Please share it with at least ONE friend who you think needs to hear it!CIA expert, investigative journalist and author Jefferson Morley exposes buried truths from the JFK files — from James Jesus Angleton's illegal surveillance network to MKUltra and the CIA's enduring power over presidents — in episode 200 of the Far Out with Faust podcast.A veteran Washington journalist and former editor at The Washington Post, Morley is one of the most respected researchers of CIA history and the JFK assassination. He is the editor of the JFK Facts Substack and the author of multiple acclaimed books, including The Ghost: The Secret Life of CIA Spymaster James Jesus Angleton. His lawsuit against the CIA has unearthed critical documents related to the agency's knowledge of Lee Harvey Oswald prior to the assassination of John F. Kennedy. In this episode, Morley unpacks the disturbing legacy of CIA counterintelligence chief James Angleton — from illegal surveillance and foreign entanglements to the agency's deceptive handling of Oswald. He and Faust explore how MKUltra, Watergate, and decades of covert operations reveal a deeper story: the CIA's grip on the presidency. Morley also discusses his lawsuit against the agency for the still-classified JFK files — and why the truth about the assassination remains buried after six decades. This conversation confronts the uncomfortable truth: the people meant to protect democracy may have undermined it from within.Topics include:• Why Angleton's surveillance empire operated beyond the law• The CIA's secret ties to Israel during JFK's presidency• How Angleton deceived the government about Lee Harvey Oswald• What the JFK files still aren't telling us — and why• MKUltra, mind control, and the suspicious death of Frank Olson• Richard Helms and the CIA's war on truth• How Watergate revealed the CIA's control over Nixon• Why Morley sued the CIA — and what he uncovered• What JFK's peace vision means in today's war-driven climate• Bobby Kennedy Jr.'s campaign and the return of antiwar politics• How public education and community can fight institutional secrecy… and much more. This is a must-watch for anyone seeking the truth behind the JFK assassination, CIA overreach, and the legacy of secrecy shaping American power.Chapters:0:00 – The CIA and Frank Olson1:22 – Meet Jefferson Morley: CIA Historian & JFK Expert3:16 – Who Was James Jesus Angleton?4:56 – CIA Mail Surveillance: 200,000 Americans Spied On6:09 – Israel's Secret Ties to the CIA7:30 – JFK vs. Israel's Nuclear Program9:16 – Did the CIA Help Israel Get the Bomb?10:36 – Did Angleton's Secrets Get JFK Killed?12:28 – CIA Assassination Plots & Oswald's Cover Story17:29 – Oswald, David Ferrie & CIA Connections19:08 – Who Killed JFK? Steve has been keeping busy, slowly going through the 80,000 pages from the recently declassified JFK files. Seasoned JFK researchers who know the historic material will be able to make sense of the new JFK files. Len & Steve discuss the JFK Task Force headed by Congresswoman Anna Luna & the recent hearings. Steve finds Luna as being forthcoming & capable to the task of heading this new JFK task force. Steve is proud of his friendship with JFK researcher & author, Jefferson Morley, founder of JFK Facts website. Visit here. Oliver Stone will never be forgotten by the JFK researching community. His contributions have been priceless. The JFK movie by Oliver Stone was released in 1992, 2nd documentary Destiny Betrayed was 2021. Mr. X played by Donald Sutherland was based off the personal testimony of Col. L.Fletcher Prouty. It was beneficial to the research committee to have Oliver Stone at the first JFK hearing of the Luna Committee in Congress. They murdered JFK & got away with it, with Dulles guarding all information. Earl Warren and others never wanted to head the commission, they were ordered to by President Lyndon B. Johnson. Steve discusses the importance of the cover up with Len mentioning CE #399 and that unbelievable lie. All of the new observations fail to produce any evidence of the government’s false claims that "Oswald did it". Steve met Mark Lane in 1966 shortly after the release of Rush To Judgment. Mark introduced Steve to Jim Garrison. Jim wanted to know if Steve had any skills when Steve offered to volunteer to help Jim with his JFK investigation. Steve had read all 26 volumes of Warren Commission testimony & exhibits, with experience in photography at UCLA. Overloaded with film & photographic evidence, Garrison hired Steve as a forensic investigator in charge of this material. Steve feels the biggest discovery from this photographic & video evidence is the Zapruder film! Garrison sent Steve to the National Archives to view the unedited version of the Zapruder film. It