Jack Henris, President and COO, and Shawn Campbell, CFO of Dakota Gold (NYSE American: DC), both join me for an exploration and development update, and key catalysts on tap for the balance of 2026 that will feed into updated economics on their Richmond Hill Oxide Heap Leach Gold Project.  We also outline the long-term optionality of their Maitland Gold Project, which will also being receiving some exploration work and maiden resource this year.  Both projects are located in the historic Homestake District of South Dakota, near existing mining infrastructure.   We start off reviewing more broad zones of mineralization that were announced over the last month from drilling at Richmond Hill. Jack highlighted that the grades being intercepted in the Northeast Project area contain much higher grades than the average overall resource grade. These results are encouraging their team to consider trade-off studies for the upcoming Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), to potentially access these higher-grade areas in the first several years of mining. Expansion drill hole RH25C-310 intersected 5.00 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au) and 28.64 g/t silver (Ag) over 24.9 meters (124 gram meters Au), including 60.82 g/t Au and 61.68 g/t Ag over 1.5 meters (89 gram meters Au) and RH25C-348 intersected  2.46 g/t Au and 19.16 g/t Ag over 32.7 meters (81 gram meters Au). Expansion drill hole RH25C-359 intersected 3.14 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au) and 10.57 g/t silver (Ag) over 13.4 meters (42 gram meters Au), including 12.25 g/t Au and 20.10 g/t Ag over 1.5 meters (19 gram meters Au). Infill drill hole RH25C-328 intersected 2.49 g/t Au and 16.63 g/t Ag over 26.9 meters (67 gram meters Au), including 18.60 g/t Au and 41.20 g/t Ag over 1.8 meters (34 gram meters Au).   The 2026 Drill Campaign at Richmond Hill is underway and has completed 7,565 meters in 48 infill drill holes to date, representing one third of the total planned drilling for the year. The campaign includes 15,481 meters of drilling in 109 holes to follow up on the success from 2025 and consists of a combination of infill, expansion, geotechnical and mine plan drilling. The campaign is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year, with a steady string of assay results anticipated over the balance of the year.   Richmond Hill is one of the largest undeveloped oxide gold resources in the United States being advanced by a junior mining company, with over 6 million ounces of gold and over 60 million ounces of silver moving along the pathway of development into heap leach production as soon as 2029. Principle Projects are on Private Land which equates to a positive attribute for efficient permitting with State and County organizations.       The Company will complete a Pre-Feasibility Study for Richmond Hill in the later part of 2026.   With the resource expansion drilling in the north intersecting significantly higher grades than resource cutoff. This resource drilling will be complimented with an extensive metallurgical test program, so that the Company will undertake a PFS with a focus on the first ten years of mining. This work will allow the Company to report reserves in 2026 and will inform the Feasibility Study to be completed in the first half of 2027.   The Company will launch a 2026 Maitland drill campaign of 5,578 meters (18,300 feet) in 44 holes.   The goal of this infill drilling, when combined with historic drill results, will be to define a maiden resource for the Tertiary-aged Unionville gold Zone.     Jack and Shawn highlight how these robust gold and silver resources, advantageous site infrastructure, ease of permitting on private land, and robust project economics, point to a future low-cost, long-life mining operation that can deliver high margins and generate meaningful revenues. We also review the potential for a rerating in valuation metrics when looked at through the lens of peer gold developer comparisons.     If you have any questions for Jack or Shawn regarding Dakota Gold, then please email those to me at Shad@kereport.com.   In full disclosure, Shad is a shareholder of Dakota Gold at the time of this recording, and may choose to buy or sell shares at any time.   Click here to follow the latest news from Dakota Gold   For more market commentary & interview summaries, subscribe to our Substacks:   The KE Report: https://kereport.substack.com/ Shad's resource market commentary: https://excelsiorprosperity.substack.com/     Investment disclaimer: This content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Last Saturday I published a text edition instead based on differing accounts of the forced resignation of University of Virginia President Jim Ryan. For a while I was posting these on Mondays, but the gravity of my workflow means they come out best on Saturday mornings. I've been an audio producer for most of my journalism career dating back to 1995 and an internship at WVTF Public Radio. Recording audio is how I've always conducted interviews, though I've not done that for a while.I would like to do so, though. Since beginning this newsletter in the summer of 2020, I've mostly relied on harvesting government meetings and information releases. For me that is efficient approach because it can be much more time consuming to process those interviews and turn them into finished pieces. The nature of my business plan is to be as prolific as possible.I'm a journalist first. Being a business person ranks lower, though I've added a lot of over the past five and a half years. I'm excited to look ahead to 2026 and trying out some new things as I can. Maybe I'll finally finish that media kit! Let me know if you want to see a preview. Jason outlines the Company strategy to put out a Mine Restart Plan later this year, that will detail the development pathway for bringing the Levack Mine back into production in 2026.  We also reviewed the recent high-grade intercepts returned from drilling where hole FNX33323 returned 12.2 % Cu, 0.5% Ni, 2.8 g/t Pt + Pd + Au over 3.4 metres, including 24.9% Cu, 0.4% Ni, 5.0 g/t Pt + Pd + Au over 1.6 metres.   Wrapping up we discussed how the company is well cashed up after closing the $33.5 Million private placement on March 5th.   This gives them the flexibility to continue invest in further exploration and development of both McCreedy West and Levack, and optimize their production profile over the balance of this year and next year.   Jason also points out the optionality that they have if the cost of capital improves or if they can attract a strategic investment from government funds to speed up their timeline of development at the Crean Hill Project and Podolsky Mine as the next key assets in their portfolio.       If you have questions for Jason regarding Magna Mining, then please email me at Shad@kereport.com.   In full disclosure, Shad is a shareholder of Magna Mining at the time of this recording.   Click here to follow along with the news at Magna Mining

