Hello to my wonderful listeners across the globe, who are STILL listening! I love to log in and see downloads happening on select content of mine that is still relevant, still useful, and still more than just a way to pass the time. I put a lot of heart and soul into the shows you've consumed so far, and there's more to come. Yes, I definitely have some revamping to do on LadyfoxEntertainment.com. The renovation has been delayed. However, the foundation of the house has always been and continues to be very much intact. The foundation of the house is me and my idea to create this show. For those of you who don't know, I started producing and hosting podcasts back in 2013, long before it was a widespread trend and way-way before everyone and their mother had a podcast. So yeah, I've been doing this for 10 years. I was working for Altare Publishing at the time, where I recorded hundreds of shows across properties like Pandora's Box, Man Up, Attraction Code, and many others. That content helped the male subscribers gain confidence in dating and health and fitness, so I decided to take it one step further and offer helpful content across all areas of life, designed for everyone. Developed in late 2015 and launched in early 2016, my show Nothing Off Limits (TM) became my full time job. Just over one hundred completed shows later, a new life happened. Then a death happened. Life happened again. Then, more death. And you know what? My podcast was still happening all along, living and being actively downloaded on Apple and Spotify, feeding hungry audiophiles, then and all the way to this very day. And so, as I think about this special undertaking, I'd like to pay homage and reflect warmly on my favorite moments, my finest guests, and select excerpts from the shows that touched people the most - so far. These are the shows that I have received the most email or DM's on social about. These are the shows that have taught (and continue to teach) listeners something new. These are the shows that have helped listeners know that they aren't alone. These are the shows that have inspired and brought laughter to someone's day...or that gave them something to think about, care about, or do something about. These are the shows that continue to entertain. The following are my personally picked top shows and topics that represent the intentional variety and overall essence of Nothing Off Limits (TM), my original, independent podcast that has been online since 2016: H.G. Tudor - Self-proclaimed Psychopath on Spotting and Dealing With His Kind Toniwo - Infidelity Analyst and Author on Sidepieces and The Hierarchy of Whoredom Diego Meraviglia - Award-winning Sommelier On Why Wine is Better Than Beer Diandra Brand - Metaphysical Healer on Energy Vampires Rudy Sarzo - Whitesnake, Quiet Riot, and Ozzy bassist with Advice for Young Musicians Jessica J - Dirty Talk I thank you for listening and supporting Nothing Off Limits (TM). Until the renovation is complete, please direct any/all messages to michelleannowens@gmail.com or find me on social. Happy listening, learning and being entertained! With love, Michelle Ann Owens, Host and Creator of Nothing Off Limits (TM)

Recently, someone I know asked me what my MBTI was. I honestly couldn't remember, as the last time I took the test, it was for a job. I retook the free online test – takes about 10 minutes only – and I found out I'm an ENFJ. (And so is Oprah, btw!) As I dug deeper into Meyers-Briggs, I realized I had seen it on some dating profiles too, and that led to me contacting today's guest, Daniel Speiss, to talk about MBTI's and how you can use them to improve your dating and relationship experiences. Daniel Speiss is a dating/relationship coach who focuses on intimacy and communication. With results based coaching and the use of MBTI's, he helps both singles and couples bring personal awareness and accountability to their world of romance. Kevin Hong is a successful entrepreneur who doesn't take the typical route to doing, well, pretty much anything. He grew his startup Dealflicks up to a $15M valuation out of the back of a van. Kevin's been featured in CNBC, Times, Forbes, NY Times, LA Times, Xinhua News (China), Korea Times, NDR (Germany) and countless other media outlets globally. His writing has also been featured in CNBC, Forbes, Inc, HuffPost, and many more. Most recently, Kevin became the best-selling author of The Outlier Approach: How to triumph in Your Career as a Nonconformist. If you're someone with very few credentials trying to break into a big business of any kind – whether it's Wall Street, Madison Avenue, Silicon Valley or Hollywood, this book is for you. And I'm sure this is no surprise, but being a nonconformist (especially in the business world) is an approach and attitude I dig. During our chat, Kevin shares how his childhood circumstances forced him to find alternative paths to success, including working for a network marketing company that quickly earned him $10K/month with 1500 people working under him - as a college student. Listen to get a few big ideas from the book to get you started on your own nonconformist career journey. For NOL listeners, we are offering a signed copy of the book to the first 10 people who respond to this episode via email. Send a brief note to michelle@ladyfoxentertainment.com mentioning that you heard Kevin's NOL episode, and include your mailing address. I'll let you know personally if you are one of the first 10. If don't hear from me, you're not, but you can still get the book on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077X3C2PV https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NyIUe9zRlnE&t=6s

