A production from Empowering Pumps & Equipment as the voice of the pump and related equipment industries.
The Empowering Industry Podcast, a production of Empowering Pumps & Equipment, is a podcast that truly lives up to its namesake. Led by hosts Charli, Bethany, and Michelle, this podcast goes beyond just talking about leading, empowering, and inspiring in the industry - they actually do it. Each week, I eagerly look forward to listening to this podcast as Charli and Bethany bring their fun, knowledgeable, and genuine personalities to the table. They are true pros in the industry and it shows through their interviews with top subject matter experts. Through this podcast, I have learned so much about new ways to use social media for business purposes. It's truly an awesome experience!
One of the best aspects of The Empowering Industry Podcast is the expertise that Charli and Bethany bring to every episode. They have clearly done their research and are well-versed in the topics being discussed. This level of knowledge allows them to ask insightful questions and engage in meaningful conversations with their guests. Additionally, the variety of subject matter experts that they bring onto the show ensures that there is always something new and interesting to learn.
Another great aspect of this podcast is its ability to keep listeners connected to the industry. As someone who works in the industrial sector, I appreciate being able to stay up-to-date on relevant news and trends. The Empowering Industry Podcast does a fantastic job of providing valuable information and insights that can be translated across industries.
If I had to point out one potential downside of this podcast, it would be that sometimes the episodes can feel a bit repetitive. While each episode brings something new and unique, there are certain recurring themes or topics that can start to feel familiar after a while. However, this is only a minor complaint and does not take away from the overall quality of the podcast.
In conclusion, The Empowering Industry Podcast is an exceptional podcast that combines entertainment with education. Charli and Bethany are invested, fun, and tuned into the industry, making each episode a joy to listen to. The interviews with industry experts and the valuable insights provided make this podcast a must-listen for anyone in the industrial sector. I am grateful for the information and knowledge that this podcast provides, and I highly recommend it to others in the industry. Keep up the great work!

Welcome to 2025! Charli is kicking off a new year of The Empowering Industry Podcast with Inventor Natalia Galin!Natalia Galin is an engineer and scientist with a strong foundation in mathematics and physics. She has been working as an Engineer at Galin Engine since September 2020, where she has been involved in improving the fuel efficiency of internal combustion engines through a redesign that removes the main sources of friction in existing engines. The proposed design is based on a swing piston engine, which has clear advantages over the current design as it has no requirement for valves or camshaft, and has direct rotational motion creation. The patented design uses electrical machines to provide coordinated rotation of the pistons, aiming to create a cheaper, simpler, more fuel-efficient internal combustion engine.Natalia holds a PhD in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Tasmania, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from University of New South Wales. Her PhD dissertation is titled "Development of 2-8 GHz FMCW radar for helicopter borne estimation of snow over sea ice in Antarctica."Natalia has published several research papers and holds patents for her work. Some links to how people can reach me:- LinkedIn- Website (pump specific)Find us @EmpoweringPumps on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter and using the hashtag #EmpoweringIndustryPodcast or via email podcast@empoweringpumps.com
