Mss François is incredible. Why? Because is honest. And her honesty comes from her self-confidence and self-love.Mss François did go through trauma, and how she dealt with it was creating comedy, and entertainment, and sharing her story that way.I asked her to come on to this Podcast because I believe that this is something those who struggle with bulimia can relate to. Either trauma, or not feeling "good enough", and even more so not putting themselves first. It's not selfish to do that. In fact, it's important to do that. When you give and give and give, you become depleted and you lose yourself.Mss François says that she is looking for a relationship and she says because she is so confident and can speak over anyone, she needs a strong man. LOLAnd be clear. She is not a "Relationship Expert" about finding you one. She is on how to let a bad one go. :)She also speaks to using time wisely! Time is the one thing you can't get back in your life.If laughter is the best medicine, Mss François is truly one of my great medicines. She just makes me laugh. And to find someone like that is a gem. Thank you dearly my friend!!Never lose yourself. For those looking to end a relationship, Mss François has the answer in her book Let That @#$%&! What a fun time with had with Mss Francois. Stomach hurting laughter. Patrice explains that her Mss stands for Multi-Talented and Super Sexy. :)Mss Francois shared her humor and spoke about her show that is about relationships. Mss Francois says every relationship is dysfunctional in some way. She also explained that people are too quick to break the vows. What would you do if you had an option to exit every 7 years? Yes, that was brought up too, which was interesting. Roy, being married 50 years, explains marriage is like a job. You have to work at it, to which Mss Francois did explain about the Disney Syndrome. Disney never spoke to what "happily ever after" was.Mss Francois spoke to infidelity, and that if you can't forgive it and get past it it's not worth staying. However, if you can, it's worth it as well. It's all about the person.Roy brought up trust, communication, and being open with a respect for the spouse's belongings (like his wife's purse) :), which is why his marriage lasted. Mss Francois then asked if he had available sons. LOLIf you want to laugh hearing about relationships, this is a must listen to!!Mss Francois' book Let That @#$%&! Man Go: 5 Plus Ways to Get Over a Break Up is available on Amazon or at https://www.mssfrancois.com/More about Mss Francois:Patrice Francois, MHRM,MBA, is a dynamic entertainer, speaker, producer, writer, author and game changing trendsetter that aims to inspire. This week we have as our guests none other than Paul Elam and Dean Esmay who will talk about the recent MHRA rally in Toronto over the weekend. This was an historic event that marked the first time MHRAs got together in public to express their views bringing the movement out of the digital medium and into the physical. Paul and Dean will be describing events from a personal prospective and we will discuss what this event means for the future of the MHRM. Also to be discussed is what this means for the opposition and how it will force them to change their strategies for countering the MHRM.
A Voice for Men Radio debuted on March 1, 2011 with Paul Elam sitting alone at the microphone. Two and a half years and well over a half-million downloads later, AVFM Radio is still going strong and has great promise for the future. James Huff has recently taken over radio operations with the intent to further widen our audience and to improve the quality of what we do. We are changing in the days ahead, as is the scope of the Men's Human Rights Movement. We are entering exciting times. Paul Elam will once again be flying solo for a special radio program this Monday, August 19 at 8:00 pm Central Time, where he will be discussing the past, present and future of the men's movement as well as aspects of his personal journey from writing a standalone blog to holding the rudder of the most visible men's rights entity in our age. You will hear his personal story of becoming an MHRA, to the early days with Men's News Daily -- to the growth of AVFM, with the participation of many, into a compelling force that is changing the dialogue on gender politics right in front of our eyes. Paul will be discussing his upcoming appearance on ABC News 20/20, the documentary that is being made about AVFM and the MHRM and the plan for growth into the future. He will also update you on the efforts with NCFM to foster men's issues groups in institutions of higher learning. Lastly, Paul will be presenting a detailed explanation of all of AVFMs strategies and techniques for stimulating public discourse on men's issues and why they are necessary. And he will be taking your calls to discuss how you can help and to offer your own ideas.
