During the British era, the colonisers looked down upon cannabis usage among Indians. They were familiar with alcohol but not with ganja and they considered it beneath them. Army Day is celebrated in India on January 15th every year to commemorate the day when General K. M. Cariappa took over as the first Commander-in-Chief of the Indian Army in 1949. The event marks the transition of the Indian Army from British control to being led by an Indian officer.The Madhya Pradesh government has declared 22nd of January as a ‘dry day' to observe the ‘Pran Pratistha' ceremony at Ayodhya's Ram Temple. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav posted on his official X account and said all types of shops including liquor, Bhang outlets will remain closed. Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, and Assam have already made such a declaration.Amid the ongoing diplomatic row with the Maldives, Union External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar recently said that "it can't be guaranteed that every country will support or agree with India every time". He said, quote, "But, seriously, as a solution, what we have been trying to do in the last 10 years, with a lot of success, is to build a very strong connect, so that, though the politics may go up and down, the people of the country, the society, generally have good feelings towards India and understand the importance of having good relations with India," Unquote.A children's court in Panaji extended the police remand of Suchana Seth, accused of killing her four-year-old son, by five days. The Goa Police had sought eight days custody of the accused, submitting to the court that she was "only talking in bits and parts" and "not disclosing certain things" in the investigation.In the wake of an unprecedented fog situation in Delhi, Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia took to social media platform X today to address concerns. He assure passengers that measures are being taken to mitigate the impact of adverse weather conditions on air travel and acknowledged the challenges faced by Delhi due to the dense fog, with visibility fluctuating. Dr. Bryan Connolly is a botanist, horticulturalist, and professor of Biology at Eastern Connecticut University in Willimantic, CT, my (Owen's) hometown. His research interests include rare plants of New England, the nightshade family, the rose family, and cannabis. Before Eastern, Professor Connolly was a faculty member at Framingham State University in Massachusetts and also worked for the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife, University of Mississippi's Medicinal Plant Garden, New England Wild Flower Society, and the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection. श्री रामचरित मानस भाग - 28 श्री राम जी द्वारा शिवधनुष भंग करना व सीता जी का रामजी को जयमाल पहनाना | रामचरितमानस १५वीं शताब्दी के कवि गोस्वामी तुलसीदास जी द्वारा लिखा गया महाकाव्य है, गोस्वामी श्री तुलसीदास जी ने रामचरित मानस के बालकाण्ड में लिखा है कि उन्होंने अयोध्या में विक्रम संवत १६३१ (१५७४ ईस्वी) को रामनवमी के दिन (मंगलवार) को रामचरित मानस ग्रन्थ की रचना का आरम्भ किया और और उन्होंने इसे संवत् १६३३ (१५७६ ईस्वी) के मार्गशीर्ष शुक्लपक्ष में राम विवाह के दिन पूर्ण किया था। ग्यानी गुनी जन और जिन्होंने शोध किये हैं वो ऐसा कहते हैं की रामचरितमानस को लिखने में गोस्वामी श्री तुलसीदास जी को २ वर्ष ७ महीने २६ दिन का समय लगा था | इस महाकाव्य की भाषा अवधी है जो की उत्तर प्रदेश के अधिकाशं भागों में बोली जाती है | तुलसीदास जी ने रामचरितमानस में भगवान् श्री रामचन्द्र के निर्मल महान एवं विशद चरित्र का वर्णन किया है। तुलसीदास जी ने रामचरित मानस में प्रारंभ में कहा है की उनकी कथा का आधार महर्षि वाल्मीकि की रामायण और अनेक प्रचलित रामायण हैं | दोनों महाकाव्यों में भले मुख्य चरित्र श्री राम हैं पर दोनों कवियों की रचना का ढंग बिलकुल भिन्न है | वाल्मीकि ने रामायण में राम को केवल एक सांसारिक व्यक्ति के रूप में दर्शाया है वहीं गोस्वामी जी ने रामचरितमानस में श्री राम को भगवान विष्णु का अवतार माना है। रामचरितमानस को गोस्वामी जी ने सात काण्डों में विभक्त किया है। इन सात काण्डों के नाम इस प्रकार हैं | 1)  बालकाण्ड  2) अयोध्याकाण्ड  3) अरण्यकाण्ड,  4) किष्किन्धाकाण्ड, 5) सुन्दरकाण्ड,  6) लंकाकाण्ड  7)उत्तरकाण्ड। रामचरितमानस में दोहों , चौपाइयों और छन्दों की संख्या के अनुसार बालकाण्ड सबसे बड़ा और किष्किन्धाकाण्ड सबसे छोटा काण्ड हैं। तुलसीदास जी ने रामचरितमानस में भाषा के अलंकारों का बहुत सुन्दर प्रयोग किया है विशेषकर अनुप्रास अलंकार का। रामचरितमानसमें प्रत्येक सनातनी , प्रतेक भारतीय की अगाध श्रद्धा है | श्री रामचरितमानस का अनुवाद हर भारतीय ही नहीं अनेक विदेशी भाषाओँ में हुआ है |शायद ही कोई भारतीय सनातनी परिवार होगा जिसमे रामचरितमानस ग्रन्थ न हो | आइये आप और हम मिल कर आरम्भ करते हैं श्री रामचरितमानस का पाठ | जय श्री राम | Ramcharitmanas is an epic written by the 15th century poet Goswami Shri Tulsidas ji .Goswami Shri Tulsidas ji mentioned in Ramcharit Manas's Balakand that he started writing the Ramcharit Manas Granth on the day of Ramnavami (Tuesday) Vikram Samvat 1631 (1574 AD) and he completed it on the day of Ram Vivah on Marshish Shuklapaksha of Samvat 1633 (1576 AD). Knowledgeable people and those who have done researches say that it took Goswami Shri Tulsidas ji 2 years 7 months 26 days to finish Shri Ramcharitmanas . The language of this epic is Awadhi which is spoken in most parts of Uttar Pradesh. Tulsidas ji has described the pure, great and vivid character of Lord Shri Ramchandra in Ramcharitmanas. Tulsidas ji has said in the beginning in Ramcharit Manas that the basis of his Katha is Maharishi Valmiki's Ramayana and many popular Ramayanas of other Poets . Although the main character in both the epics is Shri Ram,but the composition and presentation of both the poets is totally different. While Valmiki depicts Shri Ram as only a worldly person in Ramayana, Goswami ji has considered Shri Ram as an incarnation of Lord Vishnu in Ramcharitmanas. Goswami ji has divided Ramcharitmanas into seven Chapters . The names of these seven Chapters are as follows. 