Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins me to discuss the results of the updated Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") for its 100%-owned Tonopah West Project, located in West-Central Nevada, United States. We also delve into the updated Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE”) that was prepared by RESPEC in accordance with the CIM Definition Standards and NI 43-101, with an effective date of January 4, 2026. The Tonopah West Project is located in one of the largest historic silver districts in North America, located on private land in Nye and Esmeralda counties, Nevada, United States. Highlights of the Tonopah West PE (Ounces are troy; all tonnes metric) Disciplined Base Case Economics: Secured with a conservative long-term silver ("Ag") price of US$31 per ounce and a gold ("Au") price of US$2,700 per ounce, the Project shows robust, after-tax net present value, discounted at 5% ("NPV5%"), of $437-million, and an after-tax internal rate of return ("IRR") of 28% over an 11.2-year life of mine ("LOM") -- ensuring operational resilience through a wide range of metal price cycles; Exceptional Leverage to upside metal prices: Assessed at the 1-year analyst consensus forecast for gold and silver prices (US$66.90/oz Ag and US$4,554/oz Au), the Project delivers US$1.55B after-tax NPV5%, a 79% IRR, and a 1.4-year payback; Low Initial Capital: Calculated initial capital cost of US$190-million (including US$25-million contingency) with a base case payback period of 3.5 years; Increased Payable Metal: Enhanced mine plan delivers 89.6 million silver equivalent ("AgEq") ounces, which equates to 79.6 million payable AgEq ounces -- a 14% increase in payable silver and 17% increase in payable gold as compared to the previous preliminary economic assessment on Tonopah West, dated effective September 4, 2024 with a US$778-million after-tax LOM cash flow. Excellent Metallurgical Recoveries: Realized average recoveries of 91.6% for silver and 96.3% for gold from a 3-stage crushing circuit and processing plant; Unique location and infrastructure: Located on patented mineral claims (private land) adjacent to the town of Tonopah, Nevada, the Project benefits from its location, unprecedented infrastructure and profits from a stream-lined permitting process with only State and County agencies as stakeholders. The MRE encompasses the spatial areas known as Victor, DPB North, DPB South, Northwest Step Out, and the East Extension areas. The Victor area is approximately 700-metres by 350-metres while the DPB area is 700-metres by 1,100-metres. NW Step Out represents a new extension of the vein zones to west-northwest. The East Extension is an area between the DPB South area and the eastern edge of the property. The spatial areas are not considered to be significantly different geologically but have been separated for logistical purposes in future mining scenarios. Increased Indicated AgEq Ounces: Improved indicated category mineral resource estimate comprising 2.75 million tonnes grading 454 grams per tonne ("g/t") AgEq totaling 40.2 million ounces of AgEq (216.8 g/t Ag and 2.25 g/t Au for 19.2 million ounces of silver and 199,000 ounces of gold respectively) - a 90% increase over the previous mineral resource estimate on Tonopah West dated effective August 25, 2025; Large Resource with Upside Potential: Increased inferred mineral resource with 5.54 million tonnes grading 466 g/t AgEq for 83 million ounces of silver equivalent (188.5 g/t Ag and 2.62 g/t Au totaling 33.6 million ounces of silver and 467,000 ounces of gold) in an inferred mineral resource category. The vein system is open to the east, northwest and at depth; Low-cost Geometry: Used a minimum mining width of three metres (3m), and Long Hole Stoping (cheaper costs) accounts for 88% of the tonnes mined while Cut and Fill mining accounts for 12% of the tonnes; Fully-financed 17,000 metre two-phased expansion drill program commenced in February with up to 800 metre step-outs along strike NW Expansion (10 drillholes): Targeting expansion opportunities along strike of the DPBS North zone to the east and northwest with step-out holes up to 800m along strike planned Eastern Expansion (20 drillholes): The Eastern Expansion Program will follow up on the shallow, high-grade, and thick zones of silver and gold in each of the recognized structures identified in 2025. Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins us to discuss the final set of diamond core drill assays, from this year's exploration program, stepping out into the Eastern Expansion area at their 100% owned Tonopah West project located in West-Central Nevada, United States. The Eastern Expansion Program was a follow-up to the Company's reverse-circulation scout drill program at Tonopah West completed in February 2025, which showed significant potential to expand the DPB South resource area 1,200 metres in an easterly direction. EASTERN EXPANSION PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: At least three mineralized northwest oriented structures have been identified within the 1.2 kilometre eastern expansion trend running parallel to the Pittsburg-Monarch fault that suggest a series of footwall fault splays as opposed to a singular east-west structure; TXC25-173 cut 0.92 metres of 2,122.7 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq) (1,162 g/t silver (Ag) & 8.79 g/t gold (Au)) from 220.9 metres, and a separate zone of 1.04 metres grading 534.8 g/t AgEq (189.8 g/t Ag & 3.16 g/t Au) from 215.5 metres; TXC25-178 drilled 6.4 metres of 296.6 g/t AgEq (135.7 g/t Ag & 1.47 g/t Au), including 0.46 metres of 3,853 g/t AgEq (1,771 g/t Ag & 19.06 g/t Au) from 183.8 metres in a north-south oriented structure within the M&I Conversion Area at DPB South; and Results from the Company's drill program targeting expansion potential across a one kilometre trend of vein corridor between the DPB and Northwest Step Out resource areas and the Eastern Expansion Program will be incorporated into an updated mineral resource estimate and preliminary economic assessment on Tonopah West estimated to be completed in February 2026. Andrew reiterates that the silver and gold mineralization at Tonopah West remains open to the northwest, east and internally between the main bodies of mineralization, as well as at depth. He also highlights how this new understanding of the North-South orientation to mineralization in the Eastern Expansion area that will inform next year's follow up drilling. We also discuss how with more drilling this area could be important earlier on in the mining development sequencing. As it stands today, before all this expansion drilling gets included, the updated MRE released in September, based on just the M&I conversion drilling, contains a total of 0.107 million ounces (“Mozs”) of gold (“Au”) and 9.5Mozs of silver (“Ag”), or 21.1Mozs of silver equivalent (“AgEq”) of indicated mineral resources, and 0.47 Mozs of Au and 35.5Mozs of Ag, or 86.88Mozs of AgEq of inferred mineral resources. We discussed that this Tonopah West Project really works even at far lower silver and gold prices due to the very high-grade nature of the deposit, and has excellent torque to rising metals prices. At a 180 grams per tonne (“g/t”) AgEq cutoff, the average block-diluted grade of the indicated mineral resources is 493 g/t AgEq and the average block-diluted grade of the inferred mineral resources is 525.9 g/t AgEq. This actually keeps the proposed head grade at much higher levels than other peer development projects, once the economics and stope optimization process is factored in. The Company is engaged in many derisking and development activities from hydrology and geotechnical drilling, to permitting, engineering, metallurgical studies, and this will all be factored into the updated Preliminary Economic Assessment due out in February of 2026. Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins me to discuss the first set of diamond core drill assays stepping out in the Eastern Expansion drill program, at their 100% owned Tonopah West project located in West-Central Nevada, United States. The Eastern Expansion Program was a follow-up to the Company's reverse-circulation scout drill program at Tonopah West completed in February 2025, which showed significant potential to expand the DPB South resource area 1,200 metres in an easterly direction. EASTERN EXPANSION PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: TXC25-166 cut 5.03 metres grading 750 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq) (306.8 g/t silver (Ag) & 4.06 g/t gold (Au)) from 165.2 metres, including 1.83 metres grading 1,661 g/t AgEq (724 g/t Ag & 8.58 g/t Au); TXC25-159 drilled 8.75 metres grading 193 g/t AgEq (90.3 g/t Ag & 0.94 g/t Au) from 234.1 metres, including 0.82 metres grading 1,217 g/t AgEq (567.7 g/t Ag & 5.95 g/t Au); TXC25-164 intercepted 5.67 metres of 263 g/t AgEq (3.6 g/t Ag & 2.38 g/t Au) from 180.0 metres, including 1.1 metres grading 955 g/t AgEq (9.2 g/t Ag & 8.67 g/t Au); There are still 13 more drill assays pending from this area to be released by year end. We discuss how all this new step-out drilling at the Eastern Expansion area, off DPB South towards the Ohio mine area, will then be combined with the expansion drilling completed earlier in the year at the Northwest (NW) Step Out resource area, and feed into the upcoming expanded resource estimate and updated PEA in Q1 2026. Andrew reiterates that the silver and gold mineralization at Tonopah West remains open to the northwest, east and internally between the main bodies of mineralization, as well as at