was shockingly clear. Steve was also communicating with a liason with French Intelligence SDECE & was sent to Paris in June of 1968. French Intelligence gave Steve a copy of their near perfect copy of the Zapruder film. Film was disguised for trip to USA. Steve made copies to anyone who wanted one, he sent many films to JFK assassination researchers. JFK couldn't have been shot from the front & the back, by anyone shooting from the 6th floor of the TSBD building. Len believes this week there will be a release of the assassination of Robert Kennedy at the Ambassador Hotel. All photos related to the assassinations should be released for public scrutiny. These are MURDER investigations. What happened in Dealey Plaza was a highly conscious and intentional act to completely change the direction of history. Churchill called the people who really control global politics the "High Cabal". Stay tuned for a new release this fall by Steve Jaffe, he's been busy working on a new book! Stay tuned! Until you start doing the deep research, you truly have no idea have no idea of the many lies that are told by the government. JFK's assassination completely changed the course of history, We still feel these effects. Part Two Paul Bleau @ 31:45 "The JFK Assassination Chokeholds: That Prove There Was A Conspiracy". Website "The Pepe Letters" Read here. Len & Paul discuss the latest in Paul's research & the JFK document release. Paul has an interest in the Fair Play For Cuba Committee. When Oswald joined this committee, Lee was on a mission. New Orleans wouldn't have had any appetite for communist sympathy after the Cuban Missile Crisis in the summer of 1963. Despite the logical failure of such a committee, Lee opens up a public chapter of the FPFC in New Orleans. Creation of such a committee in NO could have caused Castro issues regarding trade ...
The Katherine Massey Book Club @ The C.O.W.S. hosts the 5th study session on Abraham Bolden's The Echo From Dealey Plaza. This month, the House Oversight Committee's Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets heard testimony from Oliver Stone, Jefferson Morley, and Eugene DiEugenio. The proceedings revealed White CIA officers repeatedly lied under oath during several official hearings into the assassination of Pres. Kennedy. White CIA officers like James Angleton accessed 198 pages of classified information on Lee Harvey Oswald days before the 1963 murder in Dallas. The Task Force even released the CIA written report which flatly rejects the lone gunman theory that Oswald alone murdered the president. During last week's session, the Chicago trial against Mr. Bolden begins with a parade of people classified as black being called to testify to his misdeeds. Readers were especially struck by Richard Walters, an illiterate black male who worked as an "informant" for the secret service. He testified that he signed a statement attesting to Bolden's guilt and general niggardly nature. We pondered how you verify a written document or sign it if you can't read. Judge Joseph Sam Perry, Racist Suspect, stonewalled George Howard's every attempt to defend his client and, somehow, the transcript to this important trial is incomplete. #GoneToTexas #TheCOWS16Years CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE: 564943#

Len & Greg were both friends with whistleblower Col. L. Fletcher Prouty before he passed away. Len created the "50 Reasons For 50 Years" series for the 50th anniversary of JFK's murder & to counter Gary Mack's lies. Greg was interviewed on "The Men Who Killed Kennedy" over 22 years ago. Watch here. While "No Smoking Gun" has been the go to phrase of the media, Greg explains we've had "smoking guns" for decades. The "Silence of the Media" despite there being several smoking guns has lead to the delay in justice for JFK. Dr. David Mantik wrote an article "The Silence of the Historians" years ago. Read here. Greg encourages Congress to initiate another investigation into JFK's assassination & review all info learned. Over the decades the National Archives has fought to have documents to remain sealed & squash the investigators. CIA document #1035-960 went out to all of the station chiefs on how to handle the criticism of the Warren Report. We've had this document for decades, if it had been recently released, would the media consider this a "smoking gun"? The CIA tries to stifle thought, conversation & research into critical thinking citizens who investigate JFK's assassination. Western Cartridge Co. FBI doc. dated Dec 2/63, Subject: JFK assassination, written in response to Mr. Belmont's memo. This FBI memo is evidence of the bias investigation, wanting the ammo to be traced & put in Oswald's hands. Stalin's top man in the secret