Hello everyone and welcome to the JFK enduring secret YouTube channel. On the YouTube channel we bring to the audience video episodes  that we don't feature on the regular podcast channel. Episodes that include our series Mysteries of the Enduring Secret, as well  as coverage of other spell binding topics including  interviews with JFK researchers and others connected to the case.    Today we engage in a fascinating discussion with three distinguished guests Jefferson Morley Paul Bleau and Jonathan Cairns…For years, we have seen result of public opinion polls in an attempt to determine what the American people at large believe about President Kennedy's assassination. Was it really the work of a lone nut…as the Warren Commission would have you believe…or was it a conspiracy to assassinate…and worse yet…was it actually a coup de'tat…. The opinion of the American people is what is ultimately important here so its not surprising that the organized question about it all has been layed at the feet of the American public…Time and again…and the polls have varied over time….with events like Oliver Stones JFK movie really moving the needle toward conspiracy when it comes to public opinion…but the truth about the matter is that very few people in the American public have studied the case in a great matter of depth……for years the JFK assassination research community, faced with limited access to records and disproportionate need to speculate….has varied greatly in its beliefs….creating its own myths and undermining the very reason for being…to find the truth…about just who killed JFK and why…But as the light dims some 60 years later on the original witnesses to the crime and its aftermath…something interesting is happening….with so much of the puzzle solved…consensus is evolving and while there are still many things unknown ….there also springs in this new age…a foundtain of hope…as the mountain of evidence begins to point generally in the same general direction…that means less controversy perhaps…but it also has spawned a new question…with so much known…now…why not ask the small coterie of individuals that currently possess a great deal of knowledge….about the assassination…what they think…and do it in an organized fashion…an academic approach to conducting survey or poll if you will…and this time…it wont just be the public at large…but it will be a sizable sampling of the jfk assassination research community….Researcher Paul  Bleau takes us through his research to see if  if there is consensus on many of the major aspects of this case…and where the research community might concentrate its efforts next…collectively to accelerate the advancement around this last few puzzle pieces that are necessary to solve the who, why and how that still seems to exist…at least in part…around the case…And today we have the distinguished Jefferson Morley with us along with another accomplished researcher Johnn Cairnes. We get a chance to engage in a fascinating array of conversation around a myriad of topics ranging from such subjects as Oswald's statements at the Dallas County Jail to the questions around Oswald's involvement in the intelligence community.  There are no dull moments in this conversation so stay tuned…and keep listening…. So without further adieu let's listen to today's episode of JFK the enduring secret YouTube channel

Within two weeks of the alleged shooting and death of a woman who defeated him in a basketball match, a 31-year-old man was discovered and taken into custody. Asia Womack, age 21, was discovered on the pavement with "several gunshot wounds," according to a statement, on October 3 at around 7:40 p.m. Dallas Police Department officers had been called to a shooting in the 4100 block of Hamilton Avenue. She was taken to a local hospital where she passed away by the time the fire brigade arrived. A warrant was issued for the suspect, Cameron Hogg, according to Dallas Police on October 11; however, it was unclear where he was. On October 20, Hogg was found, picked up, and accused of murder. At the Paul L. Dunbar Learning Center, Womack and Hogg were reportedly playing basketball before their argument broke out. Hogg allegedly drove up to the home and shot her multiple times after she apparently left and went to a friend's residence. Womack and Hogg are acquaintances, said KDFW-TV. Andrea Womack, Asia's mom, said to KDFW, "According to the plan, this was Asia's friend. With the man, she had a meal. He was fed by her, and when she refused, he viciously slaughtered her." Her pastor described the game as "very ridiculous" as Asia and Hogg were apparently exchanging angry words during it. You feel humiliated mostly because a woman defeated you at basketball, according to pastor John Delley. Even in her obituary, Womack was compared to a basketball player whose quarters were divided into phases. She was born and went to school in the "first quarter." It has been reported that she was a kinesiology student at Texas A&M Commerce. She reportedly had a "large heart filled with so much love, joy, and laughter" and a "passion for basketball from a young age," according to her obituary. With a $1,751,000 bond, Hogg was lodged in the Dallas County Jail.

