Hello to my wonderful listeners across the globe, who are STILL listening! I love to log in and see downloads happening on select content of mine that is still relevant, still useful, and still more than just a way to pass the time. I put a lot of heart and soul into the shows you've consumed so far, and there's more to come. Yes, I definitely have some revamping to do on LadyfoxEntertainment.com. The renovation has been delayed. However, the foundation of the house has always been and continues to be very much intact. The foundation of the house is me and my idea to create this show. For those of you who don't know, I started producing and hosting podcasts back in 2013, long before it was a widespread trend and way-way before everyone and their mother had a podcast. So yeah, I've been doing this for 10 years. I was working for Altare Publishing at the time, where I recorded hundreds of shows across properties like Pandora's Box, Man Up, Attraction Code, and many others. That content helped the male subscribers gain confidence in dating and health and fitness, so I decided to take it one step further and offer helpful content across all areas of life, designed for everyone. Developed in late 2015 and launched in early 2016, my show Nothing Off Limits (TM) became my full time job. Just over one hundred completed shows later, a new life happened. Then a death happened. Life happened again. Then, more death. And you know what? My podcast was still happening all along, living and being actively downloaded on Apple and Spotify, feeding hungry audiophiles, then and all the way to this very day. And so, as I think about this special undertaking, I'd like to pay homage and reflect warmly on my favorite moments, my finest guests, and select excerpts from the shows that touched people the most - so far. These are the shows that I have received the most email or DM's on social about. These are the shows that have taught (and continue to teach) listeners something new. These are the shows that have helped listeners know that they aren't alone. These are the shows that have inspired and brought laughter to someone's day...or that gave them something to think about, care about, or do something about. These are the shows that continue to entertain. The following are my personally picked top shows and topics that represent the intentional variety and overall essence of Nothing Off Limits (TM), my original, independent podcast that has been online since 2016: H.G. Tudor - Self-proclaimed Psychopath on Spotting and Dealing With His Kind Toniwo - Infidelity Analyst and Author on Sidepieces and The Hierarchy of Whoredom Diego Meraviglia - Award-winning Sommelier On Why Wine is Better Than Beer Diandra Brand - Metaphysical Healer on Energy Vampires Rudy Sarzo - Whitesnake, Quiet Riot, and Ozzy bassist with Advice for Young Musicians Jessica J - Dirty Talk I thank you for listening and supporting Nothing Off Limits (TM). Until the renovation is complete, please direct any/all messages to michelleannowens@gmail.com or find me on social. Happy listening, learning and being entertained! With love, Michelle Ann Owens, Host and Creator of Nothing Off Limits (TM)
We don't know how exactly it happened- but it has. Armagh legend Francie Bellew agreed to sit down and take part in his first and only sit-down interview. In a wide ranging conversation we dig into being shy, how he was bundled into a car and brought to Armagh training and his memories of playing in Orange. He's not a fan of modern day football, he hasn't been back at Clones since he retired but his kids are opening the lid on football again. He reveals his toughest ever opponent, battles with Tyrone and how he was tricked! It's not all memories and smiles. The controversial Mickey Linden challenge is debated. Mayobridge played Crossmaglen in the Ulster club final in 2014 and Linden lost two front teeth. He was removed from the field after 14 minutes. Francie reveals they've never talked since. Maybe they will? Francie explains his cult status and although he struggles to understand it- he is aware it's a thing in GAA circles. Quick, witty and surprisingly frank. It's the GAA Social with All-Ireland winner Francie Bellew

Wendi Berger is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Nutrition Consultant, Personal Trainer, and Runner. Wendi's journey into health and fitness started 28 years ago after many years of working in the restaurant and catering business. In 1995, she graduated from The Desert Institute of Healing Arts in Tucson Arizona and received a Degree in massage therapy specializing in Sports/Deep Tissue Massage. She opened her own massage studio with the sole purpose of helping people heal their bodies through massage therapy. She soon realized that healing doesn't just happen…It's a process. This led her to personal Training. In 2005 she was certified through NCSF and started training clients and teaching them how to take ownership of their own health and wellbeing through hard work, discipline and consistency. It was amazing for her learn that our bodies can do incredible things if we are willing to put in the time and effort. She saw clients quickly see that they are much stronger and capable than they give themselves credit for.In 2013, she moved to Houston and established a new massage and training clientele. The first thing she did was join a gym and just by chance met some incredible women, all around her age who were triathletes. She had always been a gym rat but this was something entirely new and challenging. She decided that if they could make their bodies do what they were doing, then so could she. So she started training. She soon realized that all of the training in the world wasn't taking her anywhere without learning how to fuel her machine (body) correctly. So, she hired a nutritionist who changed her whole world! The more she learned, the more she wanted to share with others. She earned her nutrition certification through NAMS, and her new focus then became teaching people how to integrate good food and healthy habits into their daily lives. Not everyone is an athlete, or a gym rat. Whether a person is a Mother, Father, Student or C.E.O, everyone's primary goal is the same—to be healthy, fit and able to enjoy their time on this earth. With WBWellness it is not only her job but her mission to be a coach and support system without judgement or pressure. Her job is to help anyone looking for positive change to recognize their goal, reach for it and succeed.Life is short. In this special, final, holiday-inspired episode of 2016, Michelle bravely takes off her typically-neutral host hat and openly shares her personal (and sometimes prickly) musings about 2016, including: the exciting roller coaster of launching Nothing Off Limits podcast, how it's totally okay (and you're not alone) if you're not exactly jolly this year things she's learned this year (it's probably not what you expect), things she's grateful for (again, likely things you won't expect), and what to expect from NOL in 2017. Oh, and there's a call-to-action that will cost you zero dollars but would be an amazing gift to show your appreciation and support for the show. :) Share in the possibility of a laugh as 2016 comes to completion and Michelle flatly expresses how awesome that truly is! Thanks so much for listening these last 6 months - much more to come in 2017!! Happy/Merry whatever you celebrate!