Since I opened 2017 with an interview regarding health, I thought we'd open 2018 with a topic we all love - money. Today's guest is Megan Gorman, the Founding Partner of Chequers Financial Management, a boutique high net worth tax and financial planning firm. Chequers ensures that tax strategy serves as the cornerstone of the financial planning process (which is unusual in the industry, along with having a female founder.) In many cases, Chequers clients have come to the firm because of its reputation for strategy and premier client service. Chequers not only handles corporate clients, but also artists, athletes and more. Prior to founding Chequers Financial, Megan worked at Goldman Sachs and BNY Mellon Wealth Management, where she provided financial planning services to high net worth families, and also served in a fiduciary capacity on large family trusts. Megan's expertise has seen her quoted in publications from the Wall Street Journal to The Washington Post to CNN Money. For more info, go to www.chequersfinancial.com or visit her blog: www.thewealthintersection.com

Today we're talking about an upcoming documentary and social impact campaign covering a topic you probably wouldn't expect to be covered – motherhood. I never knew this myself, but mothers experience discrimination in the US, from deep-rooted assumptions about social or gender roles, for breastfeeding in public, and for not having a perfect body again after childbirth. Many women, particularly stay-at-home moms, become demoralized, feel alienated, and lose their personhood. They often lose their chance to return to their jobs. Often, people judge them immediately when they say they are a full-time mom, assuming that they aren't hard-working, that they aren't intelligent or that they aren't contributing members of society. Yet, they are molding society's greatest assets – the next generation. My guest is the wonderful Samantha Rife, the Director and Executive Producer of the documentary film “Reclaim Motherhood”. She will share with us her mission behind this film and the associated campaign which will target corporate HR departments as well as middle schools, high schools and universities. You will hear examples of the struggles that mothers often face at work, with the government, and in their communities. She also shares the importance of bridging the gap between people who choose to be parents and those who choose to be childless. Samantha is also the founder of SJR Research and for over 25 years, she has worked as a writer and researcher, and provided support for large and small projects in a wide variety of fields including History, Genealogy, Information Technology, Education, Writing/Editing, Film and Media, Communications, Marketing, Public Health/Social Services, managed Healthcare, Visual Arts, and much more. Samantha is a mother of 2 children – Joshua and Cassandra. She lives in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, with her husband Jamie. For more info about the documentary, or to contribute your personal donation to the production and campaign – even a few dollars will help this cause – visit reclaimmotherhood.com.

Do you ever feel drained or "off" after being around certain people? Do you suddenly feel depressed or agitated by someone, even when you were previously in a great mood? Then you could be in the midst of an energy vampire or the victim of a psychic attack. I experienced this myself quite recently and on separate occasions (both from a man and a woman - it's not gender-specific), and I sought out an expert to help me remove their unwelcome energetic leeching. I now want to share this amazing resource to help anyone listening to successfully heal from people who steal their energy as well. My wonderful guest is Diandra Brand, an intuitive metaphysical healer and the author of Enlightened Indigo Child, available at www.enlightenedindigochild.com and on Amazon. She is certified in an extensive number of alternative healing modalities and has integrated these with her clairvoyant abilities to create a highly developed intuitive metaphysical practice. Via communication with the angelic realm and Higher Self, she is able to focus in on her client's concerns, and channel guidance for their highest good. Her other abilities include channeling in energy for physical well being as well as serving as a medium for deceased loved ones. She is a successful telepathic communicator with pets and children who may be having challenging issues. Diandra is a native New Yorker and sees clients in person or long distance through phone or Skype. She also has a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture. In the show, Diandra shares important tips on how to know if you have an energy vampire around you, explains why you attract them in the first place, and provides important tips on how to protect yourself before seeing them - and how to reset yourself after you've been with them. www.diandrahealer.com www.EnlightenedIndigoChild.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pages/DiandraHealer Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/enlightenedindigochild/ Twitter: http://twitter.com/diandrahealer Blog: http://enlightenedindigochild.webs.com/apps/blog/

To celebrate my 100th episode, I wanted a very special guest. It didn't take long for me to decide who that would be, as I had mounds of people asking how soon I'd have a certain someone back on my show again. His first appearance was my highest downloaded episode ever, and probably the most informative. Author, blogger & self-described psychopath HG Tudor returns to dive deeper into what makes a narcissist tick, how Hoovers happen and the various types, why they triangulate, the fury of a narcissist, the narcissist's inability to feel love, which type of narcissist will carry out threats, sadistic streaks and much more. To purchase his books and/or contact HG for a personal consult, visit www.narcsite.com. Again, another episode chock full of valuable information. To eye-opening, useful content...and empowerment!

