Jon Herold comes in Thursday with a healthy amount of righteous indignation and Phil Scarborough's best news in years. Anna Paulina Luna filed assault charges after a Code Pink activist tapped her arm in a Capitol hallway, and Jon plays the video, compares it to Savannah Hernandez's actual assault, and asks the obvious question: what does calling that an assault do to people who have been genuinely assaulted? Phil Scarborough's Hines County, Mississippi story reaches its conclusion: a judge voided the 2023 Democratic primary after finding missing ballot boxes, missing voter registration forms, missing ballot books, and missing machine tapes, and ordered a new special election in 45 days. Jon calls it one of the first times since 2020 he has seen an election actually thrown out over fraud. John Bolton is expected to plead guilty to illegally retaining national security documents and pay over $2 million. Todd Blanche is being nominated as permanent attorney general and Jon does not think he has the Senate votes. Trump posted in real time calling out California's slow ballot counting as theft and saying the US attorney's office in Los Angeles is already investigating. The House also voted to rein in Trump's Iran war powers with a few Republican crossovers, and Jon sees a potential constitutional fight coming.

Next week, Andrew Iler, Mark Adamczyk, and I are heading up to Washington, D.C., to meet with Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna. Congresswoman Luna chairs the Congressional Task Force On The Declassification of Government Secrets. We have secured an opportunity  to brief her personally on critical record keeping  and oversight issues that have been festering for years.   These are issues that we  believe are core to the committee's mission when it comes to  assessing the state of JFK Records disclosure and accounting for all JFK assassination records. Perhaps, more importantly, these are  issues core to restoring the government's strict legal compliance with the JFK Records Act and public confidence in what is being shared with our citiziens. Congresswoman Luna's Task Force on the Declassification of Government Secrets is currently finalizing its historic report, and we are making this trip to ensure that our actionable recommendations are explicitly cemented into that document. We are hopeful that our recommendations are going to be taken seriously. For nearly 27 years, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has operated outside its statutory authority, undermining a law that Congress unanimously passed to guarantee an "enforceable, independent, and accountable" process for public disclosure. Early in the task force's existence, we provided a formal submission that outlined and discussed a myriad of critical issues including missing Final Determination Notifications (FDN's) and the lack of a searchable (and verified complete) index of records. We are hopeful that our input will help to restart congressional oversight of the records collection and be the  blueprint to finally correct decades of improper record  administration by NARA in the post Assassination Record Review Board era. Andrew Iler and Mark Adamczyk  are two of the foremost experts on the planet when it comes to the technicalities of the  JFK Records Act.   Their continuing research has uncovered issues with the records collection that can no longer be swept aside. Disclosure is imminent, but of what exactly? The UFO and aliens are unrelated, and much of what have heard so far is not a revelation but a rehashing. Many of the supposedly credible voices are learning from the most incredibly un-credible people. US congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna and her obsession with the Book of Enoch has been inspired by admittedly fake Secret Space Program stories from Corey Goode and the late David Wilcock. Haim Eshed, the former head of Israel's space security program, who used his credibly to inform the public about the Galactic Federation, learned of this alien alliance via Laura Eisenhower and others like her. Whistleblowers are blowing whistles that are half a century old and already public knowledge, be it in publicly available documents or already part of the UFO mythology. All the above have been influenced by the same quality of evidence that has, in the case of Luis Elizondo, been admittedly proven to be a hoax. From 2017 onward, the UFO became a UAP and the extraterrestrial became an inter-dimensional. With even less proof of dimensional entities, now the subject has been transformed into a theological and political form of propaganda. In our assessment, it is largely Israeli propaganda. Why? Because from the Old Testament focus by America Reads the Bible and Trump in rededicating the country to god, to the Solomon's Temple ballroom, replica Ark of the Covenant and Crown of Jerusalem given to the President; from the Epstein horrors to war with Iran, Israel needs cover, justification and defense against a growing global pushback. It surely isn't a coincidence that the concept of ancient aliens, which has always been criticized as degrading Jesus and the New Testament, was invented by a rabbi and a Torah scholar. Because a group of pastors are now claiming that they were secretly briefed by intelligence agencies, which told them to prepare their congregations for the disclosure that these aliens are our creators and that Jesus and the New Testament are fake. Under these conditions, the Old Testament would be considered valid and the god of that text would be declared alien, therefore making his “chosen people” the rulers of this planet with their advanced technology and superior genes.
