This week's episode features comedian Mark Gregory. Mark is the nephew of comedic legend and civil rights activist, satirist, and author, Dick Gregory, who inspired younger comedians such as Richard Pryor and Eddie Murphy. Mark was set to perform in the Capitol theatre as part of our CapComedy series, until quarantine hit and his show was canceled. When it is safe to do so we certainly hope to have Mark take to our stage! Brent Gregory is a York, PA native, music teacher at York Academy Charter School, and musician who has toured and played with several notable bands including Bustle & Bump, Younger Me, The Art of Abandonment, and more. While working on the road, Rich travels with both his dog Jasper and the Baby Kitty, so to say he is a pet lover is quite the understatement. Keep your ears peeled! ––––––––––––––––––––  The Wood Brothers, formed in the mid-2000’s, is an American folk band consisting of brothers Chris and Oliver Wood, as well as multi-instrumentalist Jano Rix. They originally signed to Blue Note Records where they recorded their first album, Ways Not to Lose. Now for their sixth outing, the Wood Brothers took a looser approach to recording, working slowly at a number of different studios and experimenting a bit more with their formula. The resulting One Drop of Truth was released in early 2018.

In 2015, Preacher won the title of Funniest Comedian in Florida. He was also crowned the winner of the Seattle International Comedy Competition in 2016. Preacher made his TV debut in 2017 on NBC's "Last Call with Carson Daly" and also appeared on Comedy Dynamic's "Coming To The Stage." He is based in Los Angeles and currently headlines at major comedy clubs, colleges, and theaters throughout the country.

Their newest album, Walk Into A Storm, was released by Sony Music Masterworks.