Today's show highlights a man who describes himself as: "I'm the Whitest Mexican you’ll ever meet, or I guarantee your money back!" He's hilarious and zany, and his name is Mark “Kid” Corona. Today I welcome a podcast colleague, friend, relationship advisor/coach and personal tarot interpreter Natalie Vartanian. After appearing on Natalie’s new podcast Taboo and Turn On, I wanted to return the favor and feature her as a guest on NOL. We threw around some possible topics to discuss, and we decided on a hot one for Natalie, i.e. owning your sexuality and giving yourself the freedom to explore it. Personally, exploring her sexuality has led her to polyamory, which she explains in the show. We discuss what it means to own your sexuality, some myths associated with expressing it (especially as a woman), why polyamory is good for some people but not for others, and a lot more. Natalie is a certified life coach, relationship expert, business strategist, writer, and speaker/teacher. Her mission is to inspire people to dream big and take the risks to have it all and live a turned on life. She has worked with women from across 5 continents to help them get the sex lives and the relationships they want, in addition to connecting to their passion work in the world and building business that make a difference in a way that feels fun, easy, and alive. Her work has been featured in elephant journal, YourTango, and Good Men Project. She is the host of the podcast, Taboo and Turn On, and previously co-hosted Sex the Podcast. Natalie is working on self publishing her first book about her sexual escapades and revolutions, slated to come out early 2018. You can get on the waiting list for her book’s release by going to www.sexmoneygodbook.com. To find out more about Natalie, go to www.thisturnedonlife.com. This week is all about dusting yourself off and getting right back up again, stronger than ever before, despite your circumstances. My guest is inspirational author Tristan Jackson, who reached out to me with the objective of coming on the show to share her messages of hope, rising up and dreaming the impossible. Speaking of which, her debut work is entitled “Dream the Impossible”, and it chronicles her life experiences and the key life-changing moments that helped her personally rise up. In the episode, we discuss the importance of having the chance and the choice to break the poverty and abuse cycle, and once you hear what Tristan was exposed to as a very young girl, you will be in awe of her choice to break free and to prove that anyone can thrive. She is currently touring with the book and using it as a platform to help shape the lives of youth and young adults everywhere. She makes me smile! For more information about Tristan and to view her other works, visit: tjinspires.com Also, connect with her under TJInspires on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, where she also features some of her fabulous cooking!
Today it's all about health, and the focus turns to the Blood Type Diet, the fascinating field of Epigenetics, generative medicine and more. I personally benefitted from trying the Blood Type Diet, which went from a 30-day experiment of changing my food choices to my now ongoing lifestyle. I absolutely love it. What's even more exciting is that I had no idea you could go much, much deeper with it, and literally shift your own DNA in order to avert disease that could be lurking in your genes. My guest, Dr. Tara Nayak, a naturopathic practitioner in Philadelphia, PA and I discuss. Dr. Tara Nayak grew up knowing she wanted to be a doctor but not agreeing with our healthcare system, including overprescribing and lack of connection in patient care. She went on to Temple University to get my bachelor's degree in Biology but chose to concentrate heavily on genetics. At this time she took some of the FIRST courses ever offered at her university in the fields of epigenetic, genomics, and proteomics. (That tells you how new the fields of epigenetic, nutrigenomics, etc. really are!) She graduated in 2009, taught high school science for 2 years, then went back to medical school at the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine. It was here that she met Dr. Peter D'Adamo and forced herself under his wing. She took his classes, did clinical rotations with him, externships at his clinic, and was eventually selected as his resident physician at the Center of Excellence in Generative Medicine. This is a clinic where all patients are treated based upon blood type with the addition of further parameters to establish personalization including body measurements, lab tests, and history taking of their health and current symptoms. Dr. Tara has continued to work with Dr. D'Adamo to learn and contribute to his latest developed tools in personalized medicine: 1. "Opus 23" which allows doctors to evaluate specific genes to assess patient risk and determine the best plan of action in terms of diet, nutrients, herbs, etc. and, 2. "Utopia" a micro biome analysis program that analyzes gut bacteria trends and guides dietary/supplementation decision to promote healthy gut flora. Dr. Tara contributes to editing and mining data for the program as well as participate in teaching other health care practitioners how to use this software in their practice. The two doctors have also collaborated on teaching doctoral level courses including "Nutritional Genomics and Epigenetics" and "Generative Medicine" Dr. Tara has a private practice in Philadelphia, PA and teaches at the University of Bridgeport's College of Naturopathic Medicine as well as Maryland University of Integrative Health's Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition Program. I'm delighted to have the wonderful Sharon Chatten on the show this week. A special thank you to Terry Berland for connecting us! In this show, we discuss what method acting is, why it is so misunderstood, what good acting actually is, how this type of training can help anyone, even non-actors, and why Sharon is deeply passionate about passing on the legacy. About Sharon: Since 1980, Sharon has been teaching ongoing acting classes and working extensively as a private coach in Los Angeles and New York. Before committing full-time to teaching, Sharon had leading roles as an actress since she was 8 years old in hundreds of plays, television series and films. Sharon was made a lifetime member of The Actors Studio in 1975 and a lifetime member of Ensemble Studio Theatre in 1980. Under the personal invitation of Robert Redford, she participated in the founding two seasons of the Sundance Film Institute as a Resource Artist acting in numerous films by new filmmakers including playing Yolandia in the film Yolandia opposite Robert Duvall. She has taught at Yale University (Fine Artists), Stanford University (Graduate School of Business), and the USC School of Cinema. She’s lectured at UC Santa Barbara (Film Department, and has been a guest on numerous panels including those for SAG and AFTRA. Sharon has had the honor and delight of working alongside master talents: Lee Strasberg, Stella Adler, Uta Hagen, Robert Redford, Robert Duvall, and Al Pacino, just to name a few. Some of her students include celeb talents Jim Carrey, Cameron Diaz, Matt Dillon, James Gandolfini, Charlie Hunnam, Will Smith, Ben Stiller, and even Justin Bieber. Remember Full Metal Jacket? Well, you're going to find out why Vincent D'Onofrio, who played Private Leonard Lawrence in that film is a particularly amazing Method actor, and why he still uses this technique today...the same technique that's he been practicing with Sharon for over 20 years. In the past, I’ve covered the topic of narcissism with psychologists or narc survivors, i.e. empaths or victims, however this episode shares extremely powerful information from the perspective of a highly self-aware narcissistic psychopath himself. His pseudonym is HG Tudor, and he writes extensively about his situation and mindset to enable people to understand how he and his kind think, behave and operate. Through this, he dispels myths about his kind, unlocks many of the secrets, and enables readers or listeners to understand, counter and escape the clutches of their personal narcissists. He conveys this unique perspective through ‘Knowing the Narcissist’, a blog which has attracted 5.6 million hits in under two years, and through similar platforms, including Facebook and YouTube. HG also has an extensive catalogue of books which address varying aspects of the narcissistic dynamic. HG’s desire is to weaponize empaths on a global scale, and he’s already helped thousands and thousands become empowered with information you can’t get anywhere else. Please visit his blog at www.narcsite.com, his YouTube channel ‘Knowing the Narcissist’ and his collection of books on Amazon. We discuss the varying levels of narcissism and the categories, the sources of fuel they seek, the typical pattern of a narcissistic relationship, how narcissists are created, why they target empaths, why empaths continuously get sucked back into a relationship with a narcissist, how narcissism sometimes plays out between siblings, whether or not a narcissist can change, and much, much more. I encourage you to find a quiet spot to really listen and focus on what HG shares. There is a TON of very useful information that you won’t want to miss. This episode will help you with family, friends, work colleagues and your romantic relationships. If you need additional assistance, I encourage you to consult with HG. Enjoy.
Today's NOL guest is Toniwo, an infidelity analyst and author specializing in complex relationship issues. She's written the books THAT'S WHAT YOU GET FOR RUNNING WITH SCISSORS and DISCORDIA, and her latest release is THE SIDEPIECE HANDBOOK, which we focus on in this episode. Toniwo takes a different angle than most infidelity experts, as she refuses to allow the cheating culprits to play the victim. Instead, she makes them fully of the consequences of their actions, and she does this in a fun, sarcastic and openly opinionated fashion that's cultivated her a mass following, and generates controversial debates wherever she goes. Toniwo has been featured as a regular contributor on the Shay-Renae and Friends Radio Show, as a guest on The Tyra Banks Show and has been featured on many other tv shows, radio shows and in several national publications. Her upcoming vlog, The Sidepiece Matters!, will be seen on The Gold Digging Standard Channel on YouTube, delivering strong commentary on all SidePiece news. Follow Toniwo on Twitter @sidepiecehb, on Instagram @sidepiece_handbook and on Facebook at Facebook.com/TheSidePieceHandbook. And don't forget about her websites, which are toniwo.com and sidepiecehandbook.com. This woman is awesome! Enjoy this lively episode where we openly dish about nasty two-timers!!