police, Beria, "you show me the man and I will find you the crime". Targeted lawfare. In the United States, you investigate the crime & see where it goes, not the other way around. Western Cartridge Co. in East Alton, Illinois manufactured 4,000,000 rounds for the USMC in 1954. Order was authorized under government contract DA-23-196-ORD-27. FBI memo states this is probably CIA connected. The interesting thing about this order is it's for ammo for weapons that the does not fit any weapon issued by the USMC. The FBI memo regarding the Mannlicher-Carcano cartridges was also shared with Division 5 & Division 6 of the FBI. The FBI is stating the ammo is 9 years old, purchased by the CIA, under the USMC cover. How did it end up in the TSDB? If this document had been released 2 weeks ago, would the media be saying that this is a "smoking gun"? View document. What if we'd not had the LBJ Tapes this whole time? Would these be considered a "smoking gun" by the media if just released? In a recording with Hoover & LBJ, LBJ asks Hoover how Connally was hit if Oswald was shooting from behind? How could Connally be shot if he was never between Jack & the TSBD building? Another "smoking gun". Hoover is basically saying Kennedy was shot from the front! Media remains silent. The media was AWARE of the lies, glossing over ALL of the "smoking guns", yet continues to make sensationalist stories. Greg doesn't have any high hopes over the release of the recent JFK files. The media has failed. The reason that we don't have all of the information should not be the government refused to release documents. Len mentions if the media reviewed the working file on George Joannides, it would be like hieroglyphics to the media. The media is failing! With shows like Joe Rogan & Black Op Radio, people do not believe the Warren Commission. With every release of documents, nothing is released that actually proves the case that...

During last week's session, Bolden told us that he was eventually charged with scheming to pilfer classified documents with negro hoodlums. White officers searched his residence, and, according to Bolden's wife Deborah, stole $400 cash. They left no receipt. Bolden spoke with the press about the specious charges against him. His black father phoned him long distance from St. Louis, Missouri to tell his son Abraham to shut up. A sentiment Bolden's black Chicago attorney George Howard vigorously endorsed. #GoneToTexas #ChickensComingHomeToRoost #TheCOWS16Years CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE: 564943#

Jefferson Morley - Scorpion's Dance - The President, The Spymaster and WatergateApr 5, 2023It is 50 years since the Watergate scandal; the scandal which changed America forever. Journalist Jefferson Morley has a fine pedigree in both journalism and research. He joins Ed Opperman to talk about his work on the CIA, his commentary on the National Security State and the recent revelations concerning the JFK conspiracy. He has researched the events and repercussions for democracy and society and the result is Scorpion's Dance. For the 50th anniversary of the Watergate break-in: The untold story of President Richard Nixon, CIA Director Richard Helms, and their volatile shared secrets that ended a presidency. Scorpions' Dance by intelligence expert and investigative journalist Jefferson Morley reveals the Watergate scandal in a completely new light: as the culmination of a concealed, deadly power struggle between President Richard Nixon and CIA Director Richard Helms. Nixon and Helms went back decades; both were 1950s Cold Warriors, and both knew secrets about the disastrous Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba as well as off-the-books American government and CIA plots to remove Fidel Castro and other leaders in Latin America. Both had enough information on each other to ruin their careers. After the Watergate burglary on June 17, 1972, Nixon was desperate to shut down the FBI's investigation. He sought Helms' support and asked that the CIA intervene―knowing that most of the Watergate burglars were retired CIA agents, contractors, or long-term assets with deep knowledge of the Agency's most sensitive secrets. The two now circled each other like scorpions, defending themselves with the threat of lethal attack. The loser would resign his office in disgrace; the winner, however, would face consequences for the secrets he had kept. Rigorously researched and dramatically told, Scorpions' Dance uses long-neglected evidence to reveal a new perspective on one of America's most notorious presidential scandals.Website : Jefferson MorleyTwitter : Jefferson MorleyBook : Scorpion's DanceMarch 2023Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-opperman-report--1198501/support.

