Unearth the hidden gems of the beer world and claim your free case here: www.beer52.com/ANALYTICS This week on The West Ham Breakdown, Jack and Cal dissect a gutting 3-2 defeat for West Ham against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, despite dominating for the opening 50 minutes of the game. We break down how Aaron Wan-Bissaka neutralised Garnacho and how the specific roles of Hato and Gusto allowed the Hammers to funnel the game exactly where they wanted it. However, we debate whether the second-half collapse was a simple failure of mentality or if Chelsea's substitutions exposed a fundamental gap in squad depth. We debate the tactical changes that forced West Ham back, investigating why Nuno Espirito Santo sacrificed transitional threat to survive a 3-1-6 onslaught. The episode explores the merits of a 5-2-3 setup to protect the last line, questioning if we were destined to buckle under the pressure of seven men crashing the box. Finally, we tackle the goals and refereeing flashpoints, from the Jean-Clair Todibo red card to the Jarrod Bowen penalty shout. We're back with another Hills rewatch, and this episode hit me harder than I expected. Going home to Laguna Beach and filming with my dad and step-mom is emotional to revisit now that he's no longer in my life. It's wild how one scene can basically sum up our entire relationship. Watching how a narcissist can turn “on” for the cameras, the drama with my step-mom, and why I was genuinely floored she even agreed to film. And yes — her dressing up as me for Halloween comes up.We also get into one of the few real, intense storylines of the show: Holly's drinking. The moment that made me text Heidi, and how Holly went from that season of life to being 15 years sober and now running her own recovery center for women.Plus, the scene that reminded me of doing a wedding-dress photoshoot the day after calling off my engagement… and the dramatic twist that sent the Justin Bobby–Audrina–me love triangle straight into chaos.A word from my sponsors:ARMRA - Go to armra.com/HONEST or enter HONEST to get 30% off your first subscription orderSkims - Shop my favorite bras and underwear at SKIMS.comKa'Chava - Go to https://kachava.com and use code HONEST for 15% off your next order.Hiya - Receive 50% off your first order at hiyahealth.com/HONESTTonal - Tonal is offering our listeners $200 off your Tonal purchase with promocode HONEST at Tonal.com.Taylor Farms - Grab a Taylor Farms chopped salad kit and get your salad together! For more Let's Be Honest, follow along at:@kristincavallari on Instagram@kristincavallari and @dearmedia on TikTokLet's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari on YouTubeProduced by Dear Media. This episode may contain paid endorsements and advertisements for products and services. In this episode we discuss the pressing matter of integrating the things you've learned from going 'bankrupt' into your actual world & reality. You thought the hard part was being accountable & starting over? IDK I think the integration phase of who you discovered yourself to be or have become in solitude & healing meets your reality is definitely a process as well. Going through the pain of self discovery is one thing but standing firm on that when you have to reemerge to the world is where we realize OLD HABITS don't go quietly & standig up for yourself doesn't mean you won't mess up. Don't worry in this episode I discuss 5 ways that I've been coming to terms with old habits dying the hard way & how I've been supporting myself & how you can too as you try and do better moving forward. Movie soundtracks have given us some of the most unforgettable songs in music history, from Adele's haunting "Skyfall" to Seal's unexpected hit "Kiss from a Rose," we explore twelve iconic songs that made their mark through cinema. What happens when legendary artists create music specifically for the silver screen? We dive into Bruce Springsteen's approach to "The Wrestler" – a song he casually wrote after a concert and gave away for free – alongside Tina Turner's deeply personal "I Don't Want to Fight" created for her own biopic. Bond themes get special attention as we compare Paul McCartney's revolutionary "Live and Let Die" with Adele's moody, orchestral "Skyfall," showing how these musical moments reflect the evolution of the 007 franchise itself. Meanwhile, The Weeknd's sultry "Earned It" demonstrates how a film tie-in (Fifty Shades of Grey) can launch a song into the stratosphere regardless of the movie's critical reception. The mix also features the fascinating origin story behind Simon & Garfunkel's "Mrs. Robinson," which was originally written about Eleanor Roosevelt before being hastily repurposed for "The Graduate" with a simple word replacement. From Randy Newman's heartwarming "You've Got a Friend in Me" to the emotionally devastating "See You Again" by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth, these songs prove that when filmmakers and musicians collaborate, magic happens.Whether you're a film buff, music lover, or both, this episode celebrates those perfect moments when visuals and sound collide to create something greater than the sum of their parts. Paul confronts Peter because of his sin, his choosing to not fellowship with the uncircumcised Gentiles when the circumcised Jews came into the room. Paul lets Peter know that he is in sin and his sin has led others astray as well! We take a deep dive into the seriousness of sin and who it effects beside us. What we see is it comes down to who do we chain ourselves to, who are we bound to? Ourselves? Our flesh? Or Jesus? Do we gratify our flesh or do we allow the Holy Spirit to lead us? If we say Jesus, then do we live like it or do we unholy lives deceiving ourselves thinking we are in good standing with God. Lord, break every chain that bounds us to the things that hinder our relationship with You!

Ryan and Todd look back at a 2006 post by Ken Schwaber, which covers 15 ways Scrum is both hard and disruptive. The eight statement from Ken: "The most serious impediments to using Scrum are habits of waterfall, predictive thinking over the last twenty to thirty years; these have spawned command and control management, belief that demanding something will make it happen, and the willingness of development to cut quality to meet dates. These are inbred habits that we aren't even aware of anymore."

In this honest reflection, Pastors Nick and Payton reminded us that the process of the Lord making us to know always begins in weakness. This weakness leads us away from pride and self-dependency, and towards a deeper more intimate walk with him. This messages encourages us to continually press into whichever way the Lord is disciplining us because he it is the vehicle by which he is allowing us to share in his holiness. When we can see it in that light, we can choose to continually take up our cross and take our seat at his table.