Talisker Resources – Comprehensive Exploration And Development Update As The Mustang Mine Is Moving Towards Near-term Production At The Bralorne Gold Project

Terry Harbort, President and CEO of Talisker Resources (TSX: TSK) (OTCQX:TSKFF), joins me for a comprehensive update on the confidence in the mineral resources, ongoing exploration and development work, and the near-term pathway towards moving into gold production at the Mustang Mine, located on their Bralorne Gold Project in British Columbia.   Terry outlines the mineral inventory that their team has delineated after 150,000 meters of exploration drilling, and then an additional 15,000 meters drill last year to upgrade categories and confidence in the resource estimate and model.   We review that main area of focus for the development declines and work up until this point in time has been in the unmined area, between the historically mined Bralorne  and King mines, now referred to as the Mustang Mine.  In addition to being amenable to toll mining at nearby processing centers with spare capacity, there have been studies underway looking at upgrading the ore on site using ore-sorting technology, so that higher-grade material, with less associated waste would make it more economical to be shipped to additional processing centers.   We shift over to the remaining work there to be completed, a rough idea of the sustaining capital that will be needed to put the Mustang Mine into production imminently and start ramping up the throughput from 100 tonnes per day (tpd) in the next couple months, to 175 tpd after that, and then up to 250 tpd by year-end.  Moving into next year it is anticipated that throughput can rise up to 500 tpd and then eventually 750 tpd in the years thereafter.  That will involve pulling in material from the unmined areas between the historic Bralorne and Pioneer mines as a second eventual area of focus.   Wrapping up we discuss the health of their treasury, the strength of the management and operational teams, and the key milestones and news on tap for the balance of this year.   If you have any follow up questions for Terry then please email me at Shad@kereport.com.   Click here to follow the latest news from Talisker Resources

Shaun Heinrichs, President and CEO of 1911 Gold Corp (TSXV: AUMB) (OTCBB: AUMBF), joins me to introduce this junior exploration Company that is advancing their True North Project, which includes a permitted mine and mill complex located on the Company's 100%-owned Rice Lake Gold property, spanning  61,647 hectares within and adjacent to the Archean Rice Lake greenstone belt in Manitoba, Canada.   Shaun outlines how 1911 Gold believes its land package is a prime exploration opportunity, with the potential to develop a mining district centered on expanding resources and eventually moving back into the development of the past-producing True North complex.  In addition to the permitted mine, there is a 1300 tpd permitted mill in place, which is expandable to 2250 tpd, which would have access to cheap hydroelectric power, and there is a permitted tailings area.   There is an ongoing aggressive exploration program underway at surface for shallow high-grade targets as well as at depth, to keep expanding the known resources of around 1.1 million ounces of gold in all categories. There will be a steady stream of exploration updates over the balance of this year. Additionally, this exploration date will be fed into future resource updates and mining and engineering models as the company works towards a PEA, anticipated by year-end.   There is also the exploration upside across the larger land package with idea to provide organically funded regional scale exploration for a hub and spoke approach once the True North mine and mill moves back into production.   The company is financially sound, with Eric Sprott, 3 institutional investors, and 2 corporate gold producers all in as strategic shareholders in the company. The treasury is cashed up with around $8 million raised the end of last year, and partners that will help provide access to capital on further financings.   If you have any questions for Shaun regarding 1911 Gold Corp, then please email me at Shad@kereport.com.   Click here to follow the latest news from 1911 Gold Corp