The long awaited JFK Files, or at least the remaining unredacted files, have finally been released on the orders of President Donald Trump. Many of the pages are still being digitised, but fascinating details are indeed emerging. Kennedy's assassin Lee Harvey Oswald was apparently ‘recruited' by a CIA agent, and was closely surveilled by the KGB when he lived in the USSR. Other revelations pertain to the Cold War and President Kennedy signing off on covert operations to destabilise Fidel Castro's Cuba. The entirety of the material is still being combed through, but for a deep dive into what we know, Piers Morgan has brought together former CIA covert operations officer Mike Baker, author and JFK expert Jefferson Morley, former CIA officer & whistleblower John Kiriakou for their expert opinions. The latest JFK files have been released by President Donald Trump, which includes a surprising link to Australia. Among these documents is a once top-secret exchange between the head of ASIO and top US officials before the assassination. Veteran journalist, investigative author, and the editor of the JFK Facts blog Jefferson Morley told Peter Fegan on 4BC Breakfast, "What was finally released was simply that the CIA and the Australian services had a close relationship and they were working together, which anybody who knows about US-Australian relations would know that, of course, that was the case." "But a lot of what we see here is just over-classification, we call it, just withholding information that there's no good reason to withhold it," Mr. Morley said.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit www.public.newsFor many, the Executive Order issued last month by President Donald Trump to declassify and release the remaining records relating to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy is not that interesting or important. There's little evidence to support the conspiracy theories that anyone other than Lee Harvey Oswald killed former President John F. Kennedy, say journalists and historians. Oswald was a Left-wing extremist who had strong rifle skills from his time in the military. He could have shot Kennedy from the book depository behind the former president. Neither the investigation of the murder by Supreme Court Justice Earl Warren nor any other in the 60 years since has produced evidence that can't be explained. In truth, there are significant problems with the conventional explanation of Kennedy's assassination, and understanding what happened is essential to protecting America's democratic system, which assassinations, particularly ones that may have involved US government officials and agencies, undermine. There is evidence that Oswald didn't hate and rather admired Kennedy, particularly for what he had done for civil rights. And if Oswald had been motivated by politics to kill Kennedy, why would he have denied it when caught, claiming to be a “patsy,” a person set up to take the blame for a crime they didn't commit? If no other shooters were involved, then why does the famous Zapruder film of the assassination show Kennedy being shot in the front of the head at an angle Oswald did not have? And why did a man tied to the criminal underworld kill Oswald two days after the Kennedy assassination?

