Mais de seis meses após a morte de um adolescente de 13 anos, vítima de atropelamento na SC-446, em Treviso, o pai do jovem, Eder Luiz Brol, segue cobrando respostas e mais agilidade das autoridades. O caso, ocorrido em 30 de setembro de 2025, ainda não foi concluído, o que aumenta a indignação da família. De acordo com a Polícia Militar Rodoviária (PMRv), testemunhas relataram que o motorista teria invadido o acostamento da rodovia e atingido o adolescente, possivelmente enquanto utilizava o celular. Após o atropelamento, o condutor fugiu do local sem prestar socorro. O suspeito chegou a ser detido, mas foi liberado no dia seguinte sem pagamento de fiança — decisão que revoltou familiares da vítima. Em entrevista ao programa Cruz de Malta Notícias nesta segunda-feira (20), Eder Luiz Brol criticou a demora na condução do caso e questionou a efetividade da Justiça. “Então, tem vários fatores. Um deles: a demora quando se trata de ser humano. Isso tá mais que provado e comprovado. Você vê pesquisas, né, em todas as situações do que diz Justiça no Brasil, não se tem confiabilidade popular mais”, afirmou. O pai também destacou a falta de conclusão de etapas consideradas básicas da investigação. “Porque já estamos aí há seis meses e o inquérito, a perícia do celular ainda não foi concluída. Uma perícia de um celular! Imagine você, se uma perícia de um celular em seis meses ainda não é concluída, como é que fica o restante das coisas?”, questionou. Em tom de desabafo, Eder comparou a situação com outros casos e criticou o que considera descaso. “E eu canso de falar isso: se fosse um cachorro, já estaria resolvido. A Promotoria já teria se manifestado, o juiz... todo um aparato já teria se mobilizado e já estaria concluído.” Segundo ele, as circunstâncias do acidente são claras e agravam a revolta da família. “Enquanto isso, nós temos um cidadão bandido, porque ele atropelou. Ele estava em alta velocidade, pegou meu filho a mais de um metro do acostamento. Irresponsável, porque estava numa linha reta com o celular na mão, foi na minha frente — ninguém me contou, ele estava na minha frente”, relatou. Ao final, Eder Luiz Brol lamentou o que considera a banalização da vida. “São coisas assim que deixam a gente indignado e a gente fica se questionando essa questão: onde está a justiça? Então quer dizer: a vida realmente humana foi banalizada. Isso aí já não faz mais sentido pra ninguém, é só mais um na estatística.
