Molly Weis, Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Numeracle, spoke with Doug Green, Publisher of Technology Reseller News during the HIMSS conference about the growing challenge of trust in voice communications and how verified calling technologies are becoming increasingly important for healthcare organizations. Weis explained that healthcare providers depend heavily on phone communication to reach patients, yet many calls now go unanswered due to widespread robocalls and spoofed numbers. This creates real challenges for hospitals and clinics trying to deliver critical updates, appointment reminders, or care coordination messages. “If patients don't trust the number calling them, they simply won't answer—even when it's their healthcare provider trying to reach them,” she said. Numeracle focuses on restoring trust in voice communications through call authentication and branded calling solutions that help organizations ensure their calls are properly identified and verified. These technologies help healthcare providers increase answer rates and improve patient engagement while protecting their brand identity. During the conversation, Weis noted that healthcare organizations attending HIMSS are increasingly aware that communication trust is now a strategic issue. With fraud and spam calls continuing to rise, providers must find ways to ensure legitimate calls reach patients reliably. As healthcare continues its digital transformation, trusted voice communications will remain an essential component of patient engagement and care delivery. Can Harbaugh revive the team's culture and restore the winning standard lost since Tom Coughlin's departure? Key topics include building the Giants' floor for consistent playoff contention, potential defensive coordinator hires like Jim Leonhard, and comparisons to Andy Reid's transformative role with the Chiefs. Is this the dawn of a new era for Giants football, or will old challenges linger?
New York Giants face organizational chaos as ownership uncertainty and a potential front office shakeup threaten to derail their head coach search. Can Jackson Dart's rookie promise make the Giants job the most coveted opening, or will dysfunction scare away top candidates like Kevin Stefanski and Robert Saleh? Ethan, Weis and Nick debate Giants' internal power struggles, dissect the legacy of Brian Daboll's firing, and scrutinize why mismatched GM and coach timelines undermine the team's future. They break down why Stefanski headlines the coaching shortlist, question the appeal of competing roles in Las Vegas and Atlanta, and spotlight under-the-radar coordinators like Chris Shula and Jesse Minter.
