Going to the bathroom at a certain,  grabbing our morning cup of  joe ,  getting  our  clothing prepared for work,  going to church on any given  sunday,  going to  bible  study or other such community events as a fellowship and  commune of like minded people and learning each others  ways as a united community or unity based community. In that is a ritual or routine of practiced shared beliefs or systems. With that we must begin to normalize the word ritual and  success and meld the two together as a framework of how to reach our purpose.

With that being said alot of people need to  re-evaluate  how your moving out here in this world  and  there is a thing called  Karma it  always comes back on you or your children , be careful what you say and do. You can laugh now and cry later in  some instances. I wouldnt want to be on the recieving end of crying later. Thats  why its important to be mindful. present and aware .