depth. As it stands today, before all the expansion drilling gets included, the updated MRE released in September, based on the M&I conversion drilling, contains a total of 0.107 million ounces (“Mozs”) of gold (“Au”) and 9.5Mozs of silver (“Ag”), or 21.1Mozs of silver equivalent (“AgEq”) of indicated mineral resources, and 0.47 Mozs of Au and 35.5Mozs of Ag, or 86.88Mozs of AgEq of inferred mineral resources. Andrew explains how they decided to report their resources much more conservatively than most other companies, using these block-diluted grade resource models. This actually keeps the proposed head grade at much higher levels than other peer development projects, once the economics and stope optimization process is factored in. The Company is engaged in many derisking activities from hydrology and geotechnical drilling, to permitting, engineering, metallurgical studies, and this will all be factored into the updated Preliminary Economic Assessment in early 2026. Recorded on September 30th: Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins me to discuss the updated mineral resource estimate, based on only the M&I conversion drilling for its 100% owned Tonopah West project located in West-Central Nevada, United States. We then get into all the expansion drilling that has just been completed, with many assays still pending, that will be building towards the upcoming expanded resource estimate in Q1 2026, and then followed by an updated PEA. HIGHLIGHTS: The Updated MRE contains a total of 0.107 million ounces ("Mozs") of gold ("Au") and 9.5Mozs of silver ("Ag"), or 21.1Mozs of silver equivalent ("AgEq") of indicated mineral resources, and 0.47 Mozs of Au and 35.5Mozs of Ag, or 86.88Mozs of AgEq of inferred mineral resources. Indicated mineral resources were not previously included in the mineral resource estimate for Tonopah West effective August 25, 2024, highlighting how Blackrock's recent in-fill drilling program (the "M&I Conversion Program") at Tonopah West which commenced in mid-July 2024 has confirmed previous inferred mineral resource estimates and improved geologic confidence in the mineral resource estimate on the Project. At a 180 grams per tonne ("g/t") AgEq cutoff, the average block-diluted grade of the indicated mineral resources is 493 g/t AgEq and the average block-diluted grade of the inferred mineral resources is 525.9 g/t AgEq. The Updated MRE includes 83 new drillholes completed in 2024-2025 and is based on a refined geologic model which was updated to reflect the new drilling and added more detail to the spatial distribution of mineralized veins. Silver and gold mineralization at Tonopah West remains open to the northwest, east and internally between the main bodies of mineralization, and at depth. We then shifted over to the additional resource expansion exploration program at Tonopah West, where drilling commenced in September 2024, and targeted expansion potential along a one-kilometer northwest trend between the Denver-Paymaster and Bermuda-Merten vein groups (“DPB”) south resource area and the Northwest (NW) Step Out resource area. There will be a second expanded resource update in Q1 next year that incorporates all the expansion drilling towards the NorthWest Step Out, and the Eastern Expansion area off DPB South towards the Ohio mine area. After that resource has been released, then all of that data, combined with recent hydrology work, permitting work, and other derisking will be factored into an updated PEA next year. We wrap up discussing the financial health of the company due to the early exercise of warrants, bringing in around $5Million dollars into the company's treasury. Now that the market has seen the continuity of the mineralization holding together better than many had modeled in the recent M&I resource estimate update, in conjunction with the anticipation of how higher silver and gold prices will positively impact the economics of the project, more warrants are being exercised early to position for the coming catalysts on tap over the next 2 quarters. If you have any follow up questions for Andrew regarding Blackrock Silver, then please email them into me at Shad@kereport.com. Is Silver Performing Better Against Gold Than You Realized? For the past year, one of the most commonly asked question in the precious metals world has been, 'when's silver going to catch up with gold?' Yet despite how gold has been setting new all-time record highs, you may be surprised to see how gold and silver have actually performed relative to each other over the rally of the past 18 months. Andrew Pollard of Blackrock Silver also explains why the supply and demand imbalance in silver isn't going to be easy to resolve. Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins me to discuss the final set of assay results released from its Resource Expansion Program showing significant width and high-grade silver and gold drill intercepts in step-out drilling at its 100% owned Tonopah West Project in Nevada, United States. Blackrock's resource expansion program at Tonopah West, which commenced in September 2024, consisted of 18 drillholes totalling 10,802 meters (35,438 feet) of drilling, targeted expansion potential along a one-kilometer northwest trend between the Denver-Paymaster and Bermuda-Merten vein groups ("DPB") south resource area and the Northwest (NW) Step Out resource area. HIGHLIGHTS: TXC25-144 cut 10.12 metres grading 467 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq) (283 g/t silver (Ag) & 2 g/t gold (Au)), including 3.51 metres of 1,020 g/t AgEq (620 g/t Ag & 4.43 g/t Au); TXC25-145 encountered multiple zones of high-grade mineralization which included 0.67 metres of 3,264 g/t AgEq (2,008 g/t Ag & 13.93 g/t Au) within 11.58 metres grading 327 g/t AgEq (186 g/t Ag & 1.56 g/t Au) and 2.32 metres grading 401 g/t AgEq (242 g/t Ag & 1.76 g/t Au); TXC25-153 drilled 0.7 metres of 724 g/t AgEq (437 g/t Ag & 3.18 g/t Au) within 5.73 metres of 156 g/t AgEq (96 g/t Ag & 0.67 g/t Au); Step-out drilling has established continuity of high-grade gold & silver mineralization over significant widths that runs 500 metres along drill-defined strike from the existing DPB resource shell to the northwest; and Targeting is now underway to bridge mineralization on remaining 500 metres of vein corridor to NW Step Out resource area. We review that in addition to higher confidence ounces, where there is now tighter drill spacing and ounces are going to be moving into the measured and indicated categories from inferred, that the resources will be growing in size, raising the overall high-grade deposit to even higher average grades, and there is more up-dip mineralization that will be factoring into the early year economics of the Project. These various data points will be incorporated into the upcoming updated resource estimate incorporating the M&I drilling due out by September, and then there will be a second resource update early next year that incorporates all the expansion drilling towards the NorthWest Step Out, and the Eastern Expansion area off DPB South towards the Ohio mine area. After both resources have been released, then all of that data, combined with recent hydrology work, permitting work, and other derisking will be factored into an updated PEA. We wrap up discussing the larger vision to get permitted to go underground and start working a trial mining study, where the bulk sample should be sizeable, and will verify assumptions on geology, ground conditions, recovery rates, and will be a payable event from the processed mineralized material. These various catalysts are all opportunities for the company to rerate higher, in addition to just rerating more in alignment with the metrics the handful of other high-grade silver peers are receiving at present. If you have any follow up questions for Andrew regarding Blackrock Silver, then please email them into me at Shad@kereport.com. HIGHLIGHTS: TXC25-139 cut 9.05 metres grading 367 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq) (182.8 g/t silver (Ag) & 2.04 g/t gold (Au)) from 187.5 metres, including 0.82 metres grading 2,886 g/t AgEq (1,411 g/t Ag & 16.13 g/t Au), Ag/Au ratio 90:1; TXC25-150 drilled 2.84 metres grading 671.5 AgEq (367 g/t Ag & 3.41 g/t Au) from 162.3 metres, including 0.76 metres grading 1,554 g/t AgEq ( 819 g/t Ag & 8.14 g/t Au); TXC25-146 intercepted 1.16 metres of 1,111 g/t AgEq (615 g/t Ag & 5.50 g/t Au) from 189.5 metres; Results from the entirety of the M&I Conversion Program have validated the geologic model, successfully establishing continuity of the high-grade shoots bearing robust geometry over 350 metres. The shoots remain open to the Northwest and downdip; Significant new zones of near-surface mineralization were encountered during the M&I Conversion Program at higher-than-average grades up-dip from the existing resource shell; Modelling of the M&I Conversion Program drillholes is now underway with an updated mineral resource estimate on Tonopah West on track for Q3, 2025; and Assay results for 7 drillholes from the Company's Northwest step out resource expansion area are currently pending. These various data points will be incorporated into the upcoming updated resource estimate due out by September, and will be answering some of the unanswered questions, with a high probability of facilitating a rerating in the valuation of the Tonopah West Project. Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins me to discuss some of the recent high-grade silver and gold assays returned from the next batch of 9 holes from the ongoing M&I Conversion drill program on its 100% owned Tonopah West project in Nevada, United States. We start off reviewing the headline drill hole# TXC25-138 which returned multiple broad zones of high-grade silver and gold mineralization including: 4.24 metres grading 700 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq) (Ag/Au ratio 90:1) (378.5 g/t silver (Ag) and 3.57 g/t gold (Au)) from 230 metres down hole, including 0.31 metres grading 3,182 g/t AgEq (1,805.0 g/t Ag and 15.27 g/t Au). This hole also included 5.18 metres grading 556 gt/ AgEq (328.2 g/t Ag and 2.53 g/t Au) from 236.68 metres, which included intervals of 3,340 g/t AgEq (1,987 g/t Ag and15.0 g/t Au) over 0.31 metres and 1,714 g/t AgEq (1,037.0 g/t Ag and 7.51 g/t Au) over 0.61 metres respectively. We discussed that goals of this drill program have been 2-fold: converting resources from inferred to measured and indicated, and improving the continuity of mineralization, and raising the overall grade profile of the deposit there is also a fair amount of expansion drilling underway expanding resources There are still 10 drillholes with pending assays from the M&I Conversion Program, and and additional 7 more drillholes that are pending assays from the Resource Expansion program. Modelling of the M&I Conversion Program drillholes is now underway, with an updated mineral resource estimate on track for Q3, 2025, likely in September. Andrew reviews that company is also drilling holes for hydrology studies and advancing the permitting progress on this patented land in Nevada. Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins me to discuss some of the recent high-grade silver and gold assays returned from the reverse circulation Scout Drilling Program completed on the southeastern side of the DPB M&I Conversion area on its 100% owned Tonopah West project located in Nye and Esmeralda Counties, Nevada, United States. We start off reviewing all the exploration work completed in last year's phase of the program with the 20,000 meters of M&I conversion drilling, and then focused on the additional 15,000 meters of drilling that has been added to this phase of the program. In tandem with improving the continuity of mineralization, and converting resources from inferred to measured and indicated, there is also a fair amount of expansion drilling underway. Andrew outlined that the assays from their reverse circulation scout drill program have returned significant gold & silver values in 7 drillholes that have successfully expanded the footprint of mineralization up to 1,200 meters to the east of the existing DPB resource toward the historic Ohio mine. These intercepts cover a new zone of mineralization not included in the 2024 resource that may impact the upcoming DPB South resource update (Q3, 2025); Hole TW25-128 returned 9.6 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 1,198 g/t silver over 1.52-metres (2,063 g/t silver equivalent (AgEq)) from 292 meters in the Ohio area; Hole TW25-133 returned multiple thick zones of mineralization including 10.46 g/t gold and 10.6 g/t silver over 4.57-metres (952 g/t AgEq) including 1.52 meters grading 21.45 g/t gold and 15.7 g/t silver (1,948 g/t AgEq) from 309 meters Next we reviewed the rising grade profile and shallow nature of some of the new mineralized zones that have been tested in the Measured and Indicated portion of the drill program from late last year and slated to complete next month. Results continue to exceed expectations at the Merten-Bermuda vein group in the DPB South area, confirming high-grade silver and gold connects across significant length at higher-than-average grades. These results should positively impact the front end of the mine plan by adding higher confidence, higher grade mineralization at more shallow depths, and will be featured in the M&I resource update due out in September of Q3. The expansion drill results will keep being released through this year to be able to update that portion with a second resource update slated for Q1 2026, and then an updated PEA incorporating all that data is planned for Q2 of 2026. We wrap up discussing the permitting progress underway on this patented land in Nevada, and how the new executive order from the Trump administration could positively affect the funding and development process for the Tonopah West Project. Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins us to review some of the recent high-grade silver and gold assays returned from both the Measured & Indicated drilling as well as the expansion drilling from the ongoing exploration program at their 100% controlled Tonopah West Project, in Nevada. We start off reviewing some of the recent multiple +1 kg/t AgEq intercepts in the first assays from the resource expansion program at Tonopah West, stepping out 500km of strike to test and start to connect the areas between DPB and the Northwest Extension. 