David shares how their approach has optimizing metal recoveries at both areas using separate copper, lead, and zinc concentrates; but also a new 2 phase system really improves the gold recoveries, which would impact future payables in production scenario at La Romanera which has a higher gold credit.  The company is also still exploring the viability of a 4th arsenopyrite concentrate circuit at Romanera to capture even higher gold values and payable arsenic credit that would report to this concentrate, but the previously mentioned 2-phase process doesn't require this.      Next we pivoted over to the exploration and development potential at El Cura , which was not part of the Phase 1 or Phase 2 metallurgical study, but is going through it's own testing at present.  There has also been a continued focus on exploration drilling and expanding the mineralized area so that this 3rd deposit it can be included in the coming updated resource estimate due out in late Q1.  David walks us through how each of these 3 deposit areas plays into the larger development strategy where the earlier stage mining at La Infanta can now drift through El Cura on the way to the development of La Romanera, bringing in El Cura as a future economic driver much earlier in the mining sequence now.  This will be highlighted in a PFS due out later in 2025.   We wrap up noting the ongoing exploration work at the earlier-stage Nuevo Tintillo Project, and got an update on where things are in the courts, with 3 months until the sentencing portion of the legal proceedings in their initiative to be awarded the high-grade polymetallic Aznalcóllar Project.   If you have any follow up questions for David regarding Emerita Resources, then email those in to me at  Shad@kereport.com.   Click here to follow the latest news from Emerita Resources

David shares their approach to optimizing metal recoveries at both areas using separate copper, lead, and zinc concentrates; but also shares how their could be a 4th arsenic concentrate at Romanera to capture the high gold values that would report to this concentrate.  Another option would be an additional circuit removing the arsenic and pouring gold dore bars on site if not going after that 4th concentrate.    El Cura was not part of the Phase 1 or Phase 2 metallurgical study, but is going through it's own testing at present, along with a continued focus on exploration drilling and expanding the defining the resources at this 3rd deposit area.  David walks us through how each of these 3 deposit areas plays into the larger development strategy that the company is explorating, and that this IBW project is now a project designated as significant in Spain, and how the government has been helpful in working along side the Company and navigating the best practices and permitting process.   We wrap up noting the ongoing exploration work at the earlier-stage Nuevo Tintillo Project, and got an update on where things are in the courts, with 4 months until the sentencing portion of the legal proceedings in their initiative to be awarded the high-grade polymetallic Aznalcóllar Project/   If you have any follow up questions for David regarding Emerita Resources, then email those in to me at  Shad@kereport.com.   Click here to follow the latest news from Emerita Resources

Elaine Ellingham, President and CEO of Omai Gold Mines (TSX.V: OMG) (OTC: OMGGF), joins me for an update on all the exploration and derisking work going on at both the Wenot and Gilt Creek Projects across this mineralized gold trend in Guyana, South America.   We start off discussing the large resource in place between the 2 Projects, at over 4.3 million ounces of gold, across this brownfields and past-producing mine site.   We review the PEA again on the open pit Wenot Project, which does not yet incorporate the Gilt Creek underground project economics at this point, and only includes about 45% of the mineral inventory.   Elaine outlines the potential to keep exploring for mineralization at depth, beneath the pit shell, as well as along strike, and there is a current 10,000 meter drill program underway that kicked off in July.  With the completion of their recent financing, Omai has $11 million in the treasury, and they are well positioned both their 2024 and 2025 exploration and development programs. They are considering adding a drill at one point to test a few more targets at the Gilt Creek project and keep expanding resources there.   Next we talk about the infrastructure and social advantages of this brownfield site in Guyana, the support of locals and the government to move this mine back into production. We touch upon the ongoing permitting,  metallurgical work, and other derisking work the company is doing in the background to  further improve the project economics.  There should be a steady stream of exploration newsflow for the balance of this year.    If you have any questions for Elaine regarding Omai Gold Mines, then please email me at Shad@kereport.com.   Click here to see the latest news from Omai Gold Mines.