Emmanuel Lewis is a former Detention Service Officer with the Dallas County Jail and previously worked in the Dallas County Elections Department. His intuition and attention to the political landscape in Dallas County is impressive. He is sounding the alarms on the malfeasance and mismanagement of the county jail under the leadership of Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins. He describes some of the major issues of safety and security in the jail, as well as hundreds of thousands of missing funds. Emmanuel has written and submitted multiple op-eds to local media sources to underscore this issue. He is exploring an employment lawsuit with the county relating to the hypocrisy and violations. The way the county deals with mental health issues in Dallas is to deposit them in the jail system rather than establishing a proper continuum of care to deal with the increasing crisis which was exacerbated by the tyrannical lockdowns. Emmanuel provides practical solutions to this important issue. Social Impact Podcast is brought to you by:OBBM Network Brands1st Safety Training, 214-808-9757Social Impact Podcast is on Spotify! Mr. Talib's brother Yaqub S. Talib, 39, turned himself in at the Dallas County Jail on Monday, after a warrant charging him with murder was issued, according to a statement from the Lancaster Police Department. The police said that at 8:50 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a shooting at a community park in Lancaster, Texas where they found Michael Hickmon the coach of the Dragons Elite Academy shot in his chest, back, and forearm. What they forget to mention was that the individual that started the fight was the brother of the shooter, retired N.F.L. cornerback Aqib Talib, who was coaching the other team at the time of the shooting. The age of players was between 9-11 years old. Yaqub Talib's lawyer, Clark Birdsall, said the argument had been instigated by Mr. Hickmon. Bullshit, scumbag lawyer, the witness saw the suspect's brother walk across the field and punch the victim. “Yaqub Talib acted in self-defense and defense of others,” Mr. Birdsall said. “My client is not guilty. Since the pandemic hit in March of 2020, Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins has been capitalizing on the emergency powers afforded to him during the crisis. The County Judge is considered the County's “Chief Executive Officer” for the purposes of signing contracts and executing other matters approved by the Court. Dallas County is the second largest in Texas. After more than a decade of political theater under Jenkins' leadership, Dallas County residents on both sides of the aisle are ripe for change. Billy Clark is the Democratic challenger to Clay Jenkins for the March Primary in 2022. Billy is has three daughters and one son. He has over 20 years of military experience both enlisted and as an officer. Clark is also the Managing Attorney of The Clark Law Firm, PLLC where his practice area includes Criminal Defense, Civil Rights, and Aviation law.Prior to starting his legal career, Clark was a teacher at Klein Forest High School in Houston, Texas. He was the Senior Aerospace Science Instructor for the Junior Air Force ROTC program. After Hurricane Harvey, Clark returned to Dallas County.Billy shared his concerns about the current leadership over the Commissioners Court, the elections office, public health, emergency management, and the recent malfeasance with more than $600,000 in Dallas County Jail inmates' commissary funds stolen. I shared my concerns about Jenkins' attempt to steer CARES money to his buddies, Miguel Solis, a former DISD trustee and current employee of Commit, and his former campaign manager Philip Hiatt Haigh. A bipartisan trio of commissioners thwarted a scheme by Jenkins to use “ZuckBucks” which would have been in direct violation of Texas election law. The Democrat-dominated court voted 3-2 to eliminate Jenkins' plan to use Communities Foundation to funnel money to more of his “favorite folks.”Dallas has an opportunity for change in leadership in 2022. Let's do it. Contact Billy Clark Twitter:  @Clark4DallasCoWebsite: https://www.clarkfordallascounty.com/contactSocial Impact Podcast is on Spotify! Hard to imagine that both political parties can find any common ground these days but reforming criminal justice reform is shared by Republicans and Democrats. Thirty years ago with rising crime across this state and the country, there was a general sense that offenders should be locked up and the key thrown away. Three strikes, you’re out. Remember that? Today, 30 years later, both parties are working to reform what is seen as a broken criminal justice system – from bail reform to offenders returning to society. Next week, Unlocking Doors, a Texas-based reentry program for ex-offenders, hosts its annual symposium with lawmakers, offenders, and criminal justice experts. Whether you found us from Forbes, Inc Magazine, CEO Magazine, CIO, New Theory, or elsewhere, we're thrilled you are listening. