Kaya Jones is a Canadian-born singer, songwriter, and producer. Growing up in Las Vegas, by age 16 she had signed with Capitol Records, and in 2003 auditioned and was selected from thousands of other singers for a coveted spot with one of the most popular girl groups in history. One of the founding members of the group, Kaya Jones is perhaps best known as one of the lead singers for the Pussycat Dolls. Since leaving the Pussycat Dolls, Jones developed her career as a solo artist. At the age of 26, she became the youngest female in history to start her own record label. In 2019, Jones won a Grammy Award for a collaboration with gospel artist Jason Crabb. She currently lives in Florida using her testimony and experience to point the world to the life saving message of Jesus Christ.
When Kaya Jones joined the Pussycat Dolls in the early 2000s she dreamed of fame and stardom. Instead she never felt good enough, being told to lose weight, and encouraged to have an abortion when she fell pregnant. She's since become a prominent pro-life campaigner and is gearing up to release her first Christian album. In this interview with Premier's Cassandra Maria, Kaya shares her testimony of being called out of the chart topping girl band and says she's praying for others in the mainstream music industry to find God just like she has. Singer, producer and former member of the Pussycat dolls Kaya Jones exposes Hollywood as she shares her past of living in bondage including having multiple abortions. Kaya has now been set free and transformed by the power and love of Jesus Christ and is boldly making him known to the world.

Kaya Jones is perhaps best known as one of the lead singers for The Pussycat Dolls, which was one of the most popular girl groups in history having sold more than 15 million albums and 40 million singles worldwide. The Pussycat Dolls rapidly expanded to include a Las Vegas show, merchandise, reality television programs and product endorsements, making them one of the most recognizable and bestselling music brands of the decade. Jones was one of the founding members and closely involved with the development of the group's sound and style. Since leaving the group, Jones has brought her own sound to the masses and developed her career as a solo artist. Her solo hit singles include "Hollywood Doll" and "Take It Off," both of which became top dance songs throughout the world. She put out two solo albums, "Confessions of a Hollywood Doll" and "Kaya," and has performed at several of the top clubs in Los Angeles and New York. She also sang backup for Mick Jagger on the Golden Globe winning song "Old Habits Die Hard" from the soundtrack for the movie "Alfie." Jones has also developed the Hollywood Doll brand, which designs and manufactures a line of dolls, and fashion and beauty products for young girls. And, at the age of 26, Jones became the youngest female in history to start her own record label, HueMan Race Records. At the age of 13, Jones was discovered by R. Kelly and signed to his record label for development as an emerging talent. By age 16, she had signed with Capitol Records and in 2003 auditioned and was selected from more than 2,000 other singers for the coveted spot with the Pussycat Dolls. After being indoctrinated into the girl band, she went under the tutelage of legendary music producer Jimmy Lovine. Jones was born in Toronto to a Native American father and a Jamaican mother. She spent the first several years of her life traveling with her family throughout the Caribbean before they eventually moved to the United States and settled in Las Vegas. As a young child, Jones spent her time learning to act, sing and play the violin. https://twitter.com/kayajones https://www.instagram.com/kayajones/ https://www.facebook.com/KayasMusic https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/messages-with-kaya/id1541950603 #pussycatdolls #kayajones #faith #motivation Find Sprinkled with Hope on social media: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKvKY93BmNp9D-uuStspcEQ https://www.facebook.com/groups/727711128046733 https://www.facebook.com/sprinkledwithhopepodcast https://twitter.com/sprinkledhope20 https://www.instagram.com/sprinkledwithhopejason_shane/

Former Pussycat Doll's member Kaya Jones steps Behind The Rope. Kaya chronicles how she came to be a member of the Pussycat Dolls in December 2003, when she was just 19 years old. After chatting about the audition process and landing the part, Kaya pulls back the curtain of what being in this group was really like. Kaya details what she calls the “toxic” work environment, the excruciatingly long hours, the infighting between the other PCDs and everything else you can imagine, Kaya covers it. Of course, Kaya talks about group founder and choreographer Robin Antin - what she was like, how she treated the members, what her goals for herself and for the group were and whether those goals were always consistent with the other. Kaya explains whose decision it was to transform the Pussycat Dolls from being a “burlesque performance group” to a full fledged musical band, how that transition took place, and what it took to ultimately get signed to a record deal. Kaya contributed to songs that would ultimately make up The Dolls' first album. We discuss the mega hit “Don't Cha” and the Dolls' lead singer Nicole Sherzinger. In 2004, Kaya left the band during the recording of the first album claiming it was no longer fun to be in the band. After leaving the band, Kaya pursed a solo career in music. There were also those repeated times she made allegations that being in the Pussycat Dolls were like being part of a prostitution ring. Say whhhaattt? Yea, we break that one down for you. Ok umm, what? Kaya also chats about her start in the music business at 13 years old working with R. Kelly. The hypocrisy of the liberal elites has become insufferable. For this podcast, Anna calls out these elitist hypocrites who impose rules and don't follow them yet lecture and punish Americans who yearn for freedom. All the while, they push this country further toward authoritarianism without having to suffer the consequences of their own ideology. These elites are drunk on power, and it's time the American people sober them up. Someone who knows all too well about this corruption is Kaya Jones, a Grammy Award winner and former member of the Pussycat Dolls. Kaya is a remarkable woman who gave up an incredible career in Hollywood to give her life to God and join the conservative movement. She and Anna have an in-depth conversation on Kaya's transformative journey and the hypocrisy of the liberal elite. To hear previous podcast episodes and to subscribe to my newsletter, go to Gingrich360.com/anna today.