Valery Kostikov was the famed KGB agent who was also a member of the 13th Department, a KGB division responsible for sabotage and assassinations. In Part 10, we pick the action back up on Saturday after Oswald completed his visit to the Russian Embassy, made in one last ditch effort to secure a Russian visa. Oswald befriends a group of students at the nearby University in an attempt to influence the Cuban consulate and gain his Cuban visa. When that doesn't end well, in despair, he buys a ticket home to Dallas. There were a few other activities that weekend that Oswald purportedly engaged in including some more mundane touristy things like attending a bull fight and some meatier allegations such as the one that he engaged with a group of Cubans and that he also met with Carlos Lechuga. All rumors that have never been verified beyond their original story tell. While the Mexico City Visit is ending for Oswald, the activities of the CIA and its Mexico City Station are just beginning. So stick around and join us in our next episode 248 as we explore what the CIA did next. The evidence in this part of the case is confounding and it may be one of the toughest assignments yet for all of us, including you, the jury, to sort through it all. Come join us as we review one of the most fascinating story tells regarding the JFK assassination, and as we borrow heavily from so many great researchers including the work of Jefferson Morley who wrote Our Man In Mexico and John Armstrong who wrote Harvey and Lee, two of the most detailed and spellbinding books every written on the JFK assassination. Investigations by others, including John Newman and Peter Dale Scott, and the HSCA's Lopez Report contribute to the richness of our story tell about what happened...really...in Mexico City....Even as early as 1964, rumors and serious concerns over the lone gunman theory and the evidence that might contravene it, were becoming a major concern for the government and the commission. Conspiracy theories were contrary to the government's stated narrative from the very beginning. This real-life story is more fascinating than fiction. No matter whether you are a serious researcher or a casual student, you will enjoy the fact filled narrative and story as we relive one of the most shocking moments in American History. Read Mark's recent article, The Protected JFK Files, on Kennedys and King. Find The JFK Assassination Chokeholds: That Prove There Was a Conspiracy on Amazon! Len & Mark discuss the inspiration for Mark to focus his attention on the JFK files. In October 2017, the censorship of the remaining JFK files expired. Trump didn't release the files! Mark educated himself on the statute that was passed in Congress creating the JFK Files Act in 1992. The release of Oliver Stone's movie, JFK, caused immense pressure on the government to release files! Mark has probably read this law 100 times at this point, educating himself on the JFK Records Act. The ARRB had unprecedented authority to look at records & change declassification status on files. The AARB went through EVERY record that the agencies wanted protection on & made decisions. Prior to this law, lawsuits were filed under the FOIA which allows an agency head to veto info requests. Jefferson Morley has done tremendous work looking into the CIA connections to Oswald. The CIA has been fighting hard to keep records closed so the public doesn't learn the truth! Jefferson Morley has been heavily focused on having CIA's George Joannides's files declassified. CIA lied to the Warren Commission, the HSCA, the ARRB etc. about Oswald's activities & history. There is an institutional mandate since creation of the CIA after WWII to keep their operations secret. There are over 3600 protected files still in the archives, violating the law to declassify all JFK files. What can Trump & Congress can do now to have the JFK files released? Discovered memo drafted for Trump, rewriting the JFK Act illegally to delay the release of JFK files. Trump sadly issued a six month delay & then a three month delay of the release of the JFK files. Biden made matters worse with his 'transparency plans' to basically silence public interest. With Bobby Kennedy being in the cabinet, perhaps NOW the remaining files will finally be released. Bobby Kennedy has spoken out that he feels the CIA was responsible for his Uncle's assassination. RFK Jr. Is trying to have his daughter in law appointed to Deputy Director of the CIA. We know a significant amount of information on Oswald. What more do they still want to keep secret? Research has shown that the 'official' conclusions made about Oswald have been false. Why did the CIA create this profile of Oswald being a communist? If there were evidence of Castro being behind JFK's assassination, LBJ would have bombed Cuba. Mark feels Oswald was a CIA asset used in operations before JFK’s assassination in Dallas, Texas. JFK investigator Dan Hardway's work on Oswald in Mexico City is excellent. Find his work online. Oswald was set up by the intelligence agencies to look like a Castro sympathizer. What are the most logical reasons for the CIA's continued secrecy? Operation Northwoods was discovered by the ARRB in the late 90's. JFK outright rejected the Operation Northwoods plan. Mark explains the Operation Northwoods plot. The DRE group was sponsored by the CIA & ran by George Joannides out of JMWAVE in Miami. This group is the single source for information sent around the world that Oswald was a pro Castro nut. Len discusses the possibility of John Armstrong's theory of the 2nd Oswald & LHO impersonators. Mark hopes there will be a Congressional investigation into the assassinations. If you watch Building 7 fall, you'll understand that the buildings must have been wired for demolition. There isn't any actual video of a plane hitting the Pentagon. Why isn't there security video at least? Mark recommends everyone watch the 9/11 documentary Loose Change. Watch Full Documentary Here