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. Sentenced to 65 years in a Texas prison, Damon West once had it all. He came from a great family, in a home full of God, love, support, and opportunities to reach any dream. A natural born leader, with good looks and charm, and a three-year starting quarterback, he appeared to be the all-American kid living out his dreams. Underneath this facade, however, was an addict in the early stages of his disease. After suffering childhood sexual abuse by a babysitter at the age of nine, he began putting chemicals into his body to alter the way he felt, starting with drinking and smoking. By the age of 12, he would escalate to marijuana use. In his mind, he was not hurting anyone by smoking pot; in reality, he was feeding the monster that is addiction. After receiving a scholarship to play football for the University of North Texas, Damon left for college on a wave of euphoria at his prospects of playing Division I football in Texas. College presented Damon with many new opportunities in life. He began college as a student-athlete and got involved in campus life, joining the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. When his football career came to a premature end, due to an injury, in 1996, against Texas A&M, Damon lost all direction.  Football had become so much of his identity that he no longer knew who he was; his purpose and reason for existence were lost to him. Feeling the pressure of the existential vacuum, Damon chose a dark path on the road of addiction, abusing harder drugs like cocaine, ecstasy and prescription pills to go along with the alcohol and marijuana. After graduating in 1999, Damon’s life would take him to the United States Congress, political fundraising for a presidential candidate and then into the world of Wall Street, with a position to train as a stockbroker for one of the biggest banks in the world, U.B.S. It was at this last stop that Damon was introduced to methamphetamine for the first time; he was instantly hooked. The lives of so many innocent people would forever be changed by the choices he made in order to feed his insatiable meth habit. After three years of committing property crimes (burglaries of homes, buildings, vehicles, as well as auto theft) and other drug-related crimes, with a dozen other meth addicts, a Dallas SWAT team finally caught up with Damon and arrested him on July 30, 2008. Or, as Damon refers to when speaking, he was not “arrested” so much as he was “rescued.” After reconnecting with his family and his faith in Dallas County Jail, he began the long process of paying for his crimes. The consequences of his behavior earned him a life-sentence of 65 years for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. With a promise to his parents to come home as “someone they will recognize,” Damon left for prison. Prison life began with a violent baptism-by-fire. Armed with the knowledge that “you don’t have to win all your fights, but you do have to fight all your fights,” he battled for his right to exist independent of a gang. Clinging close to God, his family’s unwavering support, a 12-step recovery program and all the tools available to him, Damon emerged from prison a better man spiritually, emotionally and physically. On November 16, he walked out of prison on 58 years of parole. Today, Damon works for the Provost Umphrey Law Firm in Beaumont, TX. When not out speaking to students and athletes about the dangers of drugs and the consequences of bad decisions, he spends his free time volunteering, doing service work, attending 12 Step Recovery groups, exercising and enjoying his new life with his family and faith community at St. Elizabeth’s Church. His message is both a cautionary tale and one of hope and perseverance in the face of the most extreme odds.   Website: https://damonwest.org Twitter: https://twitter.com/damonwest7?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor Book: https://www.amazon.com/Change-Agent-College-Sentenced-Transformed/dp/1642931020

A high school basketball player arrives from nowhere and wins offensive player of the year honors in his school district as a freshman. Sounds too good to be true. In the case of 17-year-old Rashun Richardson at Hillcrest High in Dallas, it was. Turns out Richardson was really Sidney Bouvier Gilstrap-Portley, a 25-year-old man who graduated from high school seven years ago, according to Dallas Independent School District officials. Gilstrap-Portley was arrested Friday and faces a charge of tampering with government records. Court records show he was booked into Dallas County Jail last week and has been released on bond, the Dallas Morning News reported. Dallas schools spokeswoman Robyn Harris told the Morning News that Gilstrap-Portley posed as a refugee from Hurricane Harvey, knowing that the district was allowing evacuees from the storm to enroll even if they weren't able to provide all the documentation normally required.

Jack Ruby shot Lee Harvey Oswald, the accused assassin of President John F. Kennedy, as Oswald was being escorted from Dallas Police Headquarters to Dallas County Jail in front of television news cameras and newspaper reporters just two days after Kennedy's death. This action gave a wealth of ammunition to anyone looking for a conspiracy surrounding Kennedy's assassination. Yet the actual personalities of both Oswald and Ruby indicated each man had acted alone. Oswald had actually fled to the Soviet Union, seeking asylum as a committed Communist, only to return to the United States with his Russian wife. While in his native New Orleans, Oswald would work on behalf of pro-Castro Cuban groups and attempt the assassination of an Army general. Then he would go to Dallas, where he was seen shooting at President Kennedy from the Texas Book Depository on November 22nd. The assassination shook the world, especially nightclub owner Jack Ruby. Ruby would repeatedly hang around Dallas Police headquarters with a loaded pistol. He finally used it when Oswald was moved to the Dallas County Jail. Ruby would give weird responses about his connections after his arrest, but few authorities believed him.
