Host Carl Jones is joined by comedians and Oldham Athletic fans Stevie Gray and Che Burnley to continue the count up the all-time Premier League table as we reach 44th place. We take a nostalgic trip back to the 90s where schoolboys Che and Stevie were enjoying watching their local team go toe-to-toe with local rivals Manchester United and claiming bragging rights over Manchester City. There were trips to Wembley to enjoy, the goalscoring exploits of a mulleted Ian Marshall to marvel at and a reputation for being everyone's second team, such was their underdog charm. We cover Oldham's potted history, take a look at where things have gone since, and deep dive into the two Premier League seasons that they're still remembered for three decades on. Alongside all of that, Che reimagines how the future could have been for Oldham had their promising side of the 1910s not been decimated by World War I and Stevie tells us about his time as a Junior Latic and a VERY memorable encounter with the Aston Villa changing room. We'll also put a Premier League Oldham Athletic XI into the archives, choosing between the slim pickings for the Premier League's greatest Bolivian of all-time and ending on an Oldham-heavy round of Play Your Apps Right Enjoyed the show? To hear the rest of this series search for The Likely Dads on BBC Sounds. Former Blue Peter presenter Tim Vincent hosts a new comedy discussion series. Tim has undertaken many challenges throughout the course of his life - from painting Blackpool Tower and snow survival training with the army in Norway to flying in Tornado jets and running the New York marathon. But do any of them compare to his latest challenge - being the middle-aged father to two-year-old twin boys? And how does his experience of fatherhood so far compare to that of other dads? In this first episode, Tim and his fellow Likely Dads, Russell Kane and Mick Ferry, reflect on their expectations of fatherhood, from pregnancy through to their kids' teenage years and adulthood. Is it easier becoming a dad when you’re full of the vigour of youth or when you’re a bit older and, hopefully, wiser? In a regular feature, we ask the children of one of our Likely Dads a series of questions to determine which of them knows their children better - and vice versa. Our special guest Likely Dads joining Tim, Russell and Mick this week are actor Chris Bisson and comedian Che Burnley. A Made in Manchester production for BBC Radio 4

And how does his experience of fatherhood so far compare to that of other dads?In this first episode, Tim and his fellow Likely Dads, Russell Kane and Mick Ferry, reflect on their expectations of fatherhood, from pregnancy through to their kids' teenage years and adulthood. Is it easier becoming a dad when you're full of the vigour of youth or when you're a bit older and, hopefully, wiser? In a regular feature, we ask the children of one of our Likely Dads a series of questions to determine which of them knows their children better - and vice versa. Our special guest Likely Dads joining Tim, Russell and Mick this week are actor Chris Bisson and comedian Che Burnley. A Made in Manchester production for BBC Radio 4

A new version of this podcast every day of the Edinburgh Fringe. It sounded like a good idea. AND IT IS! Or isn't. I'm tired. I'm Lee Kyle (pertinent information), I found a book, it has questions in, they are questions they ask if you want to go to Oxford or Cambridge. I ask them to comedians as the character of an old professor who is having marital problems. He's still drinking. It's Che Burnley today, one of the best comics around who is named after a Northern town and a socialist revolutionary, probably second only to Chernov Keswick. More of this?