Lee Harvey Oswald's trip to Mexico is one of the most mysterious aspects of the JFK assassination case, and some say it holds the key to understanding what really happened and who was actually involved. Today's episode Part 8 is the eighth episode in this miniseries and the story tell continues in part 9 as well. We begin by listening to investigators from the HSCA and the ARRB who spent considerable effort to further the Mexico City investigation beyond where the Warren Commission left off. We then get back to Oswald in Mexico as Oswald finishes Friday. He is still vigorously pursuing visas to Cuba and Russia, but with no luck. By the time Friday is over, he has completed three visits to the Cuban Consulate and one visit to the Soviet Embassy. We pick the action back up on Saturday morning with Another Oswald visit to the Russian Embassy, in one last ditch effort to secure a Russian visa. In this episode, and in episode 245, we read from the book Passport to Assassination which was written by one of the three KGB agents who worked in the Soviet Consulate and who dealt with Oswald during his visit that September. And we tell the story of Oswald's encounter with Valery Kostikov the famed KGB agent who worked in the Soviet Embassy and was a member of the 13th Department, responsible for sabotage and assassinations. The episode also covers the strange follow on call allegedly made by Silvia Duran from the Cuban Consulate to the Soviet consulate at 11:51 AM that Saturday morning, where Duran hands the phone over so Oswald can speak once again to the Russians. The evidence in this part of the case is confounding and it may be one of the toughest assignments yet for all of us, including you, the jury, to sort through it all. Lee Harvey Oswald's trip to Mexico is one of the most mysterious aspects of the JFK assassination case, and some say it holds the key to understanding what really happened and who was actually involved. Today's episode Part 7 is the seventh episode in this miniseries. In Part 7 we pick the action up as Oswald has checked into the hotel in Mexico and now heads immediately to the Cuban Consulate in search of a transit visa. We follow Oswald on Friday's odyssey, including three visits to the Cuban Consulate and one visit to the Soviet Embassy. Oswald's efforts to obtain a transit visa that would allow him to travel to Cuba are ultimately thwarted that day, and some of the most important events of his visit happen on Friday including his only known and verifiable interaction with Silvia Duran. And some of the confounding questions begin to arise as well, on whether it was the authentic Oswald (or not) that visited the Cuban Consulate and the Soviet Embassy. And what to make of the phone calls to the Soviet Embassy in the minutes after his arrival in Mexico City. Calls that seem difficult for him to have made and that clearly don't seem to be Oswald, because they were spoken in Spanish, a language he could not speak. And luck would have it that his four visits that day, three to the Cuban Consulate and one to the Soviet Embassy, all escaped the America surveillance cameras with no photographs either taken or surviving for posterity. Was that accomplished for the reasons explained by the CIA, or was it done deliberately for another reason? We're exploring aspect of the Mexico City story that ultimately impacted what the government decided that it could not reveal and highlight about Mexico City at that moment...now just beginning to explore the curious role of the CIA and its involvement in the Mexico City affair.....and the plume of suspicions that Mexico creates for the CIA... Come join us as we take you through an entire mini-series of episodes that explore what we know and we don't know about Oswald and his trip to Mexico City. We will take you from the moment he left New Orleans and traveled to Mexico City, through his time there and his return to the United States.. That is...if he even went at all..to Mexico ....or rather if he was not the only Oswald who was in Mexico in late September and early October. The plot thickens almost immediately. Mike talks with author & investigative journalist Jefferson Morley about his work on the JFK Assassination, Lee Harvey Oswald and the remaining files that could see release under President Trump. Morley's latest book, SCORPIONS' DANCE: The President, The Spymaster, and Watergate is an "eye opening investigation" (Publishers Weekly) about "the corrosive impact of intelligence covert action on individuals and on democracy itself." Jefferson Morley - Scorpion's Dance - The President, The Spymaster and WatergateApr 5, 2023It is 50 years since the Watergate scandal; the scandal which changed America forever.