15,000 meters of more drilling have been added to this phase of the program, which as already seen 20,000 meters completed last year. RESOURCE EXPANSION PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: TXC25-123 returned assays up to 23.47 g/t Au and 2,223 g/t Ag for 4,335 g/t AgEq over 0.31 metres within a 3.05 metre zone grading 225 g/t Ag and 2.41 g/t Au for 442 g/t AgEq; TXC24-113 yielded 7.14 g/t Au and 614 g/t Ag for 1,257 g/t AgEq over 0.31 metres, and 1.68 metres of 364 g/t Ag and 0.03 g/t Au for 367 g/t AgEq; TXC25-124 returned 8.06 metres grading 1.23 g/t Au and 122 g/t Ag for 233 g/t AgEq, including 0.76 metres of 779 g/t Ag and 7.85 g/t Au for 1,486 g/t AgEq; Andrew outlined that the NW Step Out target shows potential to add an additional 30 to 50% of new resource to Tonopah West, allowing for the capture and inclusion of the NW resource (1.0M tonnes containing an inferred 6.4M ozs Ag and 63k ozs Au or 12.1M ozs AgEq) into a future updated preliminary economic assessment on Tonopah West; and resource update. There are 7 additional core holes planned to reduce the spacing to 50-metre drill centers along a 450 meter portion of the trend. Next we reviewed the rising grade profile and shallow nature of some of the new mineralized zones that have been tested in the Measured and Indicated portion of the drill program from late last year and slated to complete next month. Results continue to exceed expectations at the Merten-Bermuda vein group in the DPB South area, confirming high-grade silver and gold connects across significant length at higher-than-average grades. These results should positively impact the front end of the mine plan by adding higher confidence, higher grade mineralization at more shallow depths, and will be featured in the M&I resource update due out in Q3. There are still about 17 drill assays pending at the lab to be released over the next couple months. The expansion drill results will keep being released through this year to be able to update that portion of the resource in Q1 2026, and then an updated PEA incorporating all that data is planned for Q2 of 2026. We wrap up discussing the permitting progress underway on this patented land in Nevada, and how the company has a study underway to break ground on an underground exploration decline in 2027, as well as complete test mining and extract a bulk sample from the shallowest and highest-grade stopes from the Bermuda-Merten vein group (collectively, "DPB South") at an average undiluted grade of 981 g/t silver equivalent (AgEq).* If you have any follow up questions for Andrew regarding Blackrock Silver, then please email them into us at Fleck@kereport.com or Shad@kereport.com. *In full disclosure, Shad is shareholder of Blackrock Silver at the time of this recording. Andrew Pollard, President and CEO of Blackrock Silver (TSX.V:BRC – OTCQX:BKRRF), joins me to outline the key Company initiatives from 2024, that will lead into next year's growth catalysts on the 100% controlled Tonopah West Project, in Nevada. We start off reviewing the key metrics released on September 4th in the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) on the Tonopah West Project. In that initial PEA at the base case gold price of $1,900 per ounce and silver price of $23 per ounce, the Project commands an after-tax net present value (“NPV”) discounted at 5% of $326-million on a low initial capex of $178-million (including $22-million contingency) with a payback of 2.3 years and an after-tax internal rate of return (“IRR”) of 39.2%, and an All-in Sustaining Costs (“AISC”) of $11.96 per silver equivalent ounce basis. Expanding upon the Project economics sensitivities to higher metals prices, Andrew points out that even at a gold price of $2,280 per ounce and a silver price of $27.60 per ounce (base case +20%), the economic profile of the Project escalates to an after-tax NPV5% of $495-million and an after-tax IRR of 54.0%. Next the discussion shifted to the expanded 22,000 meter Measured and Indicated (M&I) conversion and expansion drill program the company conducted in 2024, where some of the first assays released have shown even higher grade intercepts than the average resource grade. This means that as more M&I drill results come back in, and tighten up the spacing between holes, the average grade profile will likely be rising. In addition, there are some drill results that are going to be expanding mineralization along strike and at depth. Andrew speaks to how the additional drilling is just further validating the continuity of how the deposit hangs together, and this will be enhancing future resource estimates and economics on the Project. There are still a large number of holes waiting on assays from the lab to release to the market in the first quarter of 2025.
