In today's interview, Nathaniel shares the story of his own experience with trauma and the profound experience he had through meditation and therapy that helped him to move forward. After running a 5 mile race this weekend and having an intense conversation with her therapist, Shannon is fully invested in believing in herself in 2022. Why? Because she wants to get back to her childlike fun life living self she once was! Remember when you were a kid and would say “I want to be a pop-star” on Monday but said “I want to be a scientist” on Tuesday? Wasn't that fun? Wasn't that great believing in ourselves so much that every single day we thought we could be something new? As adults, we become a bit too much of realists and put too many limitations on ourselves. No more of that! Shannon is encouraging you to use your affirmations, visualizations, and self talk, to build your confidence (A.K.A your belief in yourself!) Reflecting on how much community helped Shannon in her race this weekend, she encourages you to support those in your community as well with believing in themselves.