Paul is also a confirmed returning speaker at the 2024 Lancer conference in Dallas. Paul is involved in a joint research project with Jeff Meek & Dave Boylan. Over 100 JFK researchers who are extremely knowledgeable participated in a survey. Information collected from the survey focused on the who, why, how, timeline etc.. There are several personal interviews with researchers & authors discussing the survey data. Information was also collected from historic JFK investigators like Gaeton Fonzi, Garrison, Prouty etc.. 2019's petition describes the skeleton of the assassination & had over 2,500 supporting signatures. The people who signed the petition feel the JFK assassination was a change of regime. Dave Boylan has created ORC charts for the people of interest in 1963 including intelligence agencies. The same compromised people keep popping up repeatedly in global events. There were approximately 20 different regime changes from Operation Gladio to the Iran Contra. David Atlee Phillips was a "regime changer", participating in Guatemala, the Bay of Pigs, JFK, etc.. Paul Abbott created a master index for the Garrison files, a very valuable tool for researchers. Len offers the Jim Garrison files & Pauls spreadsheets for FREE! Just email him! Look for the upcoming book by Paul Abbott, 'Death To Justice, The Shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald'. Paul breaks down who & where everyone was located during the Oswald assassination. How was Jack Ruby helped in his mission to silence Lee Harvey Oswald? Who helped him? What was Lee Harvey Oswald's path to the police basement on November 24, 1963? Why are the depictions of Ruby by the Warren Commission & the HSCA so different? Jefferson Morley was in contact with whistleblower(s) regarding secret JFK files. In the secret files, there is a section regarding Oswald & Mexico City back in September 1963. Paul Paterni, James Angleton & Warren Commission liason were all OSS friends. Trump & Biden both broke the law by not declassifying remaining JFK files. The ARRB was supposed to have access to all of the JFK files, yet CIA still hid documents. Trump told Judge Andrew Napolitano that he was unable to release the remaining classified JFK files. Why are students currently being mislead & deceived about JFK assassination history? Part Two @1:05 Jefferson Morley Whistle blower admits a room "full JFK files" Source admits CIA meant to deliberatly decieve the public and researchers Read Article Here CIA behind the cover-up of the assassination James Clapper lied to all of America - no one bats an eye New online course from Jefferson Details Here The Oswald File CIA operators who monitored Oswald's movements from 1959 to 1963. Discusses MKULTRA, LINGUAL, AMLASH, and AMSPELL. Part Three starts @ 01:28:13 Dr. David Mantik to speak at Details Here His website The Mantik View Pays tribute to Dr. Cyril Wecht Dr. Mantik latest book The Final Analysis: Discusses the source for Jefferson Morley's article CIA office in Herndon Virginia holds records for the assassination He was SCIF employee for the CIA CIA was worried about Dan Hardway
Today on Rising, independent journalist Jefferson Morley revives theory on who was behind the JFK assassination. Robby Soave and Nomiki Konst discuss a report that FEMA is struggling to staff up for emergencies. Vice President Kamala Harris continues her media blitz on CBS' ‘60 Minutes' and ‘The View.' Veteran journo Bob Woodward dishes new details on President Biden and Donald Trump. Elon Musk sits down with Tucker Carlson. All this, and more. #rising Learn more about your ad choices. RFK Jr. and the Unspeakable: Why This Historic Moment Matters Article Chad Nagle Substack page JFK: American History and the Memory Hole First JFK Facts article: The CIA's Sinister 'Transparency Plan' for JFK Files Article about the Mary Ferrell Foundation lawsuit: JFK Researchers Appeal for Justice in Federal Court Trail of Destruction series on JFK Facts: Trail of Destruction: The Shredded JFK Files Article - The American Conservative in May 2023 about RFK Jr: The Courage of RFK Jr. Trump has previously stated he doesn't think the remaining assassination JFK files can be released. Chad explains why RFK Jr. suspended his campaign in August 2024. JFK Facts on Substack is hosted by Jefferson Morley. Jefferson Morley is the Vice President of the Mary Ferrell Foundation. The Mary Ferrell Foundation has current federal litigation against the Biden administration. Chad has served as a legal affairs correspondent for JFK Facts Chad is