Trump leads in Arizona—with statistical ties in Michigan and Pennsylvania. Real Clear Politics polling averages show Trump winning in 5 of the 7 most critical swing states. And The Hill's Election Forecast indicates Trump has a 54% likelihood of winning the election. 3:20pm- Donald Trump Jr.—Executive Vice President at The Trump Organization—joins The Rich Zeoli Show LIVE from his father's campaign rally in Reading, Pennsylvania to preview Election Day! 3:40pm- On Monday, Republican Presidential Nominee Donald Trump held a campaign rally in Reading, Pennsylvania. 4:05pm- On Monday night, Democratic Presidential Nominee Kamala Harris will host a campaign rally at the Philadelphia Museum of Art—which will include a free concert featuring Lady Gaga, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and Ricky Martin. Oprah Winfrey and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff will also be there. Enjoy the traffic, Philadelphia!! 4:10pm- In a New York Times editorial, polling expert Nate Silver said his “gut says Trump” will win the 2024 presidential election. He also noted that pollsters may be “herding toward a false consensus” and that, according to his model, “there's about a 60 percent chance that one candidate will sweep at least six of seven battleground states.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/10/23/opinion/election-polls-results-trump-harris.html 4:15pm- Over the weekend, Ann Selzer of the Des Moines Register released bombshell polling data indicating that Kamala Harris is beating Donald Trump in Iowa—a state considered to be comfortably red. But is the poll simply an outlier? Selzer has a history of underestimating Republican support, and she incorrectly predicted the outcome of Iowa's 2018 gubernatorial race. Additional evidence Selzer's polling might be inaccurate: newly released Emerson polling data suggests Trump is leading by 10-points. 4:30pm- Congresswoman Kat Cammack—U.S. Representative for Florida's 3rd Congressional District—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to preview Election Day and to discuss her tireless efforts campaigning throughout Pennsylvania on behalf of the Trump-Vance campaign. 4:50pm- BREAKING NEWS: According to the Associated Press a Pennsylvania Judge has ruled that Elon Musk can continue to run his $1 million a day sweepstakes to encourage voter registration. 5:00pm- Christopher Ruddy—CEO & Editor in Chief of Newsmax Media—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to preview the latest trends in key battleground states and Newsmax's planned initial public offering. 5:15pm- Jimmy Failla—Host of “Fox News Saturday with Jimmy Failla” & Author of the book, “Cancel Culture Dictionary”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show for a very exciting announcement: 1210 WPHT's next Politics & Pints will feature Jimmy Failla and Rich Zeoli on Wednesday November 13th in Media, PA. Can Bashaw become the first Republican to win a U.S. Senate seat since 1972? You can learn more about Bashaw's campaign he ...
President Biden called over half the country garbage. His comments came while Vice President Kamala Harris was attempting to deliver her final pitch to the nation. The Drive-by media is giving Biden cover – a very different take than a few days ago when a comedian cracked a bad joke about Puerto Rico during President Trump's Madison Square Garden rally. Seems to me it's a bit more newsworthy for the leader of the free world to call half the country garbage than it is for a profane comic to crack a joke about Puerto Rico. But that's just me. The Democrats preach unity and civility. But their words betray them. Barack Obama called us bitter clingers. Hillary Clinton called us irredeemable deplorables. She also called us Nazis. Kamala Harris called us fascists. And Joe Biden not only called us garbage but he also called us the dregs of society. I've had the honor of speaking at two Trump rallies and I can tell you that the only people I saw in the crowd were American patriots who love God and their country. They just want to make America great again. And that is a noble cause. Joining Todd to discuss is Dave Brat from Liberty University, Rep. Kat Cammack from Florida, Rep. Tom Tiffany from Wisconsin and Lee Greenwood.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: 3:05pm- The Rich Zeoli Show is broadcasting LIVE from Media Row at the Democratic National Committee Convention in Chicago, Illinois. We have a loaded show—including conversations with Congresswoman Kat Cammack and Co-Chair of the Republican National Committee Lara Trump. 3:10pm- While campaigning in Pennsylvania, Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris visited a Sheetz convenience store—BUT WAIT, isn't the Biden-Harris Administration in the process of suing the store over its hiring practices? 3:40pm- Congresswoman Kat Cammack—U.S. Representative for Florida's 3rd Congressional District—joins The Rich Zeoli Show and reacts to Kamala Harris's proposed price gouging policies which most experts, regardless of party, consider to be economically illiterate and counterproductive. 3:50pm- Lara Trump—Co-Chair of the Republican National Committee—joins The Rich Zeoli Show and hilariously begins the conversation by saying she's sorry to hear the show had to broadcast from the DNC Convention this week. Trump also responds to Kamala Harris's unpopular “price gouging” proposal: “I have never heard something crazier. It really felt to me a little bit like she was running for class president or something and not president of the United States…just point her in the direction of the teleprompter and she'll say literally anything on there.”

Unfortunately, instead of delivering a substantial plan, she squandered the moment on populist gimmicks…Ms. Harris says she'll target companies that make ‘excessive' profits, whatever that means. (It's hard to see how groceries, a notoriously low-margin business, would qualify.) Thankfully, this gambit by Ms. Harris has been met with almost instant skepticism, with many critics citing President Richard M. Nixon's failed price controls from the 1970s. Whether the Harris proposal wins over voters remains to be seen, but if sound economic analysis still matters, it won't.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2024/08/16/harris-economy-plan-gimmicks/ 4:30pm- In a recently resurfaced clip, Kamala Harris states that the president has the power to confiscate patents held by private citizens and business if the government believes the patents are not being used properly. Wouldn't this policy stifle research/development and innovation? Harris made the comment in November of 2019 while campaigning for president in Muscatine, Iowa. 4:40pm- Matt tries Chicago deep-dish pizza, Rich injures his wrist being super manly (and definitely not while swimming on a floaty raft), and Mama Zeoli says you shouldn't leave the hotel in Chicago—it's too dangerous! Plus, why doesn't Rich have bodyguards like Sean Hannity? 4:50pm- Kamala Wants to Stop Kroger-Albertsons Merger: C. Jarrett Dieterle of Reason writes: “Amid all the competing headlines of the 2024 election, there may be no more bread-and-butter issue—literally—than how much Americans are paying to put food on their tables. The GOP is gearing up to attack the Biden-Harris administration for escalating grocery store bills, while presumptive Democratic nominee Kamala Harris has now responded with her own plan to fight higher food prices. One of the hottest items in this political food fight is unquestionably the ongoing litigation from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) attempting to block the Kroger-Albertsons grocery store merger. A host of Democratic lawmakers recently joined the legal fight, arguing that any potential merger would raise prices, increase food deserts, and disproportionately hurt unionized labor.” You can read the full article here: https://reason.com/2024/08/17/harris-joins-the-ftcs-food-fight-against-kroger-albertsons-merger/ 5:00pm- Brent Buchanan—President & Founder of Cygnal (a polling and analytics firm)—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to breakdown where polling in the 2024 Presidential Election currently stands and what it ultimately means on election day.