1-Balkand 2-Ayodhya Kand 3- AranyaKand, 4-Kishkindhakand, 5-Sunderkand, 6- LankaKand 7-Uttarkand. According to the number of couplets in Ramcharitmanas, Balakand is the largest and Kishkindhakand is the smallest. Tulsidas ji has made a very beautiful use of language in Ramcharitmanas .Every Sanatani, every Indian has deep faith in Shri Ramcharitmanas. Shri Ramcharitmanas has been translated into many languages.There will hardly be any Indian Sanatani family which does not have the Ramcharitmanas book. Bhang Inc. CEO Jamie L. Pearson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company is bringing a treat just in time for Christmas announcing a new product, THC-infused Hot Chocolate. Pearson telling Proactive Bhang Hot Chocolate is made with nanotechnology, which means it will provide fast-acting onset. The product will be mixed with the consumer's milk of choice, which allows for optimal flexibility. The Hot Chocolate is made with all-natural ingredients and sustainably-sourced cocoa coming in a box of five pouches, each with 5mg THC, or one 5mg THC single-serving pouch. The product is expected to be available across California on December 17th.

Bhang Corp CEO Jamie L. Pearson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the companies Cannabis-Infused Vegan Dark and Cannabis-Infused Milk Chocolate Bars are now available in the state of Florida. Pearson telling Proactive this has happened through its licensing partner, Trulieve Cannabis Corp. Bhang products were introduced in Massachusetts retail in October 2021, and are now available through Trulieve dispensaries in Florida. Trulieve is Florida's largest and leading medical cannabis provider with 108 dispensaries across the sunshine state.

People cling to quick and easy solutions during tumultuous times. One of the quick and easy solutions people are infatuated with these days in censorship. It is easy to assume that preventing someone from saying nasty things out loud will, in turn, prevent nasty things from happening. But that has never been the case. But, before I delve deeper into this topic, first I will provide you with a brief definition of “free speech” in terms of the law. The Supreme Court of America has decreed that free speech includes the right: not to speak, of students to wear black armbands to protest wars, to contribute money (under certain circumstances) to political campaigns, to advertise commercial products and professional services (with certain restrictions), to use certain offensive words and phrases to convey political messages, and to engage in symbolic speech, such as burning a flag in protest. The right to free speech does not include the right to: make or distribute obscene materials, to burn draft cards in protest, to permit students to publish articles in school newspapers about objections to the school administration, of students to make obscene speech at school sponsored events, of students to advocate illegal drug use at a school sponsored event, and, most importantly, to create a clear and present danger or likely to incite imminent lawless action. So the first amendment does not legalize all speech across the board; that is a common misinterpretation. There are, indeed, certain things that one is not allowed to do when it comes to speech. Since all the other limitations on speech are quite specific to particular circumstances, for the sake of this article, I will mainly be focusing on whether or not saying the word “bitch” creates a clear and present danger or is likely to incite violence. According to linguist Brian Loo Soon Hua, the word made its first appearance in the English language as an insult in the Chester Mystery Plays, a collection of Christian performances, but this is not the word's origin. Nomads used a word in the Indo-European world known as “bheg”, which meant to smash or to break. “Bheg” eventually evolved into the “Bhang”, meaning cannabis. This happened because people would grind the cannabis into a paste and put it into food and drinks just as we still do to this day. In ancient Germany, the word “bhang” evolved into to word “bikjana”, meaning to attack, hack, thrust, or stab. The Anglo Saxons transformed the word into “bicce” or “bicge” and later into “bitch”. In Old Norse, they also had the word “bikkja”, which used to mean to plunge into water. Now in modern Iceland, the word bikkja means old horse or nag. The same root word ended up in the word to “bicker” in English. The word eventually became “bitch”, but this word did not develop negative connotations about a loose woman until the 14th century. This is during the Christian takeover of modern society and it is also when the term son of a bitch came into use, which was meant to imply a person's mother had loose morals and therefore it would be impossible to know their lineage. It was not until the 1920s when Ernest Hemmingway wrote about the “bitch goddess” that the term got its modern sting, implying that such a woman was unreasonable, aggressive, obnoxious, and belligerent. So my question to you is this? Should one dead white man be allowed to decide the meaning of a word? How about one religion? Should the Christians be able to shame you with the word? Should you give them that power or should you take that power from them by using the word as you please? Many women I have known have used that word. Should a particular sect of feminists be allowed to dictate whether they use that word or not? Is the word inciting people to violence or is it just free speech implying a political message? I think that should be left up to you, not dead white men who happened to be famous.
