El gasto principal es la nómina, que representa el 34 % del presupuesto total, porcentaje que se ha mantenido estable desde 2021. Actualmente, el Ayuntamiento cuenta con alrededor de 950 trabajadores —sin considerar los Organismos Públicos Descentralizados (OPD), según informó el tesorero Alan López Castillo. El 20 % del presupuesto incluye pagos por energía eléctrica,arrendamiento de inmuebles, contratación de sistemas administrativos, mantenimiento de edificios y el servicio de recolección de basura; este último tiene un gasto proyectado de 32 MDP para 2026. However, Jesus clarifies that true renunciation is about withdrawing belief in the ego, not performing ritualistic acts.  As everyone becomes aware of their attachments and addictions, including the habit of judgment, Jesus aims to help us free our minds by realizing we were never meant to be judges.