volunteering as a researcher for the Mary Ferrell Foundation RFK Jr.'s recent endorsement of Trump inspired Chad to write his latest article on Kennedys & King. Chad's article "The Courage of RFK Jr." posted in The American Conservative in May 2023. The American Conservative just published a pro 'Trump Is The Liberal Candidate' article. Kamala Harris & the Biden administration have been restricting freedom & censoring dissenting views. People in UK being fined, arrested & jailed in the UK for their posts on social media. RFK Jr. has ran his campaign on a platform of revamping the public health system & anti-censorship. RFK Jr. feels the Democrats are now 'The Party of War'. Politics have become completely toxic. Pharmaceutical companies are able to directly advertise to consumers with constant TV advertisements. Len reflects on the ads on TV made to entice people into trying dangerous drugs & medical procedures. Vaccines are designed to create a sick & disabled society, creating constant revenue for Big Pharma. Lopsided ad revenue controlling editorial lines & media messages, programming people. The 'Forever Wars' - corrupt merger of state & corporate power is deeply entwined US foundation. RFK Jr. the only Kennedy member rejecting the government version of the Kennedy assassinations. Oliver Stone documentaries in 2021 put RFK Jr. front & centre. Chad started to volunteer with the RFK Jr. campaign in 2023 and collected signatures for ballot access in 2024. War in Ukraine is a defacto money laundering exercise. Chad lived in the Ukraine back in 2001 & 2002, watching the elections. RFK Jr. shut out of the campaign by the Biden Administration. Why did RFK's supporters do a 180 and vote for George Wallace after his assassination? Chad helps to dispel rumour about RFK announcing his candidacy AFTER LBJ dropped out. It was a historic moment recently in Arizona when Trump very graciously introduced RFK Jr. on stage. Trump disappointed people in 2017 by postponing disclosure of the remaining JFK documents. Once in office, Biden tried to bury the JFK Records Act, keeping the JFK files locked up. Trump is now promising to release the JFK records if reelected. Can we trust him? Chad lacks faith in executive branch commission investigations concerning the JFK assassination. The federal law suit by the MFF is to force the federal archives to comply with the JFK Records Act. Have all Presidents been cyphers of sorts after JFK was assassinated? Will recent assassination attempts on Trump inspire him to follow through by releasing JFK's records? Why are the current Presidential candidates so unqualified? These are our choices? Why were there over 200 FBI agents dressed up as Trump supporters at the January 6th event in 2021? Why were the FBI planting pipe bombs the night before?! Russia Gate was phony!? Len reflects on how after time passes & events are investigated that you rea...

Hey folks, due to an annoying technical glitch, I'm just re-releasing this episode. This was some weird backend problem with our hosting. The file looks completely fine everywhere that I can see, but internet goblins decide otherwise, I guess. Sorry for the trouble and I'll make sure this won't happen again! OA10121 On March 26, 2024 a container ship the size of the Eiffel Tower named for the world's most famous surrealist destroyed a bridge named after the author of the U.S. national anthem yards from one of the most notable sites of our country's least popular war. Who was Francis Scott Key anyway, and why has the man who gave the world the phrase "land of the free and the home of the brave" gotten a total pass for writing the world's worst national anthem while owning people and prosecuting abolitionists? We then honor the memories of the six Latino immigrants who lost their lives in this disaster by taking a closer look at the contributions of both undocumented and "lightly documented" workers to the U.S. economy, including the massive boost of more than $7 trillion that the Congressional Budget Office has predicted the so-called "border crisis" will bring in the coming years. But what about the most recent Republican "solution" to give the world's whitest and wealthiest a chance at the American Dream? Would Thomas be able to immigrate to the U.S. under Sen. Tom Cotton's RAISE Act? We end with a short cruise through maritime law and examine why the owners of the Dali are seeking protection under the same 209-year-old maritime law which was used to severely limit the liability of everyone responsible for the Titanic. 1